I never had any trouble ordering what I need. It has been a great experience working with your company.
I placed an order on 11/06, but it wasn't shipped until 11/15. I had to call three times to check on the status. Initially, I was told the item was out of stock, even though it was still showing as available on the website. I was then promised a call back, which never happened, so I had to follow up again. Unfortunately, I received the same information each time. In total, I made three calls to inquire about my order.

I have my order complete.the second order took awhile they would text me and I waited to receive on said date, never showed.so I continued to see if later I received and did, I like to try everything once but unfortunately for me because of what I went through...you lost my business!
