I only shop on the gnc website during a sale, and for Black Friday they had 40% off the entire site so I purchased a box of quest nutrition bars which rarely go on sale. When checking out you have the option of using shoprunner, which I have an account with, so my order came within two business days much like amazon prime. I have never had a problem with my online orders and I know that if I did I can always return it thanks to GNC's great return policy. Overall, the site is easy to navigate, offers the shoprunner service, and has great prices if you have a gold card. GNC is the best place to get supplements and vitamins.

GNC is a train wreck of a company! No fulfillment or customer service, and it almost feels like they are purposely cheating you out of what you order and pay for, with no intent to deliver the product or return your payment.

DO NOT GNC AND DO NOT BUY ONLINE, GNC will scam you and not ship your item or refund your money. The product "has been delivered per the carrier" so they refuse to give refunds or make the purchase good with replacement. I never received my product and they have not refunded my money or offered to replace the missing product.

I made an online purchase in December 2023. The order never arrived. I looked online and found that the order was damaged during shipping and returned to GNC. I contacted them and asked that it be re-sent. They said they were not re-sending, but reimbursing my credit card account. I still have not been reimbursed. I have contacted them a number of times since. Now they say that I have been reimbursed. However, it does not reflect on my credit card transactions. They are saying that it is my responsibility to prove that I have not been reimbursed. They are actually saying that I need to send them my credit card statements! Unreal! I asked that my case be escalated to a supervisor. They scheduled a call with me at 8:00 this morning. They have not called me. When I try calling them, their BOT attempts to forward me to customer service, but the call drops every time. Do not order online from this company! Horrible service!

I trusted this brand as it is 85 years old but by using clearance sale as a name and selling old and $#*!ty products is worst thing you can do. I am using it and it only have 15-16 days expiry. Do you recommend me using it after the expiry?

GNC has no idea how to package orders properly. 2 separate orders, same issue happened both times. I ordered a BOX of Quest chips along with cases of C4 energy drinks. Twice now, the chips were removed from their box and used as package stuffing for the energy drinks. The chips are all smashed and both times one bag even popped open and spilled everywhere. They were really good about replacing the damaged items the first time it happened, but they are giving me a hard time about it this time. I feel like it's not rocket science that this is NOT an appropriate way to package bags of chips.
I just spent 174.99 and I got an error message the transaction didn't go through. It however did. The 174.99 was removed from my account and my reward was used but I got no confirmation number or receipt. I called customer service and they said they see no record of my transaction today and to wait 24 hours. This to me is theft. I will not shop GNC online or any of their stores after this.
One of the associates at "Customer Care" refuses to answer simple questions and does not seem to understand her job functions. After many weeks of attempting to get an answer, I finally asked for contact information for her direct supervisor... she was never heard from again after several requests. Nicole's incompetence has caused GNC to lose yet another customer... I guess this is why they are forced to shut down over 190 stores?!
Ordered several hundred dollars worth of vitamins. Received email that the order shipped but no tracking information available. Called to get it, one rep said the order was cancelled. Another said it was still being fulfilled. Next day I got some of my order but not all. Called again. Rep said rest of order was to be delivered that day. That was two days ago. Nothing. Called again. Told me the order was cancelled but some of it was still coming. No two reps have told me the same thing. I just now called to ask for a supervisor. They kept me on hold forever then said a supervisor would call me back. I doubt that will happen. I can't get any answers or resolution or my money back. Will never, ever order anything from GNC or shop in their stores again.
I stopped being a customer because of deceptive pricing (computer rings up one price and the shelves say something else), but the last straw was their employee miss-keying my check information and declining my check when I had multiple times that amount. When I wanted to talk to someone about it, the idiot clerk did not have a corporate number for me to call. That's fine. My $1,500 per year worth of business will go to Super Supplements, instead.

I placed two orders, paid for them, and both times they were cancelled. I never got a refund. I sent a letter to the CEO 2 weeks ago. He never called. He had CS send me an email saying I'd get my refund but it never happened. Too many other companies to buy quality products from!
Way too over helpful! How come every time I go in to a GNC I feel like it is a car sale? I cant even get to the register without being hailed at the door with a jacked up "Hi, can I help you!" It is annoying that I have to talk to anyone before I am ready to ask question or inquire about a product that I may like to keep personal. GNC you really need to pull your staff back a bit if you want me to return to any of your stores. Not everybody wants to be greeted.

I order less than the required amount to get free shipping, but didn't know it. At checkout, GNC offers several options including something like see final bill or PayPal. I selected PayPal assuming the next screen would take me to a final bill review with the PayPal connection established. NOPE! It went right to payment receipt (which is where I first saw the shipping charge) (problem 1). Then I never received a confirmation email from GNC (problem 2). I did receive a notification from Rakuten that I am getting a rebate that that email had the order number. I tried to cancel the order on the GNC website, but it could not be found (problem 3). I wrote to GNC asking them to cancel my order, but never received a response (problem 4) and today the items arrived (problem 5).

I purchased a 2lbs whey protein shake from GNC, but they never delivered it. When I asked them for a refund, it has been more than 25 days, and they keep giving me the same response - that I will receive the refund in 5 to 7 days. Honestly it feels like a Scam.

Ready to give a 1 star. Placed an order over a week ago. Still havn't received. Checked on my account- for status of order and it says "Estimated Delivery Date: Not Currently Available" Shows order hasn't even shipped yet. Ready to dispute my credit card. Don't order online.
I am a constant customer of GNC and have since ordered similar products since the pandemic. I traditionally have received the products within a week or no more than 7 days. I have ordered two items that were placed on August 4th and sent out for shipment. It was updated multiple times over the past week and half that it was changing from one carrier to another, that it would be delivered on last week, and finally I get a notification it is coming today via USPS another carrier. It has been an extreme wait for the products and I will never order from GNC again online if this is what is expected. I have spoken to multiple reps and they have additionally shared that this is not a standard shipping issue and shouldn't have happened, but there is no recourse. I have needed these products and haven't received them. I'm totally dissatisfied with shipping and even the customer service because I'm told there is nothing that can be done.
I have contacted customer service twice regarding my Lean Shake 25 order that was not in a box when delivered. My last call was in the afternoon on 03/26/2021. The customer service representative didn't offer a satisfactory resolution; therefore, I asked to speak with a supervisor. The representative told me the supervisor's response would be the same as his. I told him I still wanted to speak with a supervisor. He placed me on hold for about 5 minutes then returned to the call and told me he was still working on getting a supervisor. He then asked if it would be okay if he placed me on hold for two minutes; I said yes. Once he returned to the call the third time he asked the previous question again, and I said yes, but the representative never returned to the call. I was on hold for 40 minutes before I disconnected the call. At this point it was obvious the representative never intended for me to speak with a supervisor. This is unprofessional and shameful.

Only purchase their products online if there's a big price reduction and you're not paying shipping or you can't make it to the store. If online purchasing is a must, you have up to 30 days to return the item to a store even if you've tried it, and you never have to interact with their awful customer service.

I bought a vitamin on 11/18, and as it didn't arrive, I got in touch and because of THEIR mistake, they had to reshipped it and I'm still waiting. Fedex never takes almost 1 month to deliver.

GNC has a horrible product return policy. I regularly purchased a workout booster product from GNC for several years. Last purchase, the store employee told me there was a promotion and I could buy two and get a third can free. Awesome I thought! When i opened the third can - the product was bad. It had gone hard and couldn't be used without a chipping hammer. But I was bringing it back more than 30 days from the purchase date. REALLY!? What was i supposed to do. - Well no more GNC products for me or any of my friends!
I haven't received my items. I have a front door camera. I already checked it and see no one delivered. I contacted GNC customer service and they ignore me. They told me that someone stole my items and they don't have responsibility for that.

I placed a order online for 80.00 dollars, and an extra 11.00 dollars for same day delivery. They took the money off of my card, and my package didn't come yesterday. I called customer service today, and was told my order wasn't processed and they cancelled my order. Now it will be 7-10 business days before I'm refunded my money. This is a learning experience, because I normally go into the store. Please just go to the store, and don't trust online delivery.

GNC is where I get all my protein powders and supplements for body building. I almost never go to their stores in the malls any longer. I even take some vitamins. Tell me I'm not healthy.
Workers of GNC NEED TO be more entusiastic about any product not. Just try ti sell gnc stuff cause right of the back customer knows he dosnt care about me he is more about there product and thatd where everything fail. They need toshow more compability, diffrence and how much organic the product is etc or first thing first listen to customer. Get out of those hiding corners
