booking.com outsources there flight bookings to a scammy company in India GO TO GATE.
I have repeatedly contacted them 30 times in 6 weeks, looking for the refund.
They lied to me repeatedly saying they did not take the second payment.
I have send them proof repeatedly, they lied repeatedly.
They then say the will sort it and then got a short email with a NO REPLY email address.
Way too many extras which prohibit clicking Continue button. That's called a Dark Pattern. Should simply be able to click Skip All and Continue

L'incompétence et le mépris du client poussé à son paroxysme!
Nous avons pris un billet d'avion alors que j'étais encore enceinte et nous avons donc, sur les conseils de Gotogate mis un nom provisoire pour bébé. Gotogate nous a assuré qu'un simple coup de fil nous permettrait de modifier ces informations. Bébé est né depuis 5 mois et en voici autant que nous essayons de faire modifier le billet d'avion! Des heures au téléphone pour rien, aucun suivi de dossier, la compagnie aérienne avec qui nous échangeons en parallèle nous assure que Gotogate ne les a jamais contacté et malheureusement c'est à eux de faire la démarche comme ils ont pris les billets pour nous. Chaque appel, la même chanson, "on va s'en occuper, faites nous confiance", mais rien n'est fait et aujourd'hui, à une semaine du départ, comble du mépris, Gotogate nous dit que "ce serait quand même pas mal si vous contactiez vous-même la compagnie aérienne". NE PASSEZ PAS PAR GOTOGATE! Si vous avez le moindre souci, ils seront incompétents et nous vous aideront pas! Ils vous endormiront pendant des mois à vous dire qu'"ils vont gérer" pour une semaine avant de partir vous dire "de vous démerder". C'EST SCANDALEUX!

Booking was super easy the information went to my email and phone quickly, BUT it was a challenge to see what airline my tickets were booked with. Most of my reservation information didn't supply this. I could barely makeout the Maya Island Air logo on one page. If you could include this information more clearly for people that may book way in advance then not recall what Airline their flight was booked with.
Being a new user, I am hoping all goes well wish my reservation. If it does, I promise a more stars after a positive experience.
