The side of ranch dressing was upside down and was leaking onto the pizza. I had to immediately remove the dressing and flip it upright and remove the ranch dressing. Better if the dressing was in a separate bag.

Driver did not read the special instructions that explained that there are three units with the same number, an East, a West and a 7th Street (mine is the East address) and went to the wrong address. Obviously it was because he didn't speak english, but his supervisor should have read the instructions and made sure that the food was delivered to the correct address!
