I ordered a transmission for my son's 2001 Acura CL type s. After I ordered it I read reviews. This raised a red flag. I emailed wanting to cancel but was told there would be a restocking fee. This was in the agreement so I decided to leave it be. Shipping was within the time given. Transmission was installed by the Acura dealer. Everything checked out, the transmission shifts smoothly and does appear to be within the stated mileage according to the tech who did the work. At this point I can't complain. These transmissions are known to have problems. I plan on doing a fluid change as recommended yearly by the dealer. Just to be clear, I'll have the dealer do that also. As for now, I have no issues with got transmissions. Joe One note The Dealer did say the handling in shipping was rough but nothing was broken, dip stick was bent but all is well. I put in claim with my bank asI had to return the junky transmission my dealership advised against using when they saw it. I am out the ups shipping cost to them of $201 but for rest back. I should know check reviews FIRST. Got transmissions has lousy ones
The transmission was promised to deliver in 10 to 14 days. Both in their written correspondence and in telephone conversations. In reality it took 28 days for delivery.
The Jacksonville address is fake. Trying to locate who is running this bogus company and where the payments are going to and where these junk parts are being shipped out of. If anyone has any information of the faceless people behind this operation please help.
After receiving several spam emails from this website, I responded and gave them a colorfully worded piece of my mind. The response? "You mother is an $#*!." So professional. Seems like a legit operation... not.
Obviously, don't give them your money. They are spam phishers.
Wish I had come here first! Bought from them, no 3rd or 4th gear. Called back, and the person who installed it never called in the warranty. So, the truck sat for 10months having other work done. Guess what... even though there's only been a total of 50 miles on it since installing, we are out the $800! Very rude on the phone and told me I "was screwed" then hung up on me!
I bought a transmission in May, it failed in November. They claim they sent me an email for a warranty but since I did not return the warranty it was only good for 3 months. When I said the whole was a joke, the so called operator began to personally insult me. It was absolutely terrible.

Bought a transmission and had it shipped, got transmission installed and doesn't work. Install by a reputable garage. Called Scott in warranty and he is rude. Sent all the paper work requests in they decided to send another transmission. 3 weeks go by I hear nothing. Then i called and was told a request for an update will be sent. 2 more weeks go by and nothing. Called again and got the same response and Scott just hung up on me. Told me he doesn't have a boss he is the boss.
Total rip off. You better hope they send you a working tranny because you will only get a fraction of what it costs to uninstall the bad one and install the 2nd one! Zero stars is still too many... stay clear!
This company is full of poop when it comes to the warranty. I only put 348 miles on the Transmisson I ordered from these cats. Transmission started slipping, they won't replace it because I didn't put 500 miles on it. They said, the warranty starts at 501 miles. That's a bunch of poop! Don't get caught up in reading their website. Don't do it!
Like all other reviewers I too have been screwed. I have been trying for a week to get response for not being able to activate warranty. They will not return any calls. PLEASE put me on any class action suit. FURTHER UPDATE Got a whooping 120 miles before trans went out. This one was suppose to have ******* miles
Zero stars! Worst company ever, hope they go bankrupt soon. They will send you the wrong transmission and it will be damaged. You will not get a refund. If they send you a replacement, it will be wrong and damaged. Stay away!
Terrible terrible terrible transmisson was due apr 5 called they said would return my call after checking with shipper waited a day called shipper myself said transmisson was returned called them they said it was lost could ship again how is it lost but you still have it? Asked for refund remind you it's been a month since origional purchase date said there would be a 25% restocking fee on something that never left. Was a terrible experience being transferred from tracking to warranty to sales over and over... I finally had to go to bank to get my money back..
Do not buy from this place paid $1000 for transmission and didn't even shift right so called them after i took it to a Amco transmission shop 2 days later and now they saying shop that put it in was not reputable and saying i took it and beat it and other excuses not to pay money back.
They knowingly sent us a bad transmission. They sent us another one after waiting over 2 weeks and the hassle of emailing and faxing paperwork from our mechanic that it was a bad transmission. I think we have a good transmission now. But when we sent them the bill for the labor and parts for the reinstall as advertised. They sent us only $335 out of our $1500 bill. They said their 100% warranty and customer satisfaction had a fine print of $50 an hour for labor and a maximum time for installation of 6 1/2 hours. That is just bad business practice, They should pay for the whole amount, we installed the transmission on good faith that the part was inspected, clean, and properly working as advertised. We wouldn't have the extra $1500 expense and my daughter wouldn't of been without her car for 4 weeks. I guess we should be thankful we received a working transmission at all. Other customers never received working parts and lost their money.
Since I used a bank debit card I filed claim with my Bank. Got all my moneycback. Never pay for anything with anything but a debit or credit card. You have no leverage when you pay cash or money order or cashier check. I have more than once been refunded.it is called disputing it with the Merchant (bank the ripoff artist uses)Bank.The merchant does not want to lose being able to use major credit cards (Visa, etc)so they refund you.
These people are ripoff and con artists! Why have they not been arrested for fraud and more? How is it possible they are still in business? How are they allowed to deposit the money they stole from everyone in their bank? These reviews date back to 2015! How is this possible? No one has stopped them! They are criminals! What kind of country do we live in that allows these theives to operate? Their business location says "permanently closed"! The guy I talked to, Dale, is in Wisconsin and it shows on my bank statement that my money went into his bank account in Wisconsin! Every time I try to call "their office" I get hung up on and/or yelled at! They are all extremely rude, including Dale! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!
They sent me a bad transmission. Didn't know it was bad until my mechanic had it almost all the way installed. They did send me a different transmission, but I had to pay my mechanic for installing and uninstalling a bad transmission, then reinstallation of the good one they sent me. The first transmission they sent me took them 3 weeks to get it shipped because they were "inspecting" it. So one would think it was a good transmission. They told me to send them an invoice and they would help me with the labor of the bad transmission. A month later they told me they won't help me because the warranty was never activated and blamed it on my mechanic because he should have checked the transmission that took them 3 weeks to send because they were "going through all the parts". The warranty was never activated because it was never fully installed. Bad Company to deal with, the guy I worked with could have cared less. I won't use them again!
They sent me a bad transmission and it took about 3 months to get a hold of them. And then another 3 months for them to send another broken transmission and when I called back about it they insulted me and told me they wouldn't refund it
This company Never gave me notice of when my transmission is coming they said 7 to ten business day it's going on a moth please don't use them they not even trying to reimburse me off shipping cost

Don't go here it has been over 30 days since I paid for a transmission they don't know were it is and keep giving me the runaround. From day one we have followed all the procedures and kept track of all emails and faxes sent between us and this company; and although we paid up front for everything we are still be shafted. Now our customer is sitting and waiting for a transmission that has never arrived.
We have been told in several different emails that the product was at the dock, or in the warehouse, or being re-inspected but it is always another thing to prolong the process.

I bought a tranny on october 27 and it was put in on the 3rd of november. My Reveiw will let's start by they lie to me so they can take your money away. They falsely say there is a warrenty with there transmission but there isn't I bought a tranny drove it from the shop to my house which is 14 miles and didn't make it back to shop found out it's the tranny that went out. Now they won't replace the tranny that I bought from this company. I recommend not but anything from these rip offs.
I ordered a transmission using the right information and they sent me the wrong one. After they did the research they sent me another one and it was the wrong transmission again. When I called they don't return my phone calls, when I finally got ahold of someone and had a problem they just hung up on me and switched me to another line to talk to another person. I left a bunch of voicemails begging for them to call me for five days in a row and they never contacted me. I do not recommend anybody to do any business with this company, if you do you'll be sorry take my word for it.
I called the BBB this place is no gas please do not send your money I repeat it's a scam this bussiness been out of bussiness do your research and I contacted the police I suggest anybody who have fell victim to this company do the same. Go to IC3.gov

Got Transmission is a scam business all the money Americans spend on taxes to support this country it is a shame that bussiness like Got Transmission are getting away with scamming Americans. Bussiness like this one need to be shut down and individuals prosecuted to the full extend of the law. They are a disgrace to our country. My wish is that they finally scam a person that has conections to lawyers that have the desire to put a stop to this. Iam a true believer in what comes around goes around. There the worst I've ever had to deal with been a month sent me the wrong trans and still haven't heard anything back about any thing either another trans or my money back charge me $ 735.00
