I've been reviewing the services of Global shopaholics but today I am super amazed by their services and their best customer care by Miss Elia, despite this hard season and snowstorm around USA many companies found it hard to help their clients but Global shopaholics had no excuse and kept on working hard to give us their best service, now our shipment is safe and as usual it will get to us with no doubt.

Global shopaholics served me Perfectly and Professionally, I wanted to ship few toys for my son, and Items from Wallmart for my home to decorate it. All items and Products were delicate and Fragile. And i wanted to ship my items quick. I used GS for the very first time. And their service is simply awesome. I have received my items on time, And everything was packed well, and their rates are low as well, And i wasn't expecting that much Low rates, But i was amazed when i saw the final bill. So yeah actually a great service indeed.
I deal with them since 2018 they try to do the best that can do for their clients, I searched a lot, no company can rival them in free storage time or price when the ship,

I have been using, myus, shipitto, fishisfast and have decided to try globalshopagolics - and found out that guys simply don't have customer support or helpdesk available. Have filled a shipment on 29th of October and today is 11 of November - shipment is still pending consolidation. I have tried to contact someone on this and found out that there is no direct contact on issues like that. The only available method is online chat which is available on US working ours (company which is pretending to ship worldwide) only and the is not not able to solve the issue. Pls stay away.
I had to ship my favourite watches from United States of America but I couldn't find a way for shipping these products. So, I eventually came across Global Shopaholics and now my favourite products shipped safely to me... Thank you so much Global Shopaholics!

The worst forwarding service! Do not use them. They lost packages for me and never refunded me, after paying the shipping fees for the packages, they wait more than 9 days and still not shipped, i contact them everyday and they keep lying. And their customer service is terrible, they reply after 30 mins then if you dont reply within 2 mins the end the conversation.
After i read the reviews it seemed to me a good company so i tried it and my first try was done SUCCESSFULLY i was really amazed! Surprised! With these rates its really the cheapest rates you'll find among all fright forwarder companies i promise you, so don't try to search for a company JUST TRY THIS COMPANY.

I used Address of the state of Virginia because of the shipping warehouses speed after 24 hours. I make payment 25 FEB they are Create Tracking Information " only " in 27 FEB and They are shipping my order Actually to Aramex in 6 March
I'm used Virginia warehouses and I Paid taxes to get speed shipping after 24 hours Actually I get more Delay and my order shipping after 9 day!

I want to remind you and anyone reading this. The 25th was a Saturday. All International shipping carriers do not operate on Saturday and Sunday. Aramex is closed here in United States. So yes it makes sense that your label was created on Monday. That is the first point.
The second point is. It seems you are reviewing Aramex more over Global Shopaholics I have looked up the tracking number your shipment was sent to Aramex under, see link: https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?tracknumbers=778531258147
It was picked by FedEx and overnight to Aramex in New York on 28th. I will have someone on our team forward you all the emails we sent Aramex regarding this issue. You are not the only person that was affected by this. In fact, all shipments sent on 27th/28th were delayed by Aramex. Not Global Shopaholics. So I do hope you reconsider your judgment and review of our company.
