I feel totally scammed. My airline canceled my flight and I've been waiting four months for a refund. The refund will not include a big lump of money charged for meal service, choosing a seat, and other fees. Don't use them!

I went through the process and when I clicked to pay you raised the price.

Unfortunately, I booked a Flight inside Australia through this platform. Due to Covid-19 we were not even able to get to the departure destination (Broome). I contacted Gototgate twice before the flight, with no reply. I have submitted 3 (!) times a request for a refund through their platform getting useless automated messages in reply. The company for which they sold us a ticket (Airnorth) is not even mentioned on their website. As others said: Liars and Scammers! Don't use them ever!

Customer service is horrible. I missed a connecting flight to Dar es Salem TZ. My fault. I was told that it would be $700 usd to catch the next flight and because I missed the flight the rest of my itinerary was cancelled. I didn't even get a partial refund on top of that. Trash.

I had a phone call with their customer service to get refunded as my flight was canceled and I had a horrible experience. I could not understand almost anything their employee (he refused to say his name) was saying - there was so much noise around him and almost every word was echoed. Finally, he told me that he "could not guarantee" that I would get my money back and moreover that he would charge me 30 EUR of additional "processing charges". Of course, they are legally not allowed to do this, as the flight was canceled. One month passed, 2 more calls and 3 more emails sent to them and I STILL did not get the money... They never answered any of my emails and the customer service keeps saying they are unable to do anything without me sending an email...

Wish I could rate zero stars. One is too high. We booked through this scam artist of a company and they stole our money. When the airline cancelled our flight, Gotogate charged us $25 even though it wasn't our fault. We had no control over the circumstances. When we inquired as to why we would be charged money when it was the airlines fault, we were met with a "too bad, so sad" attitude. Avoid this ripoff company at all costs! They should change the name to Gotohell!

GotoGate is a horrendous website, my flight was cancelled because or hurricane IRMA and they were extremelly useless, they did no effort to help me arrange an alternative flight. When i asked for a refund they wanted me to pay extra and didnt want to issue a refund. Their staff is poorly trained and operate from a call center in India. Customer service sucks and doesnt answer emails. I will never fly with them again.

They charge you for everything, you wait on the phone for hours for nothing to be resolved. The airline canceled and I cant get my money back. They said they would charge me just to ask for a refund. Weeks later, I have heard nothing. Not even an email confirmation about trying to get a refund.

Terrible service and a complete joke. I waited on the phone for over 4 hours to get in touch with someone. (Which wasn't the real problem because I know call volumes are extremely high) but when I finally got someone, they said they could refund my flight (which was cancelled by the airline already due to coronavirus) but it was a $30USD processing fee. I will be finding a way to get the $30 back that was stolen from me from this cut-rate service

Please, do not book with this company. I booked a couple of flights which were cancelled due to COVID-19 more than one year ago. I have been after them since then and I still have not received my money. They keep replying me with template emails and lies. According to them, they are waiting for the airline to process the refund and that is a huge lie. The airline has prooven to us and gotogate that they have already made the refund by their side, they have sent us screenshots and all to proof this. I would not recommend this company, they are SCAM. Careful

Bought this scam insurance. No refund. They request copious amounts of paperwork and evidence to support a refund I did not even bother with the ridiculous forms because I know the stress won't get my refund anyways. Scam! They would refunded already if they were serious ad I requested and they have previous info.Will report to BBB shortly. They shoukd just refund me as I bought the insurance.

The airline has refunded to them about my ticket refund! They just hold and don't give back to me! Called again and again and they even gave me a fraud number to discuss. I have no idea where can to sue them! They a fraud company! Very bad! They own me more than 2000CAD!

Never again. Proffesional scam artists. Covid cancellation. No help getting anything back; 72 dollar fee on a 220 dollar for nothing with my ticket. Impossible to pin anyone own and once they had my money i was on my own even though the government shut the state down. Houcs on hold and hung up on several times they prey on unsuspecting clients. God help you with this horrible company.

Booked a flight with GoToGate. Flight was canceled by airline. Customer service is fast but sent us to the airline knowing they would not speak to us. Absolutely no help. This is just a travel agent but not interested in solving the problem

I paid for the ticket flying with alliance. Tje fly got canceled and either the airline or tje gotogate took responsibly of the expense I got to buy a same day ticket. A refund is what they offered.
What was the point of buying cheap if they wont take responsibility and left me strengthened 900milles away from home. Do no use this 3rd party partner's

I'm going to keep messaging you until you actually accept the fact that you have not fulfilled your part of the contract we entered into when you said you would sort out the flights with Turkish airlines.
I had to do the leg work, not you. If I had left it to you it would NOT have been resolved. My husband and I had to drive 140mile round trip to go to Turkish airlines desk to get the issue resolved because your staff said Turkish airlines weren't being helpful and were taking their time. Please explain to me then how when we went to the actual desk, they changed the flights for us without hesitation and were dumbfounded at your actual inability to provide a decent customer service. Please refund me my £19.99 now

There was a misspell in one of the passengers name. We bought the flights for 4000,- and when requested the change of one letter, we were told to contact to airline itself. There it was told us we need to contact gotogate for that. So again I asked and it was told me I have to pay 42,-. The bill which came was 102,-. So I needed to contact the service again, and it was told me they send an email with the corrected value. No email received. I contacted the service again, so that I can pay them the 42,- and now it was told me that further fees can apply and it's not even sure whether they will process it until our flight.

I had booking from BALI to Dallas, after some days they send an email about my flight is cancel and they gave me alternative flught is bali to Las Angeles whish not make any sense, + they asking for $30 more

When i call no one response properly and keep redirecting calls and finally they drop call.
Overall never book with this site its a scam website

I was nervous booking my flights due to all the bad reviews, but I booked my flight tickets through their website and everything went fast and smooth. Would still recommend booking your flight tickets through the actual website of your airline just to be sure! I couldn't do that since my airline website was down.

They sold me a ticket that had an overnight layover in Narita Japan. When i tried to check in at the airport, i was informed that Narita is not allowing overnight layover. I was not allowed on my flight. I used that Gotogate chat function after many attempts to get someone on the phone. I was informed that a refund will take 2 1/2 months to process. I am now down 800.00 dollars and have to purchase a new ticket. I will never ever use this company EVER!
