I order lots of different products from Greekgear and have never been disappointed. The clothing is awesome. The stainless steel tumblers are my favorite and everyone loves them! A pleasure to work with.
Yes, they put the wrong pattern and told me because custom orders are nonrefundable, I was stuck with it. (But could get 30% off next time, ha!) Additionally the quality is quite poor. Lesson learned, unfortunately.
I've ordered fraternity items in the past for my husband that fit fine and were nice, no problem. However, I ordered slide shoes for Father's Day that I gave him that day but had ordered weeks before. I ordered his size from the site, but the shoe did not fit. I could not return the shoes because: 1. They don't do returns for custom made items (which all items are) 2. Nothing received more than 7 days prior can't be returned 3. The product has to defective and then you forfeit 25% of your money.
I will look for another Greek gear company with a better return policy.
I ordered 3 products from this company for my daughter in celebration of her pledging a sorority on 8/22/20. It appeared the ship time was 7-10 days at the time I checked out, which seemed fair. I was notified on 8/27 that the color of shorts I ordered were on backorder until January so I had to choose another color. My daughter did not end up receiving 2 of the 3 items until 9/16 and the XL t-shirt appears to be a youth or toddlers shirt (image attached is their shirt next to another XL t-shirt she has. Also come to find out via the packing slip and no other form of communication, the shorts in the new color are on backorder until mid-November! Now I am challenged with reaching someone from this company. They do not respond to the "text only" number, or emails, or online. I am beyond disappointed! NEVER, I repeat NEVER order from this joke of a business!
I ordered a picture frame with my fraternity coat of arms, name and chapter from Greek gear.com and I thought it was a great addition for my office. When it arrived, it had the fraternity name, my chapter name and the coat of arms for a sorority! I took pictures and emailed it to the company and received a canned response, no sincere apology and no discount or rush on a new order. It's taking longer to get a new one than it did initially. Keep your money in your pocket and don't bother with them.

I ordered an extra large shirt and the size I received appears to be an extra large for a child. I have reached out to the company to discuss this matter and return the shirt but no one has yet to contact me. They have lost a customer and I would definitely NOT order from this company again. Also, I find it odd that you can't leave a review on their site where you place orders.
There's no phone number to reach them. They say that they will respond to emails in 24 hours and they don't. (I contacted them 3 days ago and haven't heard from them or been able to reach them). I also placed my order a week ago and it still hasn't shipped. I would not order from them again
They are so un-legit it's crazy. I ordered two shirts and decals from them. Their site was acting wonky so I confirmed what I wanted. On my polo they wrote the fraternity name twice and said that's how I ordered it and refused to fix it. OK. Even if that were true (it's not) does not one person in their department not notice the frat name is written twice on the front of the shirt? And it wasn't cheap. Only saving grace is that I was getting one as a sample and ordering 16 more if it came out well. And customer service? Don't even get me started on that one. Scam artists.
No pride in their work and no quality control. Ordered a hoody with customized greek letters that looked nothing like the website photo when it arrived. Letters improperly aligned and asymmetrical. The fabric of the sweatshirt is of cheap quality, pilling without wear. No resolution through customer service. Said I could order another one at a discount. Are they crazy! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Will dispute the charge through my credit card company.
Ordered several items... different items, different times, different needs. All perfectly done, on-time, with great service. They even designed a logo for me that I still use today. It was a great experience, and so glad that it is a family business. 100% recommend them!

I ordered a product from Greek Gear thru Amazon back in April and it product never came. It was scheduled to come and when I reached out to them they stated that it was lost and that they would send another one out. That one never came either. You can only send messages to communicate and they seem to be computer generated responses as I have gotten the same responses each time. On both occasions there was a USPS generated tracking number but the product was never in USPS possession as I contacted USPS. It is sad because I really wanted the product but not going to wait for months so I had to cancel and go elsewhere which only took 5 days and was received. ** Stay Away! **

The necklace had stamped not engraved lettering that made it look cheap. It took 3 emails to get permission to return it & they required tracking, which increased the postage from $1.20 to $9.85. USPS attempted delivery on one day & it couldn't be delivered. The tracking system showed no further info. The store provided the following responses: the refund had been made, that I never requested a return, that a return had not been authorized & that the item had not been veiled by them. Now they're sticking with that they've not received it. Poor quality jewelry, a store credit only return & inconsistent (unbelievable) responses.
The expedited fees are misleading. The item came incorrect and then when I called to have it rectified, they said it was my fault. I was told to go somewhere else to have it fixed. I have tried to resolve with the manager and she never contacted me back. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Never again!
We have ordered several times from Greekgear.com. We have ordered large shipments of shirts for our crew, as well as last minute orders of shirts for our kids sports teams. Betty and Joe have gone above and beyond each time to make sure that our products are designed in a way that presents our business well, as well as looks great and that our crew like to wear and are comfortable. We appreciate your business and will order again!
This is the second and last time I ever order from this site! First of all, their timelines for delivery are a complete lie and when I emailed them ( because no one ever answers the phone) they are rude and ignorant! Secondly, the merchandise is very poorly made and expensive! The day I received my order, the actual pair of shorts, which look extremely cheap, has lettering from the sorority of my daughter and the letters literally peeled off the same day!

I ordered an AKA Life Member (supposedly metal) car tag. What I received was not what was pictured on the website. I specifically order the tag because it would show my registration decal. What I received was totally different and very flimsy. I thought it was plastic and had to go back to the website to see the description. I will be sending it back but was informed that I would incur a 25% restocking fee and would have to pay to send it back. For what?! You sent me a tag that was not made correctly AND it bends very easily, so it can't be "metal". I will never order from this company again! I only wished I had read the reviews before I placed an order. Looking at the other reviews it seems others have had the same experience. I'm trying to figure out why they are still in business which such poor customer service. To top it off I have pictures to prove my claim which will not upload due to pixel size. I've tried to adjust them with no luck.
We ordered three items for a Christmas present for our son. All three items were sent to us in one package. Two items were the correct size. The third item was supposed to be a size adult large but they sent a youth large. Obviously our 6 foot tall son would never fit into this. When I emailed the company to exchange for a correction in size because it was their mistake, they said the item could not be returned because it was "custom" due to the Greek letters on the item (boxer shorts). They offered a 33% discount if we ordered another pair. WHAT? I told them it was their mistake and they should make it right, but they ended the email conversation and never responded back. So now we are stuck with a pair of boxer shorts made for a 10 year old sized boy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I ordered a gift for my cousin and I thought I was getting a nice embroidered sweatshirt. What I got was some crappy screen print in a color that wasn't as pictured online. The gold color is so shimmery and girly he would never wear it and its so tacky looking I wouldnt either. One wash and those letters are coming off. When I brought it up to customer service, they couldn't do much. No returns, no refunds. Now I'm down $40 and have nothing I can give him as a present. Customer service offered me 20% off my next purchase which didn't mean much as they had a 15% off sale going on at the time and I already don't trust this company. To recap - cheap products (not as pictured) and crappy service. You'd be better off ordering from Etsy or going to a local shop.

I bought my daughter several items I thought in time for her event even paying extra money for faster delivery. I called to check and was informed that it would not be available until 4 or 5 days after they promised... I'm so disappointed AND I'LL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!
I did not receive my HOODIE. Contacted customer service and was told just to file a complaint with the Postal Inspector. I was not offered a refund or replacement of the item. This company is HORRIBLE and I will never order from them again. Customer service was of no help at all! I will dispute charges with my credit card company ASAP.
Received a sweatshirt that is faded with an iron on insignia. Paid express shipping, and didn't receive the item for a week! There is no customer service, as we tried to return the item after the holidays with no return call &/or email. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

The lettering was inconsistent between different products, resulting in one product looking perfect and one being incorrect. I have been calling/emailing for SIX months in hopes of a refund or correction and cannot get a response from Betty Adamson (Customer Service Manager, supposedly). I get the same routine scripted response from live chat referring me to her. I hugely regret placing a large sorority order with this company just to be treated so poorly.

Ordered a sorority sweatshirt for my daughter, size Medium. They charged me $9 shipping. Sweatshirt arrived and it would easily have fit a 300 lb MAN! I had to PAY to ship the garmet back! They would ONLY give me a store credit so i was FORCED to buy another garmet and then they charged me a THIRD time to ship the replacement garment! I reached out to customer service and escalated my dissatisfaction and they completely IGNORED me! HOW in the world are these guys still in business? RUN AWAY!

I wish I had checked the BBB first! They currently have 8 open complaints and 4 open cases filed against them for the same kind of thing! Do NOT spend your money here! The website is misleading and the customer service is terrible! I've been trying to get an issue resolved for 4 days now and a manager will not return my call. She's "still on a lunch break." I designed my own greek paddle as a gift using their online tool. The picture leading to the tool showed a paddle in full color. The tool itself showed my paddle and graphics in full color. I did an online chat with one of their associates who said I could ask for a proof (in the comments at purchase) of my item before production. I did that. I did not receive a proof AND my item arrived with NO color at all! When I called to ask about it, they said I would receive a call back to discuss the matter. I got an email showing the fine print on one of their many pages that said that particular paddle did not have color available. Regardless, everything including their design tool showed it in full color and I didn't get the proof I requested. As I type this, no one has called me back to try to resolve the matter. Deceitful company that I would expect will not be open much longer!
I've had to order from them a couple times. My first order they sent me completely the wrong thing, I'm talking the wrong fraternity's letters even. I paid for rush service and 2 day shipping (this was over $50 extra) and they sent me the replacement articles standard shipping. It took a week for them to ship the replacement even. Customer service was rude and didn't listen. They told me to email them pictures, which i did. It took them 3 business days to answer. I paid for rush service. I've never worn what they finally sent me, I got it almost 2 months after the event that happened 2 and a half weeks after my order was placed. Yep, that's right, 3months to get me my correct items.
Next I ordered a graduation stole. On the website it says $29.95 but that's not for the stole that's pictured. That's for something else that's brown apparently. To get it like the picture is an extra $10. Then to get it sometime in the next month is another $16, then to have shipping be less then 2 weeks it's another $20.2 day flat rate FedEx envelopes are standard $6. That means they make an additional $14 on shipping, just taxing you. My order was just $80 for something the site says is $29.95. Just stay away.
Very disappointed in the $75 sweatshirt I purchased for my son. I chose all of the upgrades and even added the additional $15 for the supposedly higher quality Champion sweatshirt. This is an extremely cheap sweatshirt. Cheaper than what you'd find at Walmart. Heck Wallyworld has better clothing than this! I cringe at the thought of the regular sweatshirts they are offering at $45. I customized my order by choosing a plaid print background (additional $) and then embroidered the Greek lettering of his fraternity (additional $).
The Greek lettering was perfect. My biggest complaint is the cheap quality of the sweatshirt material. For $75 I expected it to be nice. Champion brand has different levels of quality, this is one of the lowest they offer at the high upgraded price. Greekgear Needs Higher quality clothing. Also my order took 3 weeks to process and ship. That was a bit long however I wouldn't have mentioned it if they had used higher quality clothing. Very disappointed. I certainly won't order from them again. Next time I will check other people's reviews first before I flush money for nothing.
