I only shop on the gnc website during a sale, and for Black Friday they had 40% off the entire site so I purchased a box of quest nutrition bars which rarely go on sale. When checking out you have the option of using shoprunner, which I have an account with, so my order came within two business days much like amazon prime. I have never had a problem with my online orders and I know that if I did I can always return it thanks to GNC's great return policy. Overall, the site is easy to navigate, offers the shoprunner service, and has great prices if you have a gold card. GNC is the best place to get supplements and vitamins.
I am extremely disappointed with GNC's customer service. It has been over 10 days since I requested a refund, and I am yet to see any resolution. Despite repeated follow-ups, their agents have been unhelpful and showed little to no interest in resolving my issue. Every interaction has been frustrating, with no clear answers or effort to expedite the process. To add to the disappointment, the products themselves are not up to the mark and fail to meet basic expectations. I expected much better from a brand like GNC, but this experience has left a very sour taste. I will not be purchasing from them again, and I caution others to be wary of their lack of customer care.

BE AWARE OF WHAT SITE YOU ORDER FROM. I LIVE IN CANADA AND ORDER FROM WHAT WAS KNOW AS E-BATES just changed the name. I've order off of MANY sites and it was ALL CANADIAN. Well I thought I would do GNC. I did my order and then looked at my transaction in my bank and was like WTH. Well it was all in US funds. I immediately contacted them numerous times through phone and email to cancel the order they wouldn't because of covid. I understand that but I called liteafter 5 minutes it was placed to wasn't even mailed yet. They were extremely rude. They wouldn't cancel my order and one of the items I had ordered was buy 1 get 1 50%off well the 50% off item was unavailable and said they had to "cancel" that one product. Makes no sense at all when you say you cant cancel a order then I get a email saying that 1 item was cancelled. I then said well send me something different for the 50% off product they said I had to place another order. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE BUYERS BEWARE!
This review is regarding my experiences at the Delaware Eden Circle Store #8414 facility. I find myself at this location often for small items overall but all in all at the end of each month, I've found that I spend my share of money with GNC. In addition to this, I'm constantly observing who's who in the industry. I was impressed a month or two ago with the dedication of employee Steven Reeve.
I witnessed, Mr. Reeve single handedly promoting GNC's Pro Day event in between his off duty workouts at the LA Fitness located in the same lot, where he was visiting on a guest pass. I recognized Mr. Reeve but couldn't really remember where from initially- that is until he decided to and decided to target a few younger and older athletes by encouraging they try BCAA's and GNC proteins from GNC while they were on sale as part of Pro Day Week. I also admire the way Mr. Reeve seems to interact with a younger female worker I only know as "Bree." Bree, too, seems to be passionately learning as she goes on a daily basis. I wish both the best, along with a third worker I only know as "Ace." To each I say stay motivated to make GNC the best it can be and I would hope each are rewarded for their loyalty when their time is due.

So my yukon denali started making this nad knocking sound from the engine and light came on so I took my truck to the mechanic immediately. My mechanic told me it was the lifters simple enough right? Nope GNC wanted oil change recipes ok got them then they wanted a tear down of the engine couldn't find a failed so now they have to reinsert the engine again and iv been without my truck for over a month. I learned 1 valuable lesson here. I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN get coverage from GNC again I would of rather kept my money and paid for the repair myself. I would of had my truck back WEEKS AGO. If your thinking about getting coverage from them. DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF. Ps the mechanic I took the truck to sucks equally as bad because I was td from someone at GNC that he is over doing the issues to get more money so because the warranty holder and mechanic are fighting in caught in the middle with no vehicle for over a month now. Save your money and do your own repair out of pocket trust me it's not worth what you will go through.
Ordered this morning at 7am. Paid for same day delivery for an extra charge. Was to be delivered by 10pm today. Received GNC email that order was on its way at 10am. Called at 3pm for update on delivery. GNC rep spoke to Shipt (WHO DON'T SHIP!) that order would be delivered between 7pm and 8pm. Recvd voicemail from Shipt at 7pm that order was cancelled. It's now 10pm and order not delivered. Total fraud! I would not have ordered from GNC or paid for same day delivery if I had known that they would not deliver on their PROMISE!
They always have what I need, when I need it. Prices are a little high, but their customer service is pretty on point.
They lost my order. They refuse to help me with either a reship or refund even though I have proof that my order was never delivered to me.
I ordered 4 bottles of medication of 60 days supply and all the 4 bottles of medications will expire in one month.

This is the worst experience ever for me purchasing a product online from GNC, i have placed my order almost 2 weeks ago from today, never recieved my order so far, called GNC around 6th ttime yesterday. Your team escalated their investigation and NOW another GNC employee named IVAN had sent me an email asking me to go to the authorities if my delivery has been stolen. Ridiculous.
Why should i have to go through this situation.
I did put my complete address with my phone number, why didnt the delivery person called or gotten any signatue for the delivery?
Did he delivered my order to my address or somewhere elses address?
Will never make any purchase with GNC nor even reccomend it to anyone. Pathetic.
I had to call back and forth so many times for this online order, i wish i had made this purchase with Amazon, it wouldn't have been this difficult.
I have checked with all my neighbors as well still couldn't locate any package.

I even requested to talk to your supervisor yesterday when i called the lady on the phone have arranged a call back within 2-3 hours and it's been over 24hrs. Since then as well and have not received any call back from your manager.

I like how it is a seamless checkout via Paypal, and then when it arrives it is all nicely wrapped, and fresher than many retail stores.

I ordered two protein powders, along with a large container of pre-workout.
After I ordered online yesterday, I got an email informing me to pick up at the store.
1. They never informed me there was something they didn't have enough inventory. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been there (wasting time to pick up).
2. After they made this mistake, I showed the man in the store "Your order is ready for pickup!" and told him there was a mistake since the items in the bag didn't match with my order. Then, he just told me in a rude way "go to call the customer service". I said, "this is caused by GNC, not me. It should be your job to contact them to find out what is the issue". Then, he went away and didn't apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.
3. Then, I decided to cancel the order and contact customer service to cancel the order. The person replied "I have submitted a request to attempt to cancel your order, this is not a guarantee"! It is ridiculous that I ordered it yesterday, and I cancelled the order due to their problems inside GNC, and then they said they couldn't guarantee the order could be cancelled!
4. After I argued with them, they revenged me and didn't give me my refund and the customer service staff cheated me multiple times and told me they already released the refund to me and it was due to the bank's fault that the bank has been holding the money. Robbery!
5. They wouldn't give you your reward points automatically for stuff you purchased, unless you contact the customer service, and then they will add it for you.
Be CAREFUL! Due to the facts, I WOULD NEVER trust their products. Just look at the poor management and poor customer service! Will you trust a business like this? A group of cheats!

This review specifically relates to the GNC.com website. This was my first and last time ordering on GNC.com.
The experience was gobbsmackingly frustrating. I ordered Isopure 7.5 lb pound protein powder. The process of ordering was fairly seamless. I added the product to the cart, checked out, and received a confirmation. Easy peasy... right? Not so much.
Here's where the fun begins. Twelve hours after placing the online order, I received an email that stated (paraphrasing) that the ordered was cancelled... no reason, no explanation, no nothing. So, I called GNC Customer Service. I was advised by CSA that the order was out of stock, and that there was no comparable product. And to make matters even more rich, GNC sent through a payment authorization to my card which will sit there for three to five business days before it is released. Therefore, I essentially paid for a product that I was guaranteed not to receive. Hmmm...
As I explained to the CSA, it is a lousy business practice to not have a "real time" inventory control system. And it is even worse to tie up a customer's funds with a bogus preemptive authorization. Just do what Amazon does. Query the customer account to make sure it is an active account, and then prior to shipping, bill the customer.
I am really annoyed. I could have used that money, that GNC tied up, for an immediate purchase for another bill that I could have paid. Really, really bad business practice. I filed a complaint with their Consumer Affairs Department, and received a voicemail from a CSA Supervisor, not a Consumer Affairs representative explaining the same policy. I guess the customer is not worthy of a simple higher level, or escalated return call from someone who care. They are not getting the point. The point is to reevaluate their programs/policies to balance the customer experience versus the business requirements.
I guess none of it matters. I will not be ordering from GNC.com ever again. I don't need my money tied up with nothing to show for it.
