I placed an order with them for a DVD television series set that was advertised as remastered and high-quality. The product arrived in a broken case, had extremely poor audio and video quality, was watermarked (taped from TV rebroadcasts), and had no chapter selections for individual episodes. After pointing out their own return policy with them, they agreed to a return and refund, minus the shipping. Several weeks later I still do not have the refund and they do not reply to my messages. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
