Have time to wait but the quality of this rug is fantastic. The colors and textures are just as shown in the photos, along with the quality.

Purchased an indoor outdoor area rug. In less than 30 days, two threads were coming apart from opposite ends. First they said it was from normal wear and tear. Then they said it was the vacuum cleaner. So what happens after 3 months? I wanted to return for a full refund. They only wanted to credit my account 20%. Disputing this charge with my credit card company & notifying BBB.
I purchased a rug and it came quickly. Unfortunately it did not work for me. I saw that I would have to pay to have it shipped back. I thought it was worth the risk until I found out it was over $300! I called customer service to see what I was doing wrong b/c certainly a business would not be run this way these days. They said most people will sell the item themselves if they want to return but that is says clearly that the customer is responsible for paying for returns. Very shady in my opinion. Only buy from them if you are 100% certain you will not need to return.
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy online from this seller. There is a reason they have the cheapest rugs available online. If you want to return you have to pay for shipping and shipping cost me $300 for a rug that cost $360.
I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased a rug from them. I cancelled my order, and they acknowledged the cancellation, but they shipped the rug anyway. Now they want me to pay to ship it back to them. They refused to arrange for a pick-up (even if I paid for the return), and my local UPS and FedEx is unable to ship the rug because of its size (it needs to go freight and they don't accept freight shipments). Basically, I am stuck with a rug that I cancelled. They are so impossible to deal with. Such a scam. DO NOT order from this company.
Orderd 3 rugs day after order was placed recieved a email stating 2 of the 3 rugs were no longer available. So I cancel order. It would be nice to have all rugs match so I reordered different rugs. I ask the person I spoke with at goingrugs to confirm if they where available she said she would get back with me and let me know it been 4 days still haven't heard from goingrugs also sent emails ask about status of new order. Goingrugs has also not replied to emails I sent.
If you like doing business with online businesses like this... consider you been warned!

This is my 2nd review about Goingrugs this is the 2nd order issue. Guess I didn't learn a lesson 1st time I ordered from goingrugs. After placing order on a Saturday afternoon I found the same rugs cheaper on anoughter website. Tired calling Goingrugs to cancel order but no one was there to answer phone on weekends so I emailed Goingrugs to cancel order and didn't get a response guess no ones there to answer emails on weekends. On Monday called goingrugs and spoke with customer service and they confirmed order was canceled and they would send conformation later that day. On Tuesday I received email confirmation that order was canceled. On Friday UPS dropped off 3 rugs from Goingrugs. Do I need to say more about Goingrugs?
I read the reviews but I underestimated how crappy their customer service was. The rug I got was fine and met exactly what I was expecting but the rug pad was this thin plastic which wouldn't do anything for the rug of the size that I got. So I wanted to return it. It took one month for customer service to *tell me* that I should wait for a label in the mail. It took at least another month to find out there would be no label and I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee, there would be no label, and that I should track my own return package and if anything happened to it that it would be my fault.
And this was after several promptings to find out what had happened to my initial inquiry. I don't mind paying out of pocket for shipping but then why was I told to expect a label? Also, why am I so fearful that they may "accidentally" lose the product themselves or that they will damage it and blame it on me?
Their customer service left me with a lack of confidence in being able to recommend them or buy from them ever again. Again the rug was fine. The rug padding that was recommended to me offered no actual padding and the customer service was horrible. I want my time back.
I never leave reviews but I'm going to leave one where I can about this. I ordered my rug on October 10th. I never received any info on my order at all. So by the time October 17th came around I decided to call because I still hadn't heard anything and had no information on order. The customer representative said that she doesn't know anything on my order and couldn't find it. So I simply just asked her to cancel it. She said she would cancel it and no payment was taken out. So of course I ended up order the same rug on another site. The next morning I received an email stating I can't cancel because my order already shipped and then received my tracking info ect which what I should of had in the first place. When I received the rug I called and asked to return it since they didn't do their part and I ordered another rug I didn't need this one anymore. They said they would email my instructions on returns. I get them and they want to charge me a restock fee and for shipping. I emailed them stating that they were the ones that messed up and I should receive a full refund. The gal said I can only reduce restock fee by 5%and that's all. I emailed her back again telling them this is their screw up they should at least give me the full refund. They again declined and said my order shipped out on the 14th but they didn't give me my shipping details or info because of Sukkos holiday which has nothing to do with me and that's why they didn't get the info out to me in time. So it was shipped out on the 14th and I called on the 17th and they still didn't have my info until I tried to cancel?! Very poor customer service!
