I bought a baggage online when I got to the airport they would not accept my receipt and said I had to pay again call customer service stating that I was not satisfied and that this should not be my problem because I did everything I was told to do and even paid money And the rep hung up on me

If I can give a -0 star I would. Don't trust this company which they are also partner with Booking.com.
I purchased 2 tickets to Europe scheduled for August 2024. The day of our departure my husband and I were denied to board the plane because of an error name generate by one of the gotogate agentes.
Since we missed our first conexión the airline decided to cancel our entire reservation. We couldn't use a single portion of our paid tickets. Later, they told us we couldn't be reimbursed because our tickets were nonrefundable? How is that relevant? The mistake was made on their end. They stole our money. $3,550.18 to be exact. DO NOT TRUST THIS PEOPLE. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU WHEN IT COMES TO REFOUND. THEY WILL TELL YOU WHATEVER BS TO NOT BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR IT.

I'm flying on Azores Airlines, under your (contact information for the airline, there is an error code, and for meals etc. you have Azerbaijan-Airlines.

It is absolutely terrible with so many upcharges and so many excessive fees for everything. All these things used to be standard issue. What the hell has happened to real customer service?

I booked a flight through you. I received tickets by mail. I arranged everything that needed to be done, added the seats and so on. And then you send me an email that my order has been cancelled. I lost money and time
And had to buy more expensive tickets

I do not understand travel consolidators like GoToGate, why they sometimes have cheaper prices than others but why they make it so difficult to do business.

I was booking a flight on Scoot. GotoGate had it advertised as $490, Scoot was $525. When I tried to actually book, Gotogate became $525 but Scoot became $600.
I wanted to add a bag, Scoot wanted $35, Gotogate wanted $105! So I booked the flight with Gotogate and then added a bag with Scoot for $40.
The booking with Gotogate didnt use my email, they created some fake email to make my life difficult. They didnt use the airline booking PNR, they created their own, again just to make my life difficult.
Still, I guess I saved $50 or so, so great...

Recently brought a tickets by online ktm to Syd with gogate- online showing price was australian $ 887 but they charged australian $ 917 this is not fair at all you guys cheated to buyers- $ 779 was in air India price but I wanted to with Thai air so I I have brought with gogate $887 but you guys not trustable company - if you guys can't afford rights prices put online whatever you want to charge don't cheat about online price coz you lose your reputation forever

I used your site for a cheaper fare, only to have it increased by $100 at the last second as I was finishing the booking.

Random extra services/fees keep getting added to my purchase and i cant seem to remove them. I'm SURE its just an accident on your part,... right?

Your forms are very buggy. They keep erroring seconds after highlighting them, making it VERY difficult to put in information.

I never write negative reviews, but I'm tire of chasing these people for my money, These people are thieves, they stole $523 from me, they did not refunded my 4 family tickets even thought they assure me they will do it. I called 23 times and every time I was told I was going to be refunded in 5 days maximum, I also open 15 tickets and no response, and after 3 months they close the case and that's it. The reason of the refund request was that our Turkish airline flight had a schedule change and we had to book another flight, I even called Turkish Airline and they confirmed to me that I was entitled to the refund because it was Turkish airline fault and that Gotogate, (the Agency), was the only one responsible and entitle to request the refund from them to me, but Gotogate never asked the airline for the refund in order to keep the commission and my money, also the customer service is horrible, you have to wait about an hour to get in touch with them and they are very disrespectful and trained to be liars, do not not use them, they are a scam. Order number MPGW1R.

Price increased when I was about to book, still waiting to see if the booking code registers with the airline with correct details, not showing up yet.

You know full well why I've given you one star. You bait and switch the price after everything has been entered.

As of right now, we have a good experience and a positive attitude towards the company. Our booking was smooth and easy.

You get emails with links that you can't open. Verify verify verify and no freaking email to verify...
So there "information" but you can't get to it... Annoying!

I have not received Thi AirAsia ticket confirmation after I paid for BKK-YGN one way trip on Oct19,2024. Thus I started the conversation with Goto Gate' auto chat. It was not helpful.

I love the price and simplicity. I also love the UI, especially that I can enter my phone area code and my country myself with no annoying scrolling
