They are extremely slow in processing returns. Charge 15% restocking fee EVEN for items from companies that don't charge one - just pure profit for them. They take 3 business weeks to issue a refund and then 3-6 days to send to your credit card company; keeping your money for basically an entire month after they have received the items back.
I placed my order on July 15, and it is now July 27, and my order is still showing "in process". I've had to call multiple times given their site still shows the items in stock and claiming they ship in 1-2 days. Though you are not charged until it ships, be wary if you need an item within a reasonable time frame. Still no idea when the items will ship.
I have put in multiple orders with Going Knobs. Generally the orders come in correct but shipping has taken longer then stated. I am normally not in a rush so I can deal with that. My big issue is that when I ordered the knobs I checked the return policy. Now the company will not honor any returns of knobs they still sell. Communication with them has been via email and it takes forever for them to get back with me. They have not given any valid reasons why they will not take their products back. I knew going in I would have to pay shipping and a restocking fee but i never imagined they would just refuse a return. I would not buy from them again.

Selection is second to none. Be careful of return policies and practices. The 15% restocking fee is clearly stated in their policy. Be sure to save your return shipping tracking number as they won't issue credit until you call or email the tracking number, even if they've received the return item. Why do they require the tracking number other than to put up a barrier or trip up customer on credit? Further followup was required to get them to issue credit after exceeding the two business days they stated credit would be issued.
Bad description of product online, and horrible return policy. Bought some cabinet knobs, they were not what was pictured, and the return policy is a restocking fee and must pay shipping. Well that makes a product like knobs unreturnable. It would cost me more to send them back than to keep them. Their customer service department was a little help. Too many other good sites, with customer friendly return policies. Let's face it, you can't always tell what the product looks like from a web rendering.
I placed a sample order from GoingKnobs of all sizes in a pull/cup/handle style that I was planning to order. They were the best price I could find on some Top Knob brand hardware, and they also did not charge sales tax. I received those samples very quickly. I prepared a fairly large order - about 150 separate items which included their regular pricing (already the lowest), a special promo for 15% off, free shipping, and as stated above - no sales tax to my state. For an order that was approximately $1300, the sales tax matters. Their pricing was BY FAR less expensive than any other shop I could find. I placed my order, and it was received in two large boxes within about a week. I was prepared for there to be some miscount because it was a large order of the same items but in every size available. But to my surprise, the order was 100% correct. Between the pricing, the shipping speed, and the 100% accuracy of my order, they exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely order from them again and recommend them highly.

Check with customer service to see if they can offer any additional discounts especially if it is a large order.

We received the package on August 1 & immediately realized that they were too big for our residential kitchen. We initiated the return and mailed it back for instructions and received confirmation that they received it in two business days. On August 5 we received confirmation that they received a package and it would take 10 to 14 business days to have a refund & there's a 15% "restocking" fee which was not clearly stated at purchase. It was taken over 15 days without a refund and 15% deduction from my purchase. I will NEVER order from goingknob.com ever again they are a fraud & ripoff.
