Placing an order for Soi Siam food truck at The Lot was easy. I emailed them in advance to make sure they would be open on New Years eve, and placed the order a day early. Changing the delayed pick up time was also user friendly. Thanks and happy New Years.

Im not sure why i went through with this. O just wanted to see how painful it was to order something. $15 markup is for what?! Nothing as far as i could tell. Ill save the money and time and just call the restraunt. You have a useless garbage service and ill never use it again.

I could have called several minutes ago but i wanted to see how long it took on this crappy app. It mot only takes forever but loses my info everytime i use it and need to enter my card info manually. It finds my credit card info in my iphone as im almost dobe manually entering. This app is junk and im sorry to hear my local restaurant prefers it.
Delivery took almost twice as long. Had to go out to the road to meet driver. Cost me an extra $25 for a mile delvery. I prob wont use this again

I used Grabull to order dinner from Shawarma Gyro Grill. The ordering through Grabull was flawless …. It was the restaurant that dropped the ball and we didn't receive the 2 extra side order of pita bread that we ordered with our dinner plates …. But the Grabull ordering process was easy and worked perfectly..

I thought I was ordering from the restaurant's website. I wasn't. There was website intending to trick you to order from it instead: I did that, and paid a big fee I wouldn't have had to otherwise.
The restaurant was not prepared to receive an order from that Grabull third party, and it took several phone calls and almost 3 hours before food was delivered.
I talked with a very kind customer service agent, who was far away: it was morning for her, when it was night for me... and she also talked to the restaurant... so no fault to her!
The problem was: I never intended to order from some weird misleading third-party who confused my local restaurant, with customer service on another continent. Be ware! If you are ordering from Grabull, you might be doing so by accident!

Frustrating. Buttons don't respond right away/well on my iphone, and this issue is specific to your website. The prices for the menu items also seem higher than when I last ordered (through a different food ordering application).

Answer: Offers and the number of my local restaurants and their process of after order service, i get text on my order update and doordash postmates drivers are connected to them which means i use Grabull get delivery and discounts but other companies charge upto 18% service fees example Doordash
