After thoroughly researching various user experiences with "The Good and the Beautiful" curriculum, several recurring concerns have emerged:

1. Repetitiveness and Lengthy Lessons:
Many users find the lessons overly repetitive and time-consuming. For instance, one reviewer noted that the curriculum is "repetitive" and "cumbersome," leading to disengagement.

2. Lack of Hands-On Learning:
The curriculum predominantly relies on traditional teaching methods, which may not cater to kinesthetic learners. A reviewer observed that it "does not include a variety of learning techniques," making it challenging for active learners to stay engaged. You will have to use other workbooks as supplements as well.

3. Religious Content Concerns:
Some Christian users have expressed discomfort with the curriculum's religious underpinnings, particularly its connections to the LDS faith. "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is not Christian," leading me to question the curriculum's alignment with those beliefs.

4. Quality of Physical Materials:
There have been reports regarding the durability of the physical materials. A user shared that the spiral-bound workbooks began "falling apart after just a couple of weeks," and the company's resolution was deemed inadequate. The company does NOT stand behind their product. They will not allow any returns.

5. Not Advanced Content Level:
The curriculum's content is not often more advanced than traditional grade levels, which is not challenging for some students.

In summary, while "The Good and the Beautiful" curriculum has its strengths, potential users should consider these concerns to determine if it aligns with their educational philosophy and meets their child's specific learning needs. Your child will fall behind the public schools and you will have to purchase many other materials to supplement it. The company does not stand behind its product, they are constantly questioned which is why they do not allow returns for any reason.

Products used:
The entire language arts and math curriculum for K and 2.
