I ordered the wrong chain for a chain saw. I tried to find the method to cancel the order. I called Customer Service and Craig would not assist with cancelling the order. He told me everything he cannot do for me. I asked for a supervisor, as one has only 30 minutes in which to cancel it. Jessica came on the line, took the order no. And she put me on hold. She never returned to the call and I was on hold for a lengthy amount of time. In time to see the order confirmed! This is a lousy way to treat customers! I will avoid purchasing anymore Greenworks equipment. There is no customer service with Greenworkstools.com. There is no cancelling an order either. They insist you not! So the wrong part will come and then I must go through their "Refund policies" etc. That ought to be a joy as well!
