I booked 2 tickets from South Africa to France on Air Algerie through Gotogate in about June 2024. Flight departing mid September. The flight was cancelled by the Airline on 17 August. Their refund policy stated 15 working days. This was 6 weeks ago and no refund has been received. The reason now given is that I was a "no show"! There are currently no Air Algerie flights to South Africa, so it would be difficult to be a "no show" if there are no aircraft! Gotogate keep fobbing me off with excuses. My advice - do not book through Gotogate if you want a refund if the airline cancels the flight. They should just be transparent and tell you upfront - no refunds on this flight for whatever reason. I am going to pursue this further.

I bought the Turkish airlines flight ticket. Although I was good experience but gotogate.com should also accept the Visa card payment without extra fee, same as they are charging MasterDabit card.
I don't like all the hidden fees/got yous it sucks. Will not use again
On my flight receipt from Chicago to Mexico City I paid for a seat reservation but when I board the airline's flight I do not have an assigned seat. Fly EG57KA

Problem with gotogate: Can't change currency on the level, and you don't have French or Italian language for Switzerland, like everyone should speak German there.

I wanted to change my reservation within 24 hours and was not able to substitute for another flight. Your policy is not clear, since airlines offer this change as part of their service.

Easy to use and understand. I was able to customize the service how I wanted and I could see in real time the price with all the fees and add-ons.

I want a refund for my flight brought off you site on 6/8/24. I want my refund and it is not working. Put my money back on my credit card.
I booked 5 tickets using Go to Gate. Before you can get to the final screen for payment you must deny around 10 upgrade charges and offers. It costs more even to be seated together. After booking I immediately noticed an error and the policy is a 24 hour cancellation is acceptable. I got on a chat requesting a change which lasted 40 minutes before being told there would be a $500 rebooking fee and a $75 per passenger fee. I explained that knowing in the beginning would have been better and I would just cancel, get the refund, and rebook. Cancelling did refund the ticket amount but not booking fees etc. I was returned my ticket cost minus around $500 of those added charges.

I started booking a flight and finished my checkout and the amount was 1458 sar then after entering the payment card info the system showed a prompt saying new value 2131 i choose not to proceed but the ticket is booked.
Firstly, it is not ethical to change value after check out
Secondly, even thought i choose not to book it was booked

Quick and easy. Easy to find a flight and buy the flight. Hopefully the rest of the process is as easy as the purchase of the ticket.

I got in a life changing car accident. I got into a coma, almost lost my legs and had a 10% chance of walking again. My wife tried to get a refund, we realized it was a long shot. But we couldn't even get a credit from them as we wanted to eventually fly to the same spot. We saved up thousands of dollars for this trip just to get stripped away from this gutless pathetic company. Absolutely no sympathy, I'll never use this company again and i recommend you do the same. At the end of the day they don't value their customers lives.
