I only shop on the gnc website during a sale, and for Black Friday they had 40% off the entire site so I purchased a box of quest nutrition bars which rarely go on sale. When checking out you have the option of using shoprunner, which I have an account with, so my order came within two business days much like amazon prime. I have never had a problem with my online orders and I know that if I did I can always return it thanks to GNC's great return policy. Overall, the site is easy to navigate, offers the shoprunner service, and has great prices if you have a gold card. GNC is the best place to get supplements and vitamins.
I am extremely disappointed with GNC's customer service. It has been over 10 days since I requested a refund, and I am yet to see any resolution. Despite repeated follow-ups, their agents have been unhelpful and showed little to no interest in resolving my issue. Every interaction has been frustrating, with no clear answers or effort to expedite the process. To add to the disappointment, the products themselves are not up to the mark and fail to meet basic expectations. I expected much better from a brand like GNC, but this experience has left a very sour taste. I will not be purchasing from them again, and I caution others to be wary of their lack of customer care.
The products are great but the website is not easy to use. If you put in a search for a product you know you have gotten from them before at there store, the results almost always say " can not find". But if you go through page after page of thier products you can find what you are looking for. The packing and shipping are great. They just need to work on making the website customer friendly.
I subscribed to a service from GNC and due to covid my first package never arrived. A kind letter staying problems due to the virus would keep me from receiving my package but the next was sure to come.The first box had powder all inside from a damaged package but the box was undamaged. It was sent that way. Now it's time for renewal and I got hosed. I never got what I paid for and now they want more money. I received SOME of what I paid for but that is unacceptable to me. Now on my last box I got a letter inside stating I would get money off if I bought something. A coupon for another purchase is not what was offered. I have had issues over the years but this is the last time I'll allow them to do this. I am tired of companies getting away with lying and stealing from me.

When you spend money do you like for your order to be late? Would you like to not get a refund for shipping? How about when then order doesn't arrive customer service cannot reship the order. While at the same time you are ordering it yourself. If you like these options then order away at gnc. The give 0 percent percent of the time. When you call your the hassle.

Really worst worst experience I had with gnc, after being the valued regular customer of gnc since past 1 year, they gave me such a bad resolution to my issue.
I ordered 2 fish oil
1 Multi vitamin megamen sports 120 tab
1 Women multivitamin 60 tabs
But received only 1 fish oil and
1 women multivitamin 2 other items were missing.
On contacting the customer care they just refused to help and they said they don't trust us that the products were missing. I shared the pics and unboxing video of the product buy they din't accept it and i had to bare the loss. I will never ever buy anything form gnc nor would I suggest anyone. Please be aware and stay away from these fraudsters.
There is no way to unsubscribe from their emails, and no way to terminate an account. I have tried everything. The unsubscribe link goes to a dead end page that has NO submit button. It cannot be submitted.
Their chat robot will not allow unsubscribing or closing account.
If you give them a valid email, you are trapped. I have changed my email address to a fictional account and their lame system accepted the change. MAYBE that will prevent my inbox from being cluttered with their offers every day. If not... I don't what to do. They are not available online except during hours when I am working from a secure site and cannot contact them. BEWARE!
They need a call from the FBI. These are illegal practices.

Ordered 2 products online 8.1, showed in stock. GNC canceled order same day due to not knowing when back in stock. Asked why they let me order, was told going thru transition and site was not updated. Then found out they are bankrupt. They never notified Paypal of cancellation. On the phone for many days, they insisted they did, Paypal said not. Took 30 days, then Paypal released the hold. Been a customer since the 80's. I'm done. Would give them zero if I could. They should have left things alone. It wasn't broken and didn't need to be fixed. They do not take care of their employees either. Talked in length to a store associate and was horrified. The company is very greedy.
So I recently visited Waterville GNC, their manager, Alonso miss you. Has probably the most voluptuous under luggage I have ever seen. His weight pills couldn't kill the amount girth protruding from his American eagle undies. When i walk in to him wearing grey sweatpants, it's almost like he's implanted a child inside me. I sincerely recommend visiting this establishment in order to fulfill your destiny whos and body wise, as well as in terms of having a baby with this man.

Currently deployed in Iraq and tried to make an order from GNC because they had buy 2 get one free sale. They preceded to cancel have my order with no explanation why and immediately after the did that I tried to get them to cancel the rest of my order and they refused to. The items I was supposed to get for free were among the canceled items so they didn't even honor their sell. I will never order from GNC again.
Not so satisfied tonight. I signed up for the 15% off deal on their website. I had to give them a lot of personal info to do so. I then get the email with a banner and link to get my 15% off. No coupon code. When I clicked through to the site there was no mention of the 15% off and I could not get my 15% discount. Either something is not working technically or its a bait and switch and now they have my info. No 15% off as promised so I did not make the purchase and will try and go somewhere locally.
Wow! I should have read the reviews before I wasted money buying from GNC. It's been over two weeks since I ordered from them and still I have not received my product. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Initially I searched on Amazon but could not find this product, which is why I went to GNC. Big Mistake. Wow. Just wow!
Is a place where they sell most of the best quality proteins to achieve any goal in your life, they have a staff that knows each product to help you much more with what you seek to increase, they explain in detail what to do and how to achieve what you want.
This past weekend I searched the GNC website for a product I was interested in. The site said the product was in my local store. It was not. Strike one.
So I go on the site and start the order process. At the time it was noted the address on file was my old address from over five years ago. Address was updated and order placed.
Less that an hour later an email is received say it was shipped to my old address. Called and also on line chatted with customer no service and not one person would try to fix the problem. I will never shop GNC again.
I don't like how they make it obvious that if you only buy one protein bar it hurts their commission/employee rating. Thats not my problem. If I want one protein bar for a snack and I have college debt to worry about then I want one freaking bar and I should not be hounded to buy everything.
I saw item was for $13.99 added to cart. Said I will pay using PayPal. I was then shown a receipt of $25.31. I immediately contacted merchant and informed them I did not authorized that amount. I was told they can't cancel; I need to return item when received. I contacted merchant when I received item and was told they are not refunding anything due to the virus. I explained I was charged incorrectly and did not authorize the charge and I didn't appreciate GNC misrepresenting the product as well as taking payment without me verifying amount.
This is the third time this has happened to me. Ordering from GNC with the option of picking up at a GNC store is a waste of your time. The order is processed and you get an email verifying such and that you can pick it up at the store. The email gives name and address of store. I now call the store to verify it is in inventory as never is...again, no inventory. Then store tells you not our problem, call customer service. You call customer service and they say will process refund in 5 days. Terrible inventory and CS at GNC.
Slowest shipping of any site i have ever tried. Took them 2 weeks just to ship my order and another week to recieve it. Most of there supplements you can get elswhere- like ebay for cheaper and a lot faster, though i did get what i ordered eventually so if your in no hurry and want to pay more for your supplements order from here.
I called to ask for an item check and the consultant Ezra advised they didn't have what I needed. I asked him if he was sure and how did he look up the item. He told me that he went to look on the shelf. I told him that my mom was on her way in just to be sure. My mom found the item we were searching for and Ezra was just confused. Amazon and many others such as this company, auto refill you without asking and ship you their product faithfully every month, but wait I didn't order it... welcome to the world of dishonest business, betcha that makes them so much more money monthly, and are they aware of it? They are counting on it.
I always get up to date information on supplement reviews and coupons that help me maintain my health. And the staff is always helpful for suggestions on vitamins and supplements that will propel me to my next goal
I ordered some things from gnc back in june 2021 received it okay no problem. Placed another order aug 4 2021 via internet. Wanted 2 weeks for it. I watched fedx tracking for it. Said it was out for delivery aug 6. Never got it. Never showed it was delivered just out for delivery Called GNC agent said it had been delivered to some one in Texas. I live in IND. He Offered to do another shipment. 6 days later same thing. Called again same agent very hard to understand broken english. Offered to give me a refund I said ok. As of a week later still no refund. No Emails nothing. I know they have my correct address.

I have three GNC gift cards. I tried to place an order online but could not find anywhere to input the gift cards. So, I chat online because this happened before and the customer service always can help use the gift cards. But after first unfinished chatting, they closed my online chat services more than 5 times before chat with me! It is very rude! During the chat with Emily, they refused to help place an order by using gift cards. And they told me their manager could not talk to me without any reason! If they do not let customers using gift cards, why selling them? And they never notice customers can not use gift cards online when they sell them!
The Gold Card Membership discount card is a scam. They had me bought the gold card membership they lied to me u will get no discount no nothing all lies and bull$#*!. Don't buy from them, I'm telling you guys.
Purchased $180 of products from GNC Online on August 23 and they lost my order. Reordered on August 31. Never received the order. All GNC said was sorry and they would not refund my payment or ship the order.

Product was not delivered. GNC said that I needed to contact the shipping company (FedEx) to see where my package is and contact my local authorities. I did and that was a joke.
Placed a BOGO order however 2nd item did not go into cart. 10 min later, reached out to customer service could not cancel order or edit order. Refund process was extremely difficult and was not worth having to pay for reshipping. Customer service did her best however their current system is flawed. I will not longer purchase from them despite 5 years loyalty and overpriced supplements that I've realized are cheaper elsewhere.

You can find better pricing elsewhere. Customer service and shipping are not worth it. Loyalty is not that great either.
