They're incompetent. Reviews below indicate about a 20% chance you'll be unhappy. Here's what you can expect in the months of hard work it might take to get a solution: - Their warehouse appears to have no particular expertise in identifying items that can't be shipped (a cloth patch is a gun part?), tracking the whereabouts of received items or efficiently dispatching packages. - Their customer service strategy seems based on "hope", rather than robust processes or proactively working for the customer. - You'll be lucky to get an email response. - Chat "help" can go around in circles between unnamed "departments" with no resulting action. - If they make an undertaking to do something, it's unlikely they'll follow through. Consequently you'll need to work hard to chase them … every … single … step … of … the … way, potentially for many months.
Their fast and cost-effective service makes them my preferred choice, and I will continue to use their services in the future

I last used the services of Global Shopaholics last year, and I was simply disgusted by their service (or rather the lack of it). Albeit they made several claims about their contact hours (9.00 - 17.00), customer service live chat hours on Facebook (9.00 am - 9.00 pm EST), incoming package upload (12 - 16 business hours), package consolidation (12 - 24 business hours), their service could simply not live up to any of those claims). The fact that quite a few other reviews on Trustpilot mentioned that packages would get lost made me really question whether they were really "losing" packages or their business was simply not run well.
However, since my packages did arrive in the end, and I did not find an alternative with affordable shipping options, I decided to give it another shot. And the first experience this time was surprising: it took them less than a day to upload the package to the website!
Yet, that was when I started to regret my choice. Having consolidated my package, I am now waiting for more than a week to choose and pay shipping costs and have my package shipped. Their site and Facebook live chats are still not up to the standards they claim to be - Even though they still claim the same contact / live chat hours I mentioned before, they leave before 17.00 and mention they will return at 11.00 am the next day. One of the customer agents even had the guts to ask me to write a positive review on TrustPilot for their customer service. Let me tell you one thing: I am very happy I did not do so.
You do not simply get a positive review for just having your customer service talking nice to me. You get one for adhering to ALL the standards and services you claim to offer. Or at the very least improving your service from last time.

Global shopaholics might have better rates than some of the competitors but their customer service is terrible. I had a package consolidated and supposedly shipped but one week later there were no updates. When I contacted GS they claimed that it was the fault of the shipper and then days later finally conceded that they had misplaced it. They want to refund me on the site wallet and why would I even want that? They also claimed that they are looking for the package but have not updated me in regards to that. It was so unpleasant dealing with customer service who for days were blaming DHL and I had to contact DHl who informed me they never received the package. So my package is lost and refund has yet to be processed, no updates from their end.
In the past times I've used their services I haven't had anything lost but packages took long to be updated, despite paying for express processing they still always took a long time and dealing with their customer service was always unpleasant. The fact that they didn't realise that they package was never sent to DHL until I told them makes me realise that they are very disorganised. I never shipped very expensive items but if anyone were to consider using their services from expensive goods, I would steer clear.
They refunded the value of my package to the wallet despite me telling them not to as I don't intend to use their service again.
Update: they refunded me via PayPal and asked me to take down my review even though my package is still lost and that's the point of the review. After scanning other reviews I noticed that multiple people were told that their packages were not scanned by the driver( in my case it was DHl in others it was FedEx and Aramex). It sounds like an excuse to me and they repeatedly insisted they were not at all at fault even though they are a packaging forwarding company and it seems like the forwarding part is difficult for them.

I used this company to ship my package to KSA and They did their job perfectly. I am happy about my decision of choosing them.
If you thinking to use their service, think again and stay away! Check the negative reviews they have on TrustPilot, here, and at Better Business Bureau.
My experience was the worst, they will also lose items at their warehouse and never refund you (even though they admit that! Check pic). They will also claim that UPS picked your item even though UPS didn't! They take hours to respond in their chat, they almost never respond to emails, and no one that responds to does anything!
And don't be fooled by any positive reviews, I am very sure they are fake! Only after I posted my horrible experience at TrustPilot, and after several days, someone who claims to be a manager (which I doubt) asked me for details on my issues, and after sharing the issues in detail, he never replied! They don't even have a phone number!
Make sure that you don't use their service and save your self your sanity, money, and time!
UPDATE:
Just now and after posting negative reviews here and in TrustPilot, they miraculously found an item that was lost 2 months ago! They first offered to waive processing fee (USD 5) as a compensation, and when I refused, they said 50% discount on shipping with UPS, then it became 70%! They think that I am looking for money or something, they are not aware that this is a matter of principal and they have to pay for their poor service in full
Anyways, I still asked them for 100% free shipping as a compensation, they asked me to send an email to Mohammed Jawad, their manager, I will see what does he has to say.
UPDATE:
The manager finally agreed to ship the item they lost for over 2 months for free using FedEx economy as a compensation for my suffering.
I am still waiting for them to ship the item they claimed they shipped, status still shows that the item was not picked up by UPS
