I purchased an Additional Manual Payment extension for my website for $49. At the same time, I provided Ron Coleman with the username and password for my website dashboard and FTP server.
After receiving the product, I noticed it was already built into my template. At the same time, Ron C. Advised me that they do not provide any support for that extension. Then, I requested that the extension be deactivated and a full refund issued.
After a day, I noticed the extension had been deactivated. But after a week, there was no refund.
Naturally, I had to file a chargeback with my credit card.
As I mentioned in the beginning, because I trusted MOTO CMS and allowed Ron Coleman to have my username and password, I next noticed he betrayed my trust by logging into my website, removing the store, and deleting all my pages.
