I only shop on the gnc website during a sale, and for Black Friday they had 40% off the entire site so I purchased a box of quest nutrition bars which rarely go on sale. When checking out you have the option of using shoprunner, which I have an account with, so my order came within two business days much like amazon prime. I have never had a problem with my online orders and I know that if I did I can always return it thanks to GNC's great return policy. Overall, the site is easy to navigate, offers the shoprunner service, and has great prices if you have a gold card. GNC is the best place to get supplements and vitamins.
I am extremely disappointed with GNC's customer service. It has been over 10 days since I requested a refund, and I am yet to see any resolution. Despite repeated follow-ups, their agents have been unhelpful and showed little to no interest in resolving my issue. Every interaction has been frustrating, with no clear answers or effort to expedite the process. To add to the disappointment, the products themselves are not up to the mark and fail to meet basic expectations. I expected much better from a brand like GNC, but this experience has left a very sour taste. I will not be purchasing from them again, and I caution others to be wary of their lack of customer care.

HIGHLY disappointed. My package came in and the first thing I noticed was powder all over the outside of the container so it was alittle suspect from the start. I undo the lid to see if there was anything else funky going and of coarse it wasn't sealed. I'm not sure if I should use the product or not? Really wish I could get a refund at this point. I will NEVER order from GNC online EVER again.
Their vitamins started to cause me panic attacks! It started with just one nerve on my arm hurting turning to all of my muscles spasming and causing me hardness to breathe after one month! Now after 3 years later I still have symptoms and will have to take antidepressants for next year to balance out my brain hormones! Now i experience constant panic attacks, all over muscle pain, nerve pain and gastritis, vomiting, inability to eat anything. Worst customer service ever! I sent request but no reply, and they said they basically dont care of their vitamins are hurting their customers-no reimbursement for probably 20$ i spent to suffer for 3 years of severen chronic nerve and muscle pain and they just sent me their legal team address-horrible customer service of nutritional supplement giant that does not take responsibility their $#*!ty chemical vitamins are causing to human body! FYI-do not take amino acid supplements especially from GNC!
The IVR states the website has the the same inventory status as the store. Ordered online for pickup at my closest store as Folic Acid showed in stock. Order was canceled 2 hours later. Called customer service. They told me next closest store had it in stock. Placed order. Never got a confirmation so I called store the next day. They do no have stock. Clearly the interface between their inventory system and the website are out if synch. Terrible customer experience.

They suck. They don't even have more than half of what they show in their inventory, they provide a false sense of stock, and they don't say that the items are not available until AFTER you've ordered. Here's a thought, if you don't have something in stock, SAY THAT!
I never received my order. After reaching out to GNC, they didn't an "investigation" that determined I must be lying. They did nothing. Will not reimburse or resend package.
Their site on line is very easy to use. The customer service is great, and they let you know when all your items are on sale for reorder! I have been very pleased with all aspects of GNC stores.

I shop on the internet for bargains by other vendors and also I shop in Vitamin World which is also located in the same mall (Mall of Monroe) in Monroe Mi. Sometime it pays to shop around to get more bang for your $ Buck
I placed an order online yesterday and chose to pay an extra $11.99 for same-day delivery, when it didn't show up I called today and they're trying to tell me that I placed my order after 1 PM, I said I have an email that's timestamped 12:27 PM from GNC and that's before 1 PM. He stated Sunday isn't a business day so then I should not have been able to check same-day delivery. I called back now to find out where my order is because it was shipped by Shipt and David hung up on me. This is my second experience with GNC customer service, worst customer service I have ever dealt with. GNC stores are great.

About a month ago or so, I took it upon myself to get more serious about my work-out and nutrition habits. I do not have much knowledge on the subject so my first step was to visit a GNC location (for my first time). A few acquaintances had advised me that I should just do some research and buy my products discounted online somewhere. However, since I was so in the dark about what I need, I decided to talk to a GNC retail associate anyways. I am very glad I made this decision. The associate I worked with was one of the most helpful sales people I had ever spoken with. He understood that I had no idea what I was looking for and made sure I did not feel intimidated. He explained so much to me that has helped me in bettering myself. On top of excellent service, the products I ended up with are awesome! They are exactly what I did not know I was looking for. The trip was well worth saving a few bucks on a discount website. Had I bought products online, I am sure I would not have gotten what I need. The purpose of this letter is to say thank you for creating a focus on customer service and providing a variety of products to fit the needs of anyone. I unfortunately do not recall the name of the man who had greatly assisted me. Overall, I will definitely stick to purchasing from GNC stores. The store I visited was store #7826 in Ross Park Mall.
I typed in my correct address, then paid with PayPal and it changed to incorrect address while still on PayPal I clicked "change" next to address and it said I had to do from GNC website, so I clicked "save and continue" and the next thing I know the order placed. And I contacted GNC to cancel it, and then it shipped. Every time I order from GNC there's always stuff like this that happens. So now it's out for delivery and I can't do anything.

I contacted them right away to cancel my order. There's no cancel order option in my email after placing the order. How is GNC still in business, operating like this. Still haven't heard from anyone useful "oh I'll send this email to so and so, respond to this email with anything else".
Don't bother ordering from them. Last year (when I didn't pay with PayPal, my drinks arrived all smashed and leaking. Before that it had been a couple years since ordering from GNC. Seriously do not order from them. Too short staffed and can't even have a proper online ordering system in 2023!

You earn points for rewards like 5 dollars toward purchases but you can never use them when you contact support they send you a link to your cart they take the rewards off the total and it never works. When you go to check out it crashes It's a rip-off. GET RID OF THE POINTS IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO HONOR THEM.

What a horrible company! I keep getting these junk mail flyers to my house that are for someone who has never lived here. If you call their "Customer Service" line, of course you get an off shore call center located in a third world, underdeveloped, uneducated country where the operators barely speak, let alone understand English. When you tell them that you want the junk mail to stop, you are told that they don't know how to do that and if you have the audacity to ask for a supervisor, they simply hang up the phone.

In 12/24/21 I purchased an online order. GNC charged split the payment into two. One payment posted other purchase of the total pending which brought my account overdraft and the wrong amount still pending. I called customer service and was treated so disrespectful. I explained that the pending charges needed adjusted due to partial payment has posted. Today 12/29/21 I still have the pending charges of the total amount and then they charges my account twice for the split payment and total payment. Now I have three charges from GNC. I have sent emails to the Customer service as they requested. They offer me 300 points which is not going to solve the extra charges. I waited for 53 min to speak with a supervisor. I've called my bank and was told that pending charge will post tomorrow. So I'm that case, the two transactions that totaled my balance and the pending charge…. GNC will get both payments which means I was charged twice. Nothing was never resolved here and I will advise not to order anything from online. I've been dealing with this for two days and spoke with three representatives. One unhappy customer!

After years of being a regular customer, they first cancelled my order with no explanation. No big deal. Then after waiting time fixing the situation, and receiving the order, they billed me a second time without confirmation or notice. Not only that but they overcharged me. When I contacted them to let them know they made a mistake, they told me that I made the order and have to deal with it. I tried to explain that it was a duplicate and I did not make the order at which point they told me again that I did and would not be refunded. I they asked how they had the right to steal from me. They told me they are not stealing and it was not a duplicate. Now they are calling me a liar. At this point I was very upset and had to end the conversation to talk to my bank instead. I wouldn't think a business that claims to have its consumers interest in mind would be so shady, blatantly disrespectful, and would just take From somebody like a drug addict with no self control. I am forced to deal with this molestation but I hope nobody else will. I'm am switching to more upright venues. It made me select one star but they do not deserve even that.

GNC has to be one of the worse companies I've dealt with in the past. I purchased a few items last month online and somehow it prompted to auto subscription. I decide to go to the nearest GNC correct the issue given the website states I could. Well there each one fought back stating they were not a "CORPORATE LOCATION" made me drive around store to store wasting my gas given the price of today's gasoline. Finally called and spoke to a Representative who had me on and off the phone for over 30 minutes to tell me that the original location I went to was a Corporate store. I returned this time not very nice and asked for an explanation, they came back stating that the receipt I had didn't come from that store that I had to go back to the store that sent the package. Which to me was the most absurd comment, GNC whether Corporate or Franchise all comes back to the GNC name. I will never shop here given I've been given them business for over 15 years. I'm just floored with the lack of ownership.

On 9/27/23 at 5pm I went to the store on 753 Broadway in NYC w my mom, walked 10 blocks to get there, had a coupon for $10 off which could only be used at that store even though I live far from there. Got there and the door was locked, we were confused cause the store suppose to be open til 8PM. Right when we are about to leave we see a woman. She was starting to seat so I called her. She came and opened the door just a little so her head be out the door and asked me what I need. I told her and she told me that she was on a break and to come back in 20 minutes! I couldn't believe she asked me that! Ridiculous. The worse part is that I can't make a complaint anywhere on the app, so I'm doing it here. People just don't want to work anymore. Why did she even bother asking what I want! The time she spent telling me this she could've sold me the product. I think the policy of having one person in a store is absurd, this is not my first time going to GNC sand having the come later cause there is a note on the door saying to come back! I'm very busy and when I have time to shop I assume the store is open.
