Proactively asks for customer feedback
This company does not typically respond to reviews
The service worked. Stop asking for feedback by default and be prepared to address problems as they are reported. My god I don't understand why these days every single basic online service automatically shoots me a "how did we do" email. It's extremely annoying and makes me want to not use it.
The web site is fine except that the interface doesn't mesh well with my password manager. But I didn't get my food delivered. The restaurant said there was no driver so we went and picked it up instead.
I have to log out as guest every time, so weird. Best case, when ordering, I get a email or text to get through the 2fa process... order system's not great, like my grandparents created it and never developed a version 2.0 with all the massive bugs ironed out.
Only way to order from a particular restaurant I enjoy.
The pizza is good, this site is not great though, it's like it's made specifically incompetent to make sure the customer's like me are so dedicated to delicious food that we work through the "forgot password" link at EVERY ordering of various variations of calzone's, one of my favorite foods. The order system is a pain in my $#*!. The calzone at Nick's House of Pizza in Medford, MA (*******) is sooo delicious. Food made with love!
I chose grabull for access to eating great food at Nick's House of Pizza in Medford, MA 02155..
I can never (since creating this account) either enter correct password or reset my password. Typically I would always have to send a text to my phone every time and get a 1 time login link - that whole process was not user friendly.
Nick's pizza is great!
I placed my sub in my cart like 5 times all because i was taking my time picking out my condiments but it took me no longer than 3-5 minutes and by the time i hit checkout my time expired, Changed that immediately thanks
Stop automatically setting the tip at 15%. These are TO GO orders and there is no service provided so why do you expect a tip on overpriced food? Set the tip to none and people can select the 15% if they want to tip. Not the other way around
I didnt choose it
This was not a great experience. My delivery was over an hour late, I had to call the restaurant. They told me to come pick it up. When I arrived at restaurant they had sent it with the driver. VERY frustrating experience.
It was the only option on the website
User friendly site! Will order again in the future!
The last time I used this app, the order never got transmitted to the restaurant. I got a confirmation email from them, and was charged, so I know the app got it. When I showed up at the restaurant, they had no idea the order had even been placed. They did make it right and quickly made my order.
It’s the app that the restaurant uses
When I first logged-in into the website it said that I would receive a discount on my first purchase, depending on the value of the order. My order reached the amount and I didn't receive the discount.
Ordering was easy, and the guy who delivered was great, but the menu I ordered from wasn't accurate, and King's had to call me to offer an alternative to one of the meals, which caused our lunch to be late.
Could not leave work
The UI is janky, it's not optimized for mobile at all. Then requiring feedback before a 1-2 star may be submitted is weird, then mandating it be at least 50 characters is a clear barrier to entry for bad reviews
Because I had no other option
Even though I received the order confirmation email and the restaurant will have your food ready at this time email, when I arrived, the restaurant was completely unaware of the order I made 3+ hours earlier. The restaurant hurried to make the order, but I was now 30 minutes late arriving with dinner. Nothing was done to compensate for the inconvenience.
It was the default choice on the restaurant's website.
The guy I called from the restaurant was not helpful at all…my food was sitting there for a while before i came down because how was i supposed to know? It said 60 minutes so I went down in 60 minutes and it was cold. You could tell it was there for a while. Why would they not call the customer and confirm drop off? And why would the guy on the phone from the restaurant laugh on the phone when I asked him when my food was going to get dropped off as he says idk? So weird
There is a bunch of website code that appeared on the site RIGHT after i submitted my order.
{"transactionResponse":
{responseCode":"1","authC -- and it just goes on for several lines. Legit worried my CC info just got stolen. Just gonna pay cash next time.
Because i had a long day and i kind of earned a reward and i kind of hate myself and chicken and waffles really landed right in the venn diagram sweet spot.
We order for 3pm delivery yesterday but it was an hour late because the driver was given a wrong address. Our correct address is 8 Museum Way, Cambridge, MA. However when it was transferred to DoorDash for delivery you gave the driver 8 Museum Road, Boston, MA, which is wrong. We have to personally track down the drive and then redirect the delivery to us. Very disappointed.
She gave us the driver’s phone number and asked us to directly contact him.
Thru the Penang restaurant website
Not very flavorful. Peas not fully cooked. Eggplant masticated and not in chunks. The chicken only one piece was succulent and the rest were dry. Hated that I had to order rice, why is rice extra?
Ordering was simple, just a bummer of a meal. It helped me feel better as I was getting sick. It was just not flavorful.
Had no choice.
Simple online order with instructions, lactose intollerant, NO cheese. Fill out form, they take your money and the order review lists NO special ibstructions. Pasta dish comes coveted in cheese. Could not eat $28 lunch. Why list the ability of cusomizing an order when this is just a money grab. No time to repeat lunch order.
No response
Reastaurant uses them.
- Too many clicks to set pickup time
- Add to Order button didn't respond once, so I clicked again, and it added the item twice.
- Removing one copy of the duplicate item removed both.
- Removing both duplicate items reset the pickup time, so I had to reenter it.
- At one point, scrolling through a long menu section used too much memory or something and made the page reload.
- This feedback box is wider than my screen (Firefox on Moto G7), so I have to scroll to see the whole thing.
- Order confirmation screen shows raw JSON of confirmation details.
- Follow-up email ("Did you receive your order") links to some customer experience site I didn't recognize, so I hesitate to click the link. Make it a Grabull URL.
Preferred by restaurant.
Pretty Spartan website, which makes me worry about its security and trustworthiness, but it seems to get the job done. Toast looks and functions better - should try to copy them.
I did not choose it - I was forced to use it because the restaurant I ordered from only uses it for their online orders.
I'm not sure who goofed up, but we waited over an hour and a half and finally had to call Grabull for the status of our order. They said to call the restaurant directly. Did that and they seemed confused but our order finally arrived and it was hot. The long and short of this is we will never order this way again. We will pickup ourselves.
Horrible user experience going through the menu. I couldnt add chicken to a salad, ceasar dressing wasnt available flr a ceasar salad.
There are no spaces allowed for credit card numbers. The expiration shows a / but you cant put one in.
I requested the large cheese pizza to be cooked well done, it wasn't. The pizza wasn't that hot.
I live about a 15 minute drive from the pizza shop. Can't believe it wasn't that hot. I wasted my time and MONEY using your service.
I actually didn’t I selected the pizza place for the delivery. I wouldn’t have use a carrier service. The place I ordered from normally has their own delivery person.
It woukd be nice to be able to track my order. I didn't know whether the order had been accepted by the restaurant and when it was out for delivery. I jeqrd the doorbell ring out of the blue and realized it was my order when I answered the door. I would have preferred to meet the person at the door wothout the doorbell being rang as it was late and it's loud.
It was the restaurant's preferred delivery app
Serviceable online ordering platform except for the part where this popup appeared and wouldn't go away without a review and is kinda broken on mobile.
I am so sad and so hungry.
This site does not offer apple pay or autofill my credit card info, instead requiring me to add sensitive information manually. I dislike this from a security standpoint.
Much needed service. Minimal description on menu items, so really didn't know what I was buying. I don't know if Grabull is responsible for that or the restaurant.
Needed food delivered and Grabull showed up automatically when going to restaurant's site. I wasn't even aware it wasn't part of the restaurant site until I called the restaurant to inquire about delivery.
Drivers must have some English knowledge. Not understanding English was very frustrating explaining the driver of our location since he passed out location.
Nothing specific
It was my first time ordering and I didn't know I was ordering through a 3rd party company that does not exist with King Roastbeef, after an hour and 10 minutes the order arrived, I could have driven there 3 times by then, food was cold and was delivered by a King employee, I don't understand why I had to pay fees when Grabull doesn't deliver from there, after 2 phone calls, the food came in 80 minutes. I won't let that happen again. I have gone to king for 30 years but very disappointed.
I could barely understand the man but he told me King doesn’t use that service.
I didn’t, it choose for me and they were not involved in the lengthy delivery, would like a credit back.
