I love Good Housekeeping magazine and have for years. When I quit a bunch of mag subscriptions that were just collecting dust, this is one of the three I kept.
That being said, the website is just ok. There are places to send emails about problems -- subscription orders, subscription problems, address changes, etc.
The straightforward stuff is easy: new subscriptions, gift subscriptions. Highly recommend to do these types of things online.
I take issue with the way problems are handled, you send an email and get a confirmation that your email was sent. But that's it. There is no follow up. Whether your issue is addressed or not is impossible to discover because you are not contacted again.
Biggest problem is there is not phone number listed either in the magazine or on the website. If you dig on the internet you can find that *******788 will get you a customer service rep in less than a minute.
I would say use the website for orders, gift subscriptions and address changes but save time and use the 800 number for any problems.
This webiste gave me trusted expert advice about the kitchen organization, good job! Therefore, I would like to recommend it.
