Great communication from start to finish. Provided the quality custom work that I heard they were know for. Been years since I've owned a chain. This was the perfect piece to get back into it with. Can't wait for my next purchase.
I bought a bracelet from gold fever miami in august 2023, the clasp broke recently and i sent it in for repair with insured tracking with signature. So i know they got it. They have not had any communicationssince deliery of the item. Its been 3 weeks and not a hey we got it or anything and when i call it says unavailable. After looking around online more it seems these guys are probably going out of business and robing everyone they can on the way out. Stay clear

Took a little longer but that's expected with orders these days. Either way, he made me very comfortable in the fact i would receive my necklace and it was almost complete. Great guy, very helpful. Quality of necklace 10/10. Very satisfied. Will order again.

Took over a month, $500 for a plated bracelet, $10 in shipping and you guys couldnt even send out overnight. Took 7 business days to arrive after you guys mailed it. Will not he ordering again from here. BEWARE.

WORTH THE WAIT!. Its perfect and it fits as expected if not better! I had A LOT OF QUESTIONS and every question was answered! The weight is exactly on point on how they have it listed on their website... Gus had patience with me though the process. And mind you i was being annoying after 5 weeks. Great people great service! Great quality for a gold plated cuban link, good weight to it almost like a real gold chain. Fits beautifully and passed the "hang straight" test. You can tell it was hand made.
This is the third Miami Cuban bought from GFM it's in just as phenomenal as the last two I added a sleek lock to the necklace and man does it's pop the pictures don't do it justice thanks Chino and the talented craftsman who make these wearable art pieces possible
