Here's what you can expect in the months of hard work it might take to get a solution: - Their warehouse appears to have no particular expertise in identifying items that can't be shipped (a cloth patch is a gun part?), tracking the whereabouts of received items or efficiently dispatching packages. - Their customer service strategy seems based on "hope", rather than robust processes or proactively working for the customer. - You'll be lucky to get an email response. - Chat "help" can go around in circles between unnamed "departments" with no resulting action. - If they make an undertaking to do something, it's unlikely they'll follow through. Consequently you'll need to work hard to chase them … every … single … step … of … the … way, potentially for many months.
I've been a customer of GlobalShopaholics for more than 2 years. The quality of their services were more than super. Support by chat or email was very effective. Nothing to complain about. Since they moved to their new storage facility in New Castle things started to decline. I spent long periods of time trying to get someone to respond to my chat regarding an issue that cannot be solved without some direct contact. The problem is that you will be able to see the actual contents of your packages AFTER you consolidate packages for shipping. Recently, I had an issue with one of the packages I'm about to ship. So I wanted to chat with support to let them know. This is a paid service and not free. After waiting sometimes more than an hour on the chat window I get someone that promises me that they will do so by today or tomorrow. This continues for the next week, no response, no reply no service. You pray that you will receive your stuff without anything missing. Support is ZERO. I was more than clear and I left messages with detailed photos hopefully someone would read it and address my issue. Nothing. Eventually, I gave up. I paid for shipping and I'm waiting for them to ship it. It is really unfortunate, I was more than happy with the services they provide. Good thing is there are so many other companies competing in this line of business. I wish someone would read this and rectify things. But. I don't think so..

It's been few Months i'm using GS for my package forwarding to Canada. I have found them very helpful and friendly, Thier prices are very reasonable and good. Most of all live chat support is simply Amazing.
Have used them for over a year now. Good company and nothing ever went wrong.
They even had a option with one carrier where you pay VAT & customs in advance which saves lead time. Only thing would recommend and App along with the site. Their representative Elia responds fast amd provides solutions
Bunch of the staffs barely can type mails and are just unprofessional. After one week of mail war they have come to compensate me 5 dollars against 150 dollars. It would want you to earn some merits by donating that money to charity. I vow to never use your services again.
I had my parcels in my storage and it was nearing end of my free storage. I tried to increase my free storag as postal services to my country has been hit hard due to covid and prices were exorbitantly high. After one month I see two of my package bus out of my storage. I was alarmed and contacted them. There is a huge communication gap between their front desk and warehouse. The packages couldn't be located so in short I ended up losing my very loving items and my money. I had been a customer since 2017 and now I have decided to never use their services again. Very disheartening! Don't use their services. They have made quite many mistakes like pasting one invoice with one item whereas the parcel contained several items in the past I somehow managed them from customs but this time it was beyond forgiveness

All agents lies, just to postpone the shipment readiness. Everyday telling the same answer which is your package will be ready today. Takes too much time to get in touch with them in the chat. When talk to them, they mostly ignoring and replying fast. Do not recommend to use their service. There are plenty competitive companies better than them

I have horrible experience. Global Shopaholics too > 10 days to consolidate the package. After consolidation they add $10 additional fees for dangerous goods handling for no reason. I talked to all their customer service representative: James, Steven, Elia, Mohammed. Etc. And they all indicated that its a technical error on their side and they all lie to me that ti will get sorted. Honestly there is no reason to use them if they delay packages so much and add hidden fees (this is part from the weird Paypal "fees' that no one else charges) - not recommended

They are keeping my package hostage!
I have had a package sent to them weeks ago and ever since I have been unable to login. After multiple attempts to contact them I was eventually told that it was do to an update and would be fixed soon. That was over 2 weeks ago and still no access. They don't answer emails or try to help in any way. DO NOT USE.

I am completely satisfied with your service, the order arrived on the exact day, although there was a bit of complication in the customs clearance process, but it was resolved.

As for the shipping price, I thought it would be affordable, but it wasn't.
For an iPhone xr, I thought I would pay $45 at most but I paid $65, $24 which is already a lot. As for the time between, the shipping specifications said that the package would be delivered in 12 to 15 days, but I received the package in 16 days. I think the delivery time needs to be adjusted.
They have reasonable prices, multiple shipping courier options, and they let you edit customs pricing which is their biggest advantage. I wish they work on weekends to accelerate consolidation and shipping.
Lately, they probably stole an item from me and although I raised a ticket, they took a month saying we are investigating and eventually denied everything and told me we won't do you anything even the item wasn't so valuable. Their customer support is so poor and they take weeks sometimes to consolidate shipments. If you are looking for reliable service, stay away from them.

I was concerned about shipping fragile products, some china and photo frames. I, however, took the chance and shipped them via Global Shopaholics. I requested special packing with added padding and bubble wrapping. They packed exactly how I wanted my packages to be packed. These services are also free of cost. I also found Global Shopaholics to be reasonable if we talk about the pricing, as compared to other shipping companies.
Now that I have received my china and other glass-made articles in 10/10 condition, I can personally vouch for this company. I would recommend Global Shopaholics to my family and friends.
I have been waiting Months to get my package... months! They keep giving me the run around. Every week I chat with their customer service and they say they will send it out that week... but Nothing. I FEAR it has been stolen or lost.

Since December the service from GS has declined to the point of pathetic... I've had a package consolidated and paid shipping sitting in the warehouse for over a month... The only way I get contacted is thru Instagram and I have to Shame them into responding... whoever wrote the 5 Review, must work for them... Peter constantly puts me off and hangs up on me...

I wanted to ship anniversary gift to my cousin early and couldn't wait for 5 to 6 days as other companies were asking, globalshopaholics done this job for me in just 3 days, believe me they served me very professionally by fulfilling their commitment.

I've tried multiple services similar to GS and and nothing compares to their rates, excellent customer support or fast service. Not to mention there's always a catch with these companies - either you pay for a picture of your item or a fixed fee for consolidation (unless you're a paying monthly subscriber of their ridiculous plans). GS does both for free. The days of overcharging are over.
Ive tried several forwarders including myus, reship etc but globalshopaholics been the best for me. Im from Pakistan and their system has worked best for me. They give the best shipping rates and very secure as well. Shipped 11 parcels with varying weights from 2lb to 20 lb.
Suggestion for the company, they should open business in other countries like UK, Germany etc as well.

I've ordered three glass vases to be consolidated, they were very delicate and expensive. They took the time not only to bubble wrap each case individually but make sure the inside of each vase was protected as well. You can tell that they took their time and creating my shipment and it's very appreciated

I would not encourage any one to deal with them because a package of mine was missing and was lost
Platform and website is excellent, and pricing seems reasonable honestly but what is the point where there is a good change you may lose your shipment or it gets lost and you wouldn't get your money back.
So there is a risk involvement and I found some others have had the same issue in which they lost one of their shipments, otherwise I would recommend it

I have been a client of Global Shopaholics for over a year now and they helped me receive more than 20 packages from US. Their shipper options are many and I can choose any of them depending on how urgently I need my package. The rates are pretty reasonable as well. The option of package consolidation is a money-saver.
