I ordered a Venturi & regulator for my Turbo Elite grill. The company has lots of expertise with various manufacturers, I found a great video covering the Venturi replacement on their blog site. I also found great information for a valve that was sticking which got me going again. The shipment took little longer than usual due to the current pandemic, but 2-3 weeks was fine since no one else had the part. Overall great experience with Majestic Grill Repair. Thank you
! RIP OFF ALERT! Placed order 5 weeks ago. I got a receipt but nothing else. Company has been silent for 6 weeks now. I did not receive the merchandise ordered. They have never returned a call, nor have they ever responded to an email seeking order information. Stay far away.

I've used Grill Repair (Majestic Grill Parts) before for parts to convert a propane grill to natural gas. They're one of the few who provide the parts with an adequate description to assure getting the right ones. On my last order, I made an error, which they caught and alerted me. After some email exchanges and a personal call to me, the correct parts were shipped - all at no additional cost. Hard to imagine better service or products at a very reasonable price. Fully satisfied!

After many frustrating searches to find out how to convert my Weber Summit grill from gas to propane. I came upon grill-repair.com. Everyone else said it could not be done. The hardest part is getting the right parts, the installation is a breeze. I went on the site ordered what I thought was the right parts, but I was wrong. Amazing, I got a call, yes a call, from Jason at grill Repair and he walked me through the part selection, after determining exactly what my make and model was, he determined that what I had ordered was incorrect and promptly corrected the order before shipping it out. Any other vendor would have just sent me what I ordered without a thought. The fact that Jason, took time to call me and discuss my order, correct, and not charge anything additional was beyond normal customer service. I would not hesitate to order from them again.
I own and operate a grill cleaning and restoration company in southern California and I have been ordering my parts from Grill-Repair.com since I started my business more than 7 years ago because they have an excellent selection of available parts, the customer service and support are 2nd to none, the shipping is always quick and the parts are always what I was expecting. There a many grill parts websites but they are not all equal. Order from someone reliable you can trust. Order from Grill-Repair.com.

Avoid Majestic Grill Parts at all costs. Go elsewhere to order any parts. I ordered a replacement TEC burner. It was defective as it was bent. It was welded that way. I emailed twice with photos and called and left a VM. ZERO response. Their TOS are a joke. They obviously won't accept any returns even for a defective part. Luckily they accept paypal payments, so paypal intervened. I had to pay return shipping though. This company is a total joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I wrote to this company at the email address given on their site and got zero reply. I was asking for help understanding which orifice I needed. Then I wrote again and pointed out that I needed an answer in order to buy the parts from them. Nothing. So, against my better judgement, I just ordered three orifices and paid via PayPal. About two weeks go by with no order acknowledgement and no email and no orifices. Finally, last night, I get an email saying they are going to ship my orifices in the morning, but that I never specified how I wanted the orifices drilled. So I resent my first two emails that described exactly what I needed and sort of pointed out their lack of customer focus. Well, biy did I push someone's buttons. Jason wrote me back the most unprofessional rant that I have ever seen. This man is literally unstable. Avoid at all costs. These people are terrible to deal with. Go anywhere else.

Responsive to e-mail questions when I first contacted them inquiring about parts, but after placing my order they went silent. I never received an order confirmation but the money cleared my bank account. I have left numerous messages on their voicemail, sent multiple e-mails requesting an update, even reached out through Facebook and Paypal. SILENCE from their end. Filed a claim with my bank to reverse the charges. Tried to file with BBB, but can't find them on the BBB website to do so. Do not use this company!

This website is operated by greedy thieves. Placed an order, received the wrong part and they wouldn't take it back. After multiple emails of trying to get the right part ordered I received another wrong part. Not even going to try to return this crap.
I needed to convert a gas grill to natural gas grill, My scenario was tricky based on many factor but we worked on it over the phone many time until we got it right and once we got the parts it worked first time.
Jason really know his stuff.
I needed to convert my natural gas grill over to propane. I ordered the incorrect part and Jason was quick to reach out and ask for clarification as my order was improperly placed. I was able to call the number on the website and directly speak to Jason. He spent nearly 15 mins walking me through my options and quickly solved my problem for me. Jason was very friendly and clearly extremely knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to place an order again through the website!
I needed to convert a natural gas Weber grill to propane. After extensive research on the web I realized Weber doesn't provide any parts for this conversion and grill-repair.com was the only site that gave my the confidence that the parts I was ordering were actually going to work. The website had detail pictures and descriptions to help me figure out what parts needed to be ordered. I could not get this information from any other site, the other site just didn't have the detail I needed to make sure I got the right parts. I mistakenly order only 1 orifice for the my grill, but I actually needed 3. When I realized my mistake they immediately shipped out the other parts I forgot to order. Even though we are in the middle of a pandemic they still are were able to take care of my order. Their prices were the best and actually got the right parts. If you have any questions about what you need I would recommend to email them as they are very knowledgeable and want you to get the right parts.

Called for advice (as suggested on the website)... no answer so left a message... no return call. Sent email explaining confusion on part identification on their website and asked for clarification... no response. Gave up and took a chance in ordering a part... received a paypal receipt... did not receive a shipping notice. Called and this time Jason answered... he could not tell me if the part had shipped - only a smart remark about being burdened by Covid restrictions that affected his warehouse shift workers, and they were shipping 200+ orders/day... seemed to suggest that if I got the receipt, the part would be shipped soon. Three weeks passed and another call to Jason... he said he would ask the warehouse workers to check with USPS for a shipping number and send an email to me in a few minutes... the email never came. Made another call and left a message asking for information... call was never returned. So, after three weeks, I called another supplier (Let'sTalkParts. Com) who shipped the part immediately and I received it in 2 days via UPS. I then called my credit card company and asked them to file a claim for payment cancellation. It's not over yet, but should be before long. Anyway, this is a very bad business. I don't know the reason and don't want to say Jason is dishonest, but it's not worth trying to find out.
I ordered the 24" Ventless Gas Fireplace Burner, Valve and Fire Shapes. Jason, was patient with my ignorance at what I wanted... he explained what I picked out and I gave it a shot! I ordered and then looked at some reviews. I get it - some people want their rear-ends kissed because they are the customer - and yes I experienced Jason not being the "friendliest guy" but he turned out to be to be hilarIOUS BECAUSE I was nice and funny and patient. He is quick witted and sharp. So did I have to wait for my fireplace burner? Yep. Did I care about the other reviewers that were not so nice? For a few minutes I was a bit concerned, but then I call Jason and he answered... Hey look at his website, he says "we will get back to you quickly SOMETIMES" I think he is awesome. I got my burner after a few months - it is COVID time... and the price was great. I am happy as can be to have my fireplace finished! Looks AWESOME TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Patrice D
I'm not sure how big this business is, i think it's one person - Jason. He is the guy that answers the phone everytime you call. But, regardless he is a complete jerk. I called three times. First was for questions to confirm what parts i needed. He was incredibly flippant and answered "it's all there on the website." Literally about as condescending as he could be. Then, I called a second time to check in on my order. He said hello like three times when I called, and I said, "can you hear me?" and he said, "yes, when you talk." Hugee attitude. And, the phone went dead. At first, i thought he hung up on me, and i didn't call back just figured i had a bad connection. I called a third time a week later, and literally the same thing when i called - "hello" three times and acted like he couldn't be bothered. I spoke up thinking he couldn't hear me that i was checking on an order and he literally told me he wasn't going to help me if i had an attitude. I literally almost jumped through the phone at him. He then said "it went out Saturday" and hung up on me. I've never in my life had service like this. To this point, after two weeks, i don't have confirmation that my order is coming, i never got a receipt, and i'm still waiting for my equipment.
Terrible, terrible service.
