Proactively asks for customer feedback
This company does not typically respond to reviews
The service worked. Stop asking for feedback by default and be prepared to address problems as they are reported. My god I don't understand why these days every single basic online service automatically shoots me a "how did we do" email. It's extremely annoying and makes me want to not use it.
The web site is fine except that the interface doesn't mesh well with my password manager. But I didn't get my food delivered. The restaurant said there was no driver so we went and picked it up instead.
Ordered food and it said a delivery estimate of 45 mins. Delivery arrived after 90 minutes. Grabull doesn't provide any updates after placing an order which was very frustrating. Wish they would send updates about the order status and delivery ETA like many of the other ordering services.
It was linked to on the restaurant site. I prefer to use the ordering app designated by restaurants as they generally receive more money.
I resent having high fees added without a breakdown, let alone presuming a large tip! The fees exceeded the 7% meals tax, so sorry, I won't be adding any tip (I usually do!). I find this to be quite obnoxious and you've angered this customer.
No choice if I want to order from this restaurant. I will definitely rethink this in the future.
Food was cold. I had to call restaurant to confirm that it was being delivered and they told me 6 minutes. Which happened to be the exact time between the restaurant and myself. Felt like they were sitting around waiting for a call before they
It was the only option
The online process was painless, but the physical delivery took a bit longer than expected and (worse) the food was actually delivered to a nearby home and not ours despite the correct delivery address. Thankfully, we recognized the location based on the delivery photo and were able to retrieve the food from our neighbor without issue.
Check mark buttons that should have been radial buttons (only one selection is allowed, but interface won't deselect when making a new choice).
Couldn't add menu items to order without selecting an add-on, raising the price of each item
Restaurant’s “order online” button redirected here
Your software developers need to set input types correctly so that autofill information fills correctly. For instance, I had to find a credit card and type it in manually instead of it autofilling. Which is amateur hour.
Ability to select multiple dishes at the same time rather than adding each individual dish to the cart. Longer time to checkout. Went to get my card to enter details and said my session had expired, had been gone literally 30 seconds.
I showed up at 4:48 for a 4:45 pickup. Was told it would be another 15 minutes because they had just started making it. I explained I placed the order an hour before. Pizza maker was not very happy when I said I could not wait as I had some place to be in 15 minutes. I asked someone else if it could be delivered. He was very accommodating and said they would be there in 25 minutes. 45 minutes later they were delivered
Easy online ordering
I arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes after placing the order and they had no record of it. After denying it had ever been placed, I showed them the confirmation email. Embarrassed, they scrambled to fill it. Pretty much a total fail.
Because it pretended to be the restaurant itself.
Couldn't order one item as it would not allow me to put it in the cart, like I hadn't made the meat selection when I did.
Doesn't display price in payment menu, so there's no explanation why there's a $12 difference between item total and order total. And then this survey thats not formatted for mobile just popped up.
Price was changed after ordering, they took $15 off, which was nice. Tipping % is off, says the 20% tip was $10 on a $70-something bill (before fees and delivery charge) when it should have been over $15.
Delivery was really fast and food was so hot it hurt to hold (and delicious).
Easy but some items do not have enough description and/or specified choice options; for example: "2 liter soda" does not have a list of available choices to select, "small mozzarella sticks" does not detail number of sticks in order... etc etc
Because it's what this restaurant offered for online delivery
After my order was picked up, the driver stopped and waited at least 2 other restaurants for a total of over 15 minutes, I assume waiting for other orders to be ready for pickup. Since the delivery was via Uber, I was provided with a link to track the delivery and I noticed my delivery time continuing to increase.
Provided delivery from my restaurant of choice
I ordered on the website for Nick's pizza and selected the delivery option.
After submitting it said I would receive the pizzas in 45 mins.
They didn't arrive until 1 hour 20 mins and were on the cold side.
You have a place for tip, but you don't say who the tip goes to. That's sketchy. Your form fields can't handle the formatting characters in numbers, like the hyphens in phone numbers or a / in the CC date. Sorry but that's just weak, can you not get competent web developers?
Because that's what the restaurant's web site linked to for online ordering.
It was just fine... it operated like one would expect of an online order site. Only annoying thing is this opinion form requiring me to type in an unecessarily long comment about this trivial experience, which was fricking annoying.
Restaurant online order linked to it
I ordered my food. I picked it up. Everything as expected.
The resistant I ordered from uses Grabull for online ordering.
There's a bug on the burrito selection. You can't add a burrito without adding the $5.00 chicken or beef option, even if you choose something else
I placed my order online to pick up at the store and then received the email confirming the order and then later I received the email saying order was ready for pickup. My husband went in to pick up the food and found out that they never received the order so he had to wait over a half hour for them to make the food that was supposed to be ready. The experience has proved to me once again that the ordering online to pick up is pointless unless ordering directly to the company itself. That way you know that they actually received the order. This has happened to me in the past with another Food Service "app" call slice. I had no choice but to place my order through them and have the same issue.
I had no choice I was trying to order food online at this store of my choosing and it was my only option
Because they are awesome!
Works much better on a windows platform than on iOS. I had to switch computers to get it to work.
I placed an order it said it would be ready in 45 minutes I waited an hour and 10 minutes proceeded to call was told my order was out for delivery I then called back at the two-hour mark, again said my order was out for delivery finally it came after just about 2 hours and 10 minutes. No explanation.
It was my only option ordering from Jimbo's in Tewksbury
I accidentally got sent to this site and waited 40 minutes to get my food. When I went to pick it up the restaurant told me Grabull never submitted my order. I called Grabull and spoke to someone who did not speak English. Very frustrating. Use GrubHub!
Need to have English speaking representatives
Website took me there; will avoid in the future.
I placed the order, got a confirmation, waited 20 min then drove 5 min to go pick up. The restaurant did not have the order in their system, I told them what i wanted and they sent it to the kitchen. I waited 15 min for the order to be ready, just before they brought it out my order showed up on their system.
The only reason i tried the online order was to not have to waste time waiting, it was a busy day at work.
It was the default online ordering system for the restaurant i was ordering from
This is probably about the 3rd experience we've had with food ordering issues because Grabull didn't appropriately send orders over to the restaurant. We've eaten from this restaurant for years, but only ever have issues since they've started using Grabull if we online order and don't just call.
I didn't. It happens to be the platform that the restaurant links to for their online orders, and since ordering electronically is often easier than trying to give them an order over the phone while the restaurant may be noisy, we usually opt for online ordering.
I was charged online and given a receipt but when I went to pick up the food, the price was different. I called customer service and was told they would look into it. Nothing changed… my first and last time ordering from grabull.
False promises and nothing was done.
It was an option to order online.
The food was amazing and arrived in a relatively timely manner. The delivery driver did not call me or ring the doorbell when the food was delivered so after a while I checked the front door and the food was there! Not sure how long it was there but by the time I got to it, it was cold. It would be good if there was some sort of way to notify the customer when their food is dropped off. Ordering online process was fine up to that point.
That is what the restaurant I ordered from uses.
I offered two bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. I put in the notes that one Was on a roll with salt pepper ketchup and hot sauce. The other was bacon egg cheese, egg over easy on a egg bagel, no SPK was specified. We received two BEC sandwiches with SPK and hot sauce on egg bagels. So obviously you Ted the directions all the way through but ignored that the sandwiches were different. This making both our sandwiches unenjoyable. Pretty crappy way to split up a 16 hour work day.
I had no choice. The store uses you.
Your input fields are weird, you shouldn't have to omit the / - it should just be added automatically. Also, be careful not to put errors on empty textboxes (e.g. Apartment number, try typing "foo" then deleting it and switching to another field) unless the user just hit checkout and they were require
I want more of the money for my order to go to the restaurant then Grubhub provides
