Five months ago, ordered and paid for an item. They didn't send it to me. They don't list a phone number. I corresponded with them by email and they came up with flimsy excuses and then stopped corresponding. They then lied to my credit card company, saying they shipped the item to me. Stay away from this company. They also go by the name Clareretro, same address in California.
Made a simple purchase of sports Adidas sweats two month ago. After the product showing up a month late. They sent the incorrect size I ordered. The customer service rep. Indicated there are no refunds? I said I am not asking for a refund, but to simply exchange it from a small size to a large! Again they do not allow that? I asked multiple times for a manager to someone in charge and they refuse to allow me to return the product for exchange! I also complained that their package has no return name or contact information on it nor did they offer a tracking number with a packing slip! It took me a great amount of time to find the company that is refusing to accept any returns on any conditions! BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A WEB SITE CALLED GREENVAD.COM! It's JUST A WAREHOUSE IN THE la ARERA AND THEY SHIOP VERY POOR CLOTHING AND MATERIALS MADE IN CHINA! NO REFUNDS NO MATTER WHAT! POOR SERVICE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!
