I needed to send the package from Slovakia to Italy. Because of the public holidays in slovakia I was very nervous if the package arrives on time. Using the tracking I could see that the package arrived really the lowest level delivery time within EU 3 zones as declared. From my point of view - very good job.
First experience with this service. Their courier left my package in the middle of the floor in a public lobby of my apartment complex where it was stolen before I even got the notification it was delivered. Emailing them they told me there was nothing they could do and directed me to the seller, who had nothing at all to do with their negligence. This company sees nothing wrong with a courier just throwing a package onto the floor and taking off, and will do nothing to help after the fact. I advise staying as far away from them as possible as both shipper and receiver.
Driver brought in an empty ripped open envelope and showed counter staff. Dropped it on counter and proceeded to mark the delivery as shipped. Automatic dismissal if i ran the company
Not only did they reschedule my package delivery several times, they even lost it with no apologies and no answers! Getting in touch with them is a miracle and the service is more than disappointing!

Terrible shipping service. Promises 1 day but takes 2. Tracking info is less detailed than UPS, Fedex, USPS. Unreliable and not worth the money. Avoid at all costs.
They have the worst delivery service i have EVER seen, they keep not delivering my package because my apartments gate is closed and there is no gate code. I called and waited 15 mins to speak with someone who has thee WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE she provided no help and no solutions she just kept stating the obvious. I asked if I can pick up my package and she sent me a address that is 40 mins away from my house! Tried to reschedule my delivery for today and she said "he already came there today" so then I said well as soon as possible then she then proceeds to say "so what day do you want to schedule the delivery?"? Like are you dumb? Clearly if I can't schedule for today then schedule it for tomorrow so now I have to sit OUTSIDE my apartment tomorrow and hope to catch the delivery driver so I can get my package that I spent MONEY on I will NEVER order from anyone that ships with them ever again.
I had sealer delivered and they threw it out and damaged our newly poured cement. To date can not talk to anyone on the phone to rectify this awful mess. I could cry
The worst delivery company I've ever used! The track&trace link was not showing any time frame of the delivery until the people just came to the house when I was at work. I said that I was not informed that they were coming, so I cannot be there now and said that they have to deliver on other day. People on the phone said "no, we cannot come other day, it's too far". I said "then leave the boxes next to the gates". They said "ok". After a few hours I was back home and all of the boxes were threw over the fence! (it was baby stuff including 2 beds and the matras). As a result everything was dirty and broken. The store promised to pick it up again via GLS, but they can only come on a business day and there is no time frame! So I had to skip my whole work day for that but NOBODY EVEN CAME! The online store told me that GLS just cancelled pick up with no explanations. Point. Nobody didn't inform me in any way, not the store not GLS. So now I have to skip another work day next week and loose money and time because of them. So if you ever buy anything in internet ALWAYS look at who will deliver and if it's GLS then find another store because you will gain only problems. They don't care about people and have no client service or support.
Tracking information is never accurate. They sit on packages indefinitely. They lose packages sent by third parties. Never use them if you want to keep your own business.

Delivery rescheduled 3 times? Weather is not an issue so I cannot see a reason for a rescheduling 3 times. Today the tracker shows "DELIVERY NOT ATTEMPTED"? Why not? The package is moving from my local distribution center back to the origin? STILL waiting for my package that was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago! AWFUL TRACKING AWFUL SERVICE
Medical supplies due to be delivered. Repeatedly told they can't get into security gate to apartment. We live in duplex with no security gate of any kind.
I had a package sent from France on the 9th May through GLS and after seeing the package was still in France on the 14th after 6 scans I contacted the sender and then GLS.
The sender Pneus tyres told me I would have the package tomorrow which turned out to be a lie. After contacting several divisions including the French outlet of GLS who thought it sufficient to just directed me to their app to check what I already knew I eventually found out that they had no idea where the package was. After agonising about it for the next 24 hrs I received an email stating that an investigation was started to see where my package was. That was a week ago and I still don't know whats happening and to make matters worse the sender will not refund my money until that investigation is complete.

They are the worst company that I ever meet. They shipped my order to wrong adress and whenever I talked with a representative, first they said we will call you back in 2 hours but they didn't, and they give me wrong information or didn't give any information. So my order shipped to wrong address and it was 2 block away from my address I searched the address in my neighborhood and found it, took and picture of it, my package was not there. Even i did it but they are not even eligible to inform me about if they can find my package or it's lost. So I'm wasted my time with them all day along. I'm really mad right now because I'm supposed to go hiking tomorrow with the jackets but they are telling me, we will inform you about your order in 48 hours? This is their mistake and why do i need to wait 48 hours for their mistake? I want my money back asap. But no, when i call Columbia support representative, they are saying unfortunately we can't make refund before we find our package. You can see the picture GLS shared with me is wrong address and give my money back! I need to go and buy directly from a store because but I can't get my money back!
I would be very cautious when using this company. My package was "delivered" to a parking lot. I accidentally wrote the wrong building number and the number was delivered to construction site parking lot. My package was signed for. When I called this delivery company to dispute this and find out where my package had gone, the associate said they would see what could be done and call me back in 24 hours. Asked if I could be available for the next 24 hours to talk and I said yes. Never had a call back. I believe their driver/deliverer signed for my package and took it because who else would deliver it to an empty lot? This package was also a dress I was going to wear for my wedding. My actually wedding. My email was left for the package as well, I understand I wrote down the wrong number of the building but this gives no excuse on why I was not contacted by email to find the right address. This company may be fraud because why would you delivery this to a parking lot and not question that this was of course the wrong address.
This carrier purposely does not give you a tracking number and have horrible customer service if you are lucky to get to them. Its as if they are purposely trying to be poor.
Although the address IS correct the driver, probably decided it was incorrect as it was difficult to find. At no time did he attempt to call me to ask where I lived. This is not the first time!
Called. Was on hold for 34 minutes so hung up. 2nd attempt was on hold for 27 minutes and finally got through but very rude on phone. Overall not a great company!
My package went missing and through multiple follow ups, I have been given the runaround and all sorts of excuses (lost, misplace, delayed pickup, etc.). The chat help was absolutely useless and didn't help. The phone help was a waste of time (and wasted your time as well). Lastly and most irritating is the "help" was very rude and disconnected my call. He (Larry) had the nerve to call me back and accused me of disconnecting the call. Their support is USELESS, RUDE and DISHONEST. I WOULD NOT TRUST ANY DELIVERIES MADE BY THEM AND I WOULD NOT DEPEND ON THEIR "HELP" LINE OR CHAT. AGAIN... DO NOT USE!

They are always late and their customer service is very used to complaints and they don't care about you, they tell you it is just like that just wait
It's cool to have review sites but when will government action be taken? GLS lies, has virtually no customer service presence, and packages seem to only make it as far as their hubs. I'm not sure if they're thieves, lazy, underground drug lords or what but this burin was is starting to seem more like a cover up for something else rather than an actual shipping company. It seems if the workers like your purchase enough, they'll just keep it for themselves and mark it as lost with no attempt to deliver. When you do get in contact with customer service, they try their best not to give you a manager or any alternatives. They also ramble on and give you a tone of different, unequivocal information. This is such a scam it's crazy. There's also no BBB presence for this company which is also shady. I've read that they hire family members who aren't made to do their jobs properly either, again leading me to think this "shipping" company is just a cover up for something else. I'm so angry right now. Unfortunately the people I've purchased from continue to use this bogus company and they keep having to give me refunds. 2 parties losing because of GLS, who is never held responsible for their CRIMES.

This company is absolutely terrible. I ordered a fishing rod from tackle express over a week ago. They called me on a Monday telling me that they shipped the package and it should be there on Wednesday of the same week, and gave me a tracking number. I didn't even see an update in the GLS system until Friday of that week, at which point they said my package would arrive that afternoon. Then I got an update around 5pm saying they attempted to deliver but nobody was home, which is completely false because I was home and no truck ever showed up (I was looking out for them for several hours). I called on Saturday and after an HOUR on hold, they told me it would be there that day, and that a representative would call me with a time update. I never got a call, and AGAIN, I got a notification at 4pm that they attempted to deliver but nobody was home. Once again, I was home and no truck ever showed up. If it doesn't show up tomorrow, I will cancel my order. I will NEVER be ordering anything from a company that uses GLS again. Absolutely terrible shipping company that completely lies to their customers.
We are a winery and have used GLS multiple times. Most of the service experiences have been horrible! Worst experience was when a pallet of wine (56 cases) was delivered a week late with 5 wine cases missing from the pallet. During the week they had this pallet of wine, they did NOT keep it in a temperature controlled environment while outside temperatures were in the 90s. It took multiple phone calls, with hours on hold, to finally get that pallet of wine delivered!
Second most horrible experience was when live grapevines were shipped with them to our vineyard. A two hour distance between cities ended up being a delivery time of a 28 hour delivery when temperatures were triple digits. They would not have delivered in that time frame had I not threatened them with a lawsuit claim.
Third worst situation with GLS was today when a pallet of wine was to be delivered to the tasting room. Well, at 2:30 pm I called to see when the pallet was to arrive. I was told there were two other locations to go before they would deliver to us and the expected time at our location was to be around 4:30-5:30 pm time frame. Waited and waited. Finally by 5:30 pm, I called to see where the driver was who was supposed to deliver the pallet of wine. No response and on hold for at least 25 minutes. No one was available to help and phone switched to leave a message. Another attempt…same situation. No pallet arrived today AND not a single call from GLS! Will it be delivered tomorrow? I have no idea! No communication from GLS. Zero!
Fashion Nova used this off brand delivery courier service for my order. Had I known I would have requested UPS or FedEx! I live in a gated community and they claimed they did not have access. Fine no problem I called and sent 2 emails giving them my contact number and access code for the gate. Their "second" attempt to deliver my package was the same issue could not access security gate. I was home during the time of the so called delivery why didn't the driver call me? I call the *******555 waited over 3 hours to be connected with a supervisor I have screen shots for proof on the call time and still never spoke to a supervisor. I called back 2x in order to get the warehouse information so I could pick up my package myself because per fashion novas policy I would receive store credit if the package gets sent back due to non delivery. Finally I spoke to a manager named Mark who oversees the Ontario, Calif. Location. He stated that I would get a call back to ensure the package would be at the warehouse so I could pick it up myself and that it wasn't lost! Why would it even be lost. And why didn't the driver call my number or use the access code provided!? Makes absolutely no sense what so ever. Be warned never use this delivery service stick to the big guys like DHL, Post Office, UPS or FedEx.

What can I say... The most b. Astard company is GLS. You are the liars and the ugliest couriers you have. Every time, EVERY time your couriers do not bring the parcel on the specified date. Instead, EVERY time your courier puts the status - not at home. I had a delivery scheduled for Monday July 5th, I WAS HOME THE WHOLE DAY, ME AND MY WIFE! YOUR COURIER PUTS THE STATUS THAT NO ONE IS HOME! JULY 6 RE-DELIVERY, I WAS HOME ALL DAY AGAIN - NO ONE BROUGHT ANYTHING! AND TODAY THE STATUS - DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT GET ANYTHING! DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR HEAD? OR YOUR FU***G COURIERS? I PAYED FOR THIS WASTE DELIVERY, HOW THE HELL DO I HAVE TO LOOK FOR 2 DAYS AT HOME? HOW THE HELL HAVE I A DELIVERED STATUS?
