Here's what you can expect in the months of hard work it might take to get a solution: - Their warehouse appears to have no particular expertise in identifying items that can't be shipped (a cloth patch is a gun part?), tracking the whereabouts of received items or efficiently dispatching packages. - Their customer service strategy seems based on "hope", rather than robust processes or proactively working for the customer. - You'll be lucky to get an email response. - Chat "help" can go around in circles between unnamed "departments" with no resulting action. - If they make an undertaking to do something, it's unlikely they'll follow through. Consequently you'll need to work hard to chase them … every … single … step … of … the … way, potentially for many months.

Global shopaholics has been may go to forwader for non-vlouminous items. They are not always the fastest as processing but their pricing are decent.
Theft - they will make you beg for your package to be shipped.
You should expect your items to be stolen by their employees or to spend weeks getting to know the individual employees to get anything moving.
- Its been 18 days since my package arrived and they have not shipped them.
- You need to pay may for an 'express' service. This is still a few weeks to get anything shipped.
- They play the game by moving the package through KPIs. They 'ship' the items by creating the shipping label, but Aramex has not yet recieved the package. Meaning they just want to blame it on Aramex for slow shipping or even theft. They will incorrectly mark the status of the item just to show an 'express' service but the danger is that item get lost this way.
- No body knows where my package is. Aramex says they've never received it; and I believe them not GS.
- No customer service whatsoever. No phone line to call. The live chat feature is only available on SOME days (50% of weekdays it's down) and they don't work weekends.
- Expect to make friends with individual employees (e.g. William) if you want anything moving. I'm now on the good side of William (I think) which means he created the shipping label but not shipped it. I will wait and pray the live chat is live again sometime next week for me to ENQUIRE about my package. It wont get shipped of course; don't be unreasonable.
- You will get to know their operation intimately; the developer team go home before 3pm. They are required (for some reason) for your package to be shipped.
- "Call back tomorrow" as early as lunch - even the DMV is better.
Use Shipito or MyUS for a better experience. I've discovered my complaints with those guys are nothing (e.g. I used to get frustrated when they shipped packages the day after instead of same day).
