I've been buying furniture from Great Furniture Deals for years and I'm always satisfied with the quality. They have a nice selection of affordable items, in stock so you can get your new living room set today!
This company is a total disgrace. I placed an order on November 15th, 2023, and didn't receive my recliner until March of 2024; this should have been a red flag immediately. Their reasoning was that it was being custom-made for me, which is a total joke; it was definitely not custom made. Approximately five weeks after receiving it, nearly five months after the order was placed, I started having problems with the reclining mechanism; it was grinding and getting stuck. I spent so much time providing pictures and audio recordings, essentially everything they asked for. Despite this, I kept getting blown off. They finally sent me a new reclining mechanism in a huge box. As a disabled person, I can't even move it, yet it's in the middle of my living room floor. Then they told me to find a person who can install it locally, which I felt is not my responsibility. I finally located someone; but then they informed me that they would not pay for the installation of the new reclining mechanism. I argued that this problem happened only five weeks after I received the recliner, well within the Consumer Protection Law's jurisdiction, especially considering that I paid over $1,000 for this unit. However, the company will not replace or repair the item. I am taking other action to hopefully resolve this frustrating problem. To anyone else considering dealing with this unethical company, beware! You should stay away from this company.

I purchased a motor for my lift chair as my shaft had broke, same model same volt output, after receiving and plugging in the various connections the motor would not work or move to be sure I plugged my old 1 in it works again the new motor nothing, I email customer service and let them know, they said to make sure the voltage was 29, yeah same as the power sorce I have.
I send back for refund on my dime $23 to send then Boink me for $54 to restock a bad motor, I'm going to say this I have run and owned businesses and would never di this to a customer, BAD BUSINESS BAD COMPANY SHOULD BE MORE RESPONSIBLE! Avoid This Company BAD!

Great customer service! Delivery was on time as scheduled in their friendly professional setup--all around an enjoyable shopping & buying experience here at Great Furniture Deal. They have something that'll satisfy every budget from affordable to designer brands.
After an hour of internet searching, we found this dining table at a better price and free shipping here. The delivery went just fine with only minimal cosmetic damage to the boxes after traveling across country - everything was still intact!

Easy to use website. Looking forward to receiving our chair. We received a 20 minute heads up for delivery from Metropolitan. Considering that it is as before the estimated time given, a bit more lead time would have been greatly appreciated.
The product was delivered with a chip out of one of the items. They absolute offer no customer service and no solution at all. They hide behind the manufacturer and will not give the manufacturers information. They simply have no customer service. If you are fine with that go for it, but don't expect to have any recourse when they deliver a crappy product. Also the product was shipped a month late.

Stay away from it as far as you can!
I purchased a couch a week ago and haven't heard from the company since. I've tried calling and leaving a voicemail as well as using their texting service. I've also tried calling at different times on different days.

Would not purchase from this company again. I waited for over a month for my sofa, call them and they tell me that the sofa is on back order and they "forgot" to call me. She says it should be available within the next week so I wait patiently for them to call me. No call. I call them a week and a half later and the lady tells me that she thinks the original manufacturer has gone out of business. WHAT?! She refunds the money but here I am over a month later having to find a new sofa and wait another few weeks for delivery (meanwhile we've been without a sofa at our new business location). So upset.
Unfortunately the vendor went out of business. I explained to the customer that we had no notification and I am very sorry.
I have been looking for this for my daughter and this was the only company that had it available. Unfortunately the shipping/warehouse company used was the disconnect regarding my service experience. Other than that all would have been a great experience.
I've had a lot of difficulty finding the proper power supply/cords for a Southern Motion sectional with recliners. I called your 800 number and spoke with Ray. He was very helpful and allowed me to send him photos of the underside of the recliners that need the power supply and helped me order the correct parts. He was patient and informative. I will add your website to my favorites.
