I needed to send the package from Slovakia to Italy. Because of the public holidays in slovakia I was very nervous if the package arrives on time. Using the tracking I could see that the package arrived really the lowest level delivery time within EU 3 zones as declared. From my point of view - very good job.
First experience with this service. Their courier left my package in the middle of the floor in a public lobby of my apartment complex where it was stolen before I even got the notification it was delivered. Emailing them they told me there was nothing they could do and directed me to the seller, who had nothing at all to do with their negligence. This company sees nothing wrong with a courier just throwing a package onto the floor and taking off, and will do nothing to help after the fact. I advise staying as far away from them as possible as both shipper and receiver.
It is hard to understand how these incompetents are still in business. They insist my house doesn't exist?

Worst shipping on the market. Avoid at all cost. They don't care about customer service at all. I ordered a package from san diego and the company chose GLS to deliver the package. The package has been in their Santa Fe springs warehouse for over 5 days and everytime you speak to someone they say it will be delivered the next day. Happenned multiple times. When i asked to go pick it up, I am told that it requires 24 to process the request but operations won't acknowledge my request.
Would give them zero stars if it was possible.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COST!
Service déplorable. Déspose systématiquement les colis en point relais sans aucune tentative de livraison et sans même essayer de joindre le client (qui avait pris une journée de congé exprès pour être à son domicile à chaque fois et qui avait payé un supplément pour être livré à domicile au lieu d'un point relais). Aucune réponse du service client. Point relais à l'autre bout de la ville, sans aucune possibilité de parking... Pitoyable...
It is as the worst experience of my life working for GLS US. Friendly recruiter had my guard down, was interviewed by 3 know everything rude men. I was genuine and authentic with a good heart. When I was introduced to the team the IT manager expected me to lead on the 1st day and so I did. Then some man from a foreign country who was an architect solution and opposite time. I could not use my own skills and knowledge as an IT professional and had to adhere to their micro management that obviously isn't helpful, look at the customer reviews. The Product Owner was also arrogant but that also wasn't helpful. The company was so bad they couldn't even deliver work equipment to me with their own assets, had to contract out the job, mind I live in a huge suburb of the 2nd most populous city of a huge south west state. I was accused of not being a good leader, tho I never had a fighting chance, the IT manager whatever he did had a losing view of me from the beginning. Essentially the worst work experience of my life, the worst mistake of my adult life. Please don't make my mistake, stay away from this company in any capacity, it was a disaster. I decided I wouldn't be blamed for their sinking ship or sink with them. I couldn't ever my 2 cents in, which is important for a professional, the solution architect was trying to prove his book theory and own vanity in mind. They should have had a robot or a puppet. They treated me inhumane, i never felt that misogynistic feeling in all my life until I worked IT for them. Just bad. Their negative impact still traumatizes me sometimes. If I can help just one person. Stay away, or if desperate, use the salary until u find something better. These people are the absolute worse adults I met in my time.

Servizio schifosissimo, nn so se dormono o cosa fanno, ma quando un corriere deve mentire per mancata consegna, o nn aveva voglia o chi sa se sono tutti al gardaland che giocano, è grave! Putroppo questi nn hanno capito come gira il mondo. E in piû sono adesso da 2 settimane che aspetto la consegna.
Il problema è che gia da anni fanno cosi!

El servicio fue absolutamente horrible; no siguieron las instrucciones de entrega, no me llamaron y me dijeron que tenía que ir a buscar mi paquete. Intenté contactarles para explicarles que trabajo esta semana y no puedo llegar a recogerlo entre las 9 de la mañana y las 4 de la tarde. Al final, devolvieron mi paquete al remitente después de solo un par de días.
Nunca me contactaron, no respondieron a mis correos y no intentaron ni una vez entregar el paquete de nuevo ni seguir las instrucciones.
Es una de las peores empresas de entrega en todo el país, sin ninguna duda.
Estoy en casa y el repartidor envio un mensaje por text que no estoy en casa. El vago no quiere hacer su trabajo. Ahora tengo que ir a la tienda para recojerlo. Tengo camaras de seguridad tambien. No habia ninguna persona en mi calle ni en mi puerta.
