Too many options to book the flights. A lot of useless required fields, which persuade people to get extra options
I booked a flight and between Rome2Rio the date info changed. I now had a flight happening in the next day not a month away. I tried immediately to change it but the required text interface way slow to respond and I was at a conference between meetings. After three attempts I gave up and am out $100.
