Ordered on Spice Woks grabull site only to be told that the order never made it to their system though money was deducted from my credit card. The restaurant was kind enough to make the order even though they were past closing time.

Last time I used Grabull I was told that I would be refunded for a drink that was never delivered. The restaurant even confirmed they forgot to send the drink and to call Grabull. The person from Grabull told me I would be refunded for the drink and never completed the transaction after I got off the phone.

Previous order was clunky and that was about 2 years ago. This was much faster, page response was great, pop-ups were instant and easy to navigate. A much better experience. Glad that I used Grabull.

Fees were produced after transaction was completed. Fees are extremely higher than other 3rd party delivery services. Support was not helpful and seemed o not understand the situation. I would keep away from using this platform. I will order from another restaurant in the event this is my only option in the future.

Ordering a regular burrito with just carnitas for the meat was not possible. You had to order Chicken and Steak as well. Seems like a bug.

Don't automatically add a tip at the end of checkout. It's slight of hand and poor taste. If i want to tip then I'll choose to add one. I don't need your help. Other than that it's fine to use.

But it appears Grabull had a huge delay sending in the order. I had to wait longer than I expected and I got a parking ticket. The food and service was good. I might not use the grabull online ordering again.

Despite giving my name THREE times to the counter service, we received the wrong order which was done way later then the app suggested and later then the time the service counter provided. They offered to throw in something free for the problems- as we had to go back to give back the wrong order they have us- and they have me one soda. Which was so insufficient. The counter service person clearly didn't have language and organizational skills needed for the job.

It was fine. The delivery itself took a couple of minutes. The driver acted nervous and wouldn't let me reenter my home with my order for an extended period of time. He was fiddling with an iPad about something. Weird but no big deal.

I've used this service to place orders for pickup for a local restaurant; I found it to be convenient. I have not tried delivery, so I cannot offer any opinion about that.

Answer: Offers and the number of my local restaurants and their process of after order service, i get text on my order update and doordash postmates drivers are connected to them which means i use Grabull get delivery and discounts but other companies charge upto 18% service fees example Doordash
