Spammy garbage

The order and pickup process was fine, same as any other platform. The only thing that sets Grabull apart as a platform, then, is that after I order it spams the $#*! out of my inbox to solicit a review under the guise of "confirming you received your order" - both spammy and dishonest.

Ranch dressing mess

The side of ranch dressing was upside down and was leaking onto the pizza. I had to immediately remove the dressing and flip it upright and remove the ranch dressing. Better if the dressing was in a separate bag.

Spotty drivers

Didn't deliver to the correct address.

Driver did not read the special instructions that explained that there are three units with the same number, an East, a West and a 7th Street (mine is the East address) and went to the wrong address. Obviously it was because he didn't speak english, but his supervisor should have read the instructions and made sure that the food was delivered to the correct address!

Address Issues

My address is 39 1/2 Harbor St, but the system wouldn't recognize the slash, and will probably send the driver down the street to another address, so I had to use an old, out of date address that is no longer valid, but that your system will recognize. Will the food get here? I hope so.
