Here's what you can expect in the months of hard work it might take to get a solution: - Their warehouse appears to have no particular expertise in identifying items that can't be shipped (a cloth patch is a gun part?), tracking the whereabouts of received items or efficiently dispatching packages. - Their customer service strategy seems based on "hope", rather than robust processes or proactively working for the customer. - You'll be lucky to get an email response. - Chat "help" can go around in circles between unnamed "departments" with no resulting action. - If they make an undertaking to do something, it's unlikely they'll follow through. Consequently you'll need to work hard to chase them … every … single … step … of … the … way, potentially for many months.
I have used their service once, I found globalshopaholics through random searching on google. The best part is that their process is highly automated and they give you options of different shippers. They also provide consolidation of different shipment, if needed and they can buy for you as well if need be, but it's a paid service.
The website is not that customer friendly. I wasted alot of time understanding the website, I think they should upload some videos as to how to use their website.
Their customer service is a bit slow but I think because of Covid-19 every business is affected. But I personally think they should work on it. Overall I had a good experience for first timer.
P.S. I have updated my comment, since initially I didn't get a good response from there support. But eventually they apologized and explained me the reason.
If you want to run a good company you need to have a good customer care service and this company has one of the worst. My package is stuck with them for days now, don't know how many.
They won't bother replying you. They show you all options of how you can contact them but they don't reply on any one of them.
Trust me, don't bother using their services because you would just get yourself frustrated nothing else.

Global shopaholics was introduced to me through a friend, at first I had doubts about it since it was relatively a new company but I gave it a try, since then I've received over 50 packages without any problems, there are no additional fees no start up fees no hidden fees, the customer service is second to none especially the online chat they are always there whenever you need them or have some problems with a package, i highly recommend Global shopaholics they are a reliable, honest company.
- The item was not shipped within the timeframe even though paid for faster shipping.
- The actual weight of the item was 1.3lb but it was declared as 38lb and charged accordingly.
- The item has very short life expiry and took longer than expected to be delivered which resulted in losing the item it. Promised that the item will be delivered within 2-4 days. But it was delivered after 14days.

I stored my EarPods on and requested to ship ot to US address, during the delayed a canceled after 2 weeks of delayed shipping, guess what, they canceld order then add cancel fees, i requested again for refund my order fees and delete cancel fees, all things goes right, but guess what? They shipped my order after canceled to wrong address?!

I have used Global Shoppaholics over the years to buy stuff in the US and ship it abroad (to both Europe and China).
They are predictable, responsive and helpful in the process. I would recommend them to others.
For shipping to China, I would recommend to use DHL since the experience is more predictable and easy, not raising strange requirements to ship products. Last time I was shipping Loft clothes and Global Shopaholics was raising strange requirements from another carrier!
Since they are based in Delaware, there is no sales tax, so more competitive shopping in the US.

I have read reviews here and others pointing to EMPLOYEES STEALING packages. If you use this company consider your bought items stolen or lost as per the review.
A really terrible company. Customer service is basically non-existent.
I had 4 packages be delivered FEB 3 2020. NO updates within the website. I messaged their customer service chat and they blamed USPS. They state USPS always UPDATES their trackers BEFORE the package is deemed delivered. 2 FULL days later and still the same BS. Now they refuse to answer my questions, comments and concerns within their mobile chat, they just '' end chat ''. Phone numbers don't work or no one ever picks up.

I dont recommend global shopaholics. They Lost my packages and kept saying they will upload them in my storage for more than a month! I tried contacting customer service and all they said was we will upload it in your storage soon. (They received the package on november 9th and i contacted them again on December 17th) Ofcourse that never happened and I never received my package. The worst service.

First time trying GlobalShopaholics. Ran into an issue with payment but it was quickly addressed and solved by customer service agent Elia. Good service. Recommended.
Stay away. These young ‘boys' (Ali, Mohammad Ali, two Indian guys who claim their name is John and William, refuse to help or take responsibility for their errors. They are rude, lazy and lie. They can't pack right and follow simple instructions such as remove outer retail. And charge you even though it's FREE, they will then remove "consolidated" items without telling you to claim they reduced weight. They will not respond to emails or questions and will flood your email with "tickets" as a response. They insult you and accuse innocent customers of being a scammer "using someone elses credit card" when you pay they LIE and say they will get it out that day but only create a label weekend goes by they won't arrange pick up and then lie some more, packages still in their possession. After being told it was shipped. This isn't 12-24 hours after consolidation it's 2 half weeks later. May all this hell they cause others come back to them 10 fold! And the "manager" Mohammad Zulqarnayan for never assisting or coming to the phone and for letting immature little boys act like they own the place, lie delay and do nothing! Shame on all of you and the owner too…stay away!

Terrible service. It appears like either they don't care about their customers at all, or they don't have enough personnel to do the work.or maybe both.
I was looking between companies that forward packages from usa to the world and just randomly decided to try this one. Well, the experience is so far terrible, unacceptable and there is no word that describes the carlessness of the people that work at this globalshopaholics.com
I had to wait 4 days after the package was delivered to them, to get notified that they received a package. And guess what, the picture they sent was of someone else's package, emailed them about the mistake, and 2 days later I get the correct picture, then I put consolidate and ship request on february 9, and it's been 8 days now and haven't heard a word from them. No progress at all. And everytime I contact them either through chat or email, they take too long to respond, and when they do, they say that they will notify their team at the warehouse. But nothing changes.
Don't fall for this company, there is far better companies out there. That has been doing this for a lot longer, and care about their customers and their reputation.

I have been using Global Shopaholics for my U.S purchases years ago, not once they have failed me. Their customer service is fantastic and they respond to my requests within less a day.
These people are scammers and will take your items and disappear. Do not trust them at all. I have 2 iPhone 7plus 128gb, a 1terabyte hardrive, various clothing's with them since a month now. Other shipping companies I used already delivered but global shopaholics are probably flexing on my products. I know they are scammers because I am a victim.

I have long History shipment that been paid with this company but the issue is that they have Employees with different words it's always happened! An employee tells me something and another employee tells me something else that completely different < So last weak one of the employees (I want really mention his name but I will not) tells me that we can't ship your shipment because it's content band stuff that your costumes will not allowed to let them in but I was shipped more then hundred times the same thing to my country and it's fine and I told him you can check my history log to find that out but he refuse to ship them anyway< So today I talk to Elia she was a nice lady that just solve my problem in just a second.
