I ordered a ultraXtend WiFi and after properly installing, my download and upload speeds (using the Speedtest app) in all areas of a 2100 sq ft condo got significantly worse. I have contacted Customer Service multiple times, and the best they would offer was a 30% refund and I could keep the worthless product. Never purchase any product from them.
I had ordered a product from this company, and the website and reviews seemed legit. It is not. There is no customer service and not real sure if it is even a legitimate company. I found this site after never receiving order and cancelling at my bank. STAY AWAY!

It was very misleading about the cost of the product bought. Only when you enter the payment details they add the shipping cost and VAT which wasn't mentioned on the website, compared with other shopping companies like Amazon to confirm the final payment! They also don't offer any alternative delivery address. When I called in the morning they said the order had been processed and could not be cancelled so I'd have to wait for the arrival of the product before following the return policy, which I saw in other reviews would be another headache. Do not shop from them!

Dear all. I have got no further in getting a refund so far. I advise all on here who are unhappy with this company, please fill in a trading standards form. Just Google trading standards and let them know what us going on through the online form. It may take a few minutes but could stop others being scammed.

I ordered item from them (before doing proper research). Only after finalizing purchase the estimated delivery and shipping costs were displayed. Realizing that delivery time was way too long I immediately tried to cancel the purchase, Company did not allow it, claiming that item has already been "Processed". It took a week for tracking info to show up. For two weeks they claimed that item was shipped, this was a blatant lie, after two weeks they admitted that. "we have a problem". They again claim that item has been shipped, which is not true. To this day ( 3 weeks after the purchase) tracking info still says that only shipping label has been created. Complete waste of money. Do not believe good reviews of their products. Those were created by GoGadgets company. If I coul I would give them "Minus 5" rating. Stay away from those scammers.

This company claims to have a return policy but they do not. They requested photo proof that the items I purchased were in the original packaging, which I provided. These items were never opened, yet they denied my request to return the items. 0 stars is deserved but was not allowed to submit review without at least 1, but this company is not deserving of even 1 star.

It was easy to order online and they provided all pay information. I decided to return items and sent several requests for retour receipt. I made several attempts by phone, only to get get a recording telling me, please wait for the next available agent. After ten to fifteen minutes the recording cuts. To this day I not heard any more from this company. Not a way to do business.

After about 30 days, the right earbud in the Beatsbud x1 product would not charge beyond 10%. I didn't use them often. So saying "30 days" is being nice. They likely didn't charge correctly from the start. After 30 days, GogoGadets will not replace your defective device and they will not refund you. DO NOT BUY anything from GogoGadets. It's a fraudulent company that preys on people. Their customer service was as bad as the product. I would give them 0 starts if I could.

Don't even check the products. The website will only reveal shipping charges after you have given CC info. Then they have charged and shipped the products even when I cancelled the shopping cart seeing shipping cost is over 35% of the product. There is no way to return the products.

The earbuds broke after a short 5 weeks and the return policy is 30 days after the order, so they refused to do anything about it. Might I add that we received the product AFTER the return policy had already expired. Will never buy again from this company.

Do not buy anything from this charlatan company. Just don't. We purchased a wifi repeater/extender. It did not work at all. It actually just slowed the bandwidth. When I asked to return it GoGoGadgets took me through a labyrinth of offers - "we can offer you 20% and you can keep it." We can offer you 30% and you can keep it". I don't want to keep this piece of garbage. Finally, they insisted they could not refund the initial cost of shipping and you have to pay your own shipping to return the item. I've sent it back and paid for the shipping if for no other reason I don't want this crap in my house and I don't even want it in my local landfill. What a joke. Never ever again.

Paid 60$ for a defective cheap like 5$ toy blender. Demanded a refund to which I was told Keep the trash item and I'll get 30% back. I wanted my refund. Long story short. I paid the return. The receipt is untraceable so I couldn't contest it; Which I see In multiple complaints against this "company". Kept emailing and they gave me the run around. Kept saying I'll get my refund when they get their item. I got tracking and proof they got it back. I cussed them out by email telling them they'll get theirs and called them scammers. And I'm blocked from their email. Reported them to the BBB. Make sure you read of ask the people they stole from. Avoid at all costs!

AVOID! UNETHICAL. This company's website (or maybe one of them - who knows) goes under the name of 'HomePro'. When you order it turns into gogogadgets. I ordered a hand-held hoover at a clearly advertised price. Without warning, and with no option to cancel, a pricey postage cost and VAT was added, hiking the price. After ordering (against my wishes after spotting the monies added) the order page immediately changed to an advertisement for another product. I received no confirmation email and thought I had been scammed (maybe I have, as no product has yet arrived). After ordering, I immediately contacted this company and asked to cancel the order. I was told this was not possible and they would 'let me know how to return' once I had received it. I will be reporting this company to the Advertising Authority and Trading Standards.

I bought 3 of their pure lief pain gadgets first one out of the box broke the second one was soo tight it caused pain and a major bruise asked for a refund of couse its more than 30 days and omg out of warranty, the email address they sent from was dissconnected and i had to spend time to find them only to be told to get lost (not in so many words)

I purchased compression socks from them and they didn't fit. I called and was told to send them back. I sent them back to the actual company that sent it to me, ESG on July 3rd. I have the tracking number and proof of mailing. I never received a refund. Calling Gogogadgets is a joke because the customer service person sounds like they are under water. I've called 3 times and have gone back and forth with them by email. They want me to just give up and eat the money they owe me. Do not buy from them.

Unscrupulous business practices. It begins with them pretending to be an outside review company, rate their products high, so you're duped into assuming they're good products. I realize this initial connection is on me - I should have dug deeper. Immediately after paying them twice the average cost for a portable blender, I requested a Paypal refund as the refund had not gone through yet. The company then processed the order, emailing me back to say it was too late for a refund. However, when the package arrives, I can contact them for a refund. Box arrived damaged. I requested a refund and received this message:
We are sorry to hear that our product did not meet your requirements. Our company aims for 100% customer satisfaction and we apologize we did not live up to your expectations. Our returns policy requires customers to send back the item at their own cost. Instead of going through this hassle, we'd like to offer you a 20% refund of the total purchase amount you have paid for. You may then keep the product at your disposal. We hope this offer works for you. We look forward to receiving your favorable response.

There are too many negatives to mention. They appear to be a Chinese company that is affiliated with STRAIGHT COMMERCE INC, which seems to be based n California, and/or Arizona, and/or Delaware. They come up with all these rules for not giving you a refund ONLY AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. Misleading marketing such as ONE SIZE FITS ALL, BUT THEY ACTUALLY HAVE SIZES LIKE. L/XL. PRINTED ON THEIR PACKAGING. Didn't matter, I couldn't get the sOCK over my heel, it was TOO SMALL. They made me pay for shipping 3 TIMES and won't return any of it. STAY AWAY FROM THE THIEVES, you'll just be throwing your money away

Placed an order for a blood pressure cup 03/23/22. It is 05/05/22 and the order has not arrived. The CSR stated the tracking number has not been accepted by the USPS yet, which tells me it is coming in from outside the USA. I think 5 weeks for an item I needed for a medical study in MARCH is excessive!

They where not even the ones on there website. I wanted to return for a refund since the where even not even able to fit in my shoes. I was told me to send pictures so they could see I had not cut them to fit my shoes. All of this was done the same day I received my order.
They said they would get back with me. Then they contacted me and said they would give 20% refund if I would keep them. I said that was stupid since I paid over 50 for them and they wanted to give me 10.00 I told them that was not expectable. Then they came back and said they would give me 30% and if I did not take that I would have to pay for my shipping back to them and then they would take subtract the shipping i had paid for when ordering and then add another 5.oo for restocking. We need to say I was Screwed no matter which way I went. So be ware of the company if you need to return anything. I would not order from this company at all.
