I received a charge on my account for a membership i didnt sign up for, took forever on google to find away to contact them. Once i contacted them they cancelled the membership bu refuse to refund my cash money offered me qroupon bucks informed them i didnt want the qroupon bucks i wanted my actual cash back on my card. Informed me they would review my claim and contact me in 8 hrs that didnt happened.
I contacted them at 9:10am 12/5/19 they called as im writing this review still telling me that i can use MY MONEY on their site. Groupon stole my money and wont give it back please be aware of their practices

Sign up should be straightforward and simple, but I got loops of errors and now they have my credit card #! Said I wasn't logged in right after I logged in, had to keep logging in, then my CC wasn't valid, then the friend I referred couldn't get logged in or get the daily deal, and I still have no coupons for anything. I think maybe a few people get a good deal and they say to h with the rest or any type of honest customer service. Probably a nightmare all around. For the amount of time I have wasted on this just today alone and the degree of frustration, I should have paid full price and saved myself the AGGRAVATION!
Horrible site! I have been using city deals for a long time and I thought that Groupon would be the same, but after buying once from them I learned that I should never buy from them again.
Do not trust their reviews. There are some good places but there are some really bad offers too. I used Groupon to get my oil change for my car, turns out they never did the oil change.
To get a deal you have to review this site all the time and be sure to read the fine print. Many deals have limitations. Great for tours, eating out, not great for spa or other items.
Bought a voucher for a framed bed, returned the voucher next day. Called numerous times. It is already over 2 months now and still not receive the refund. Do not buy from this website, it is scam.

Purchased a coupon for a manicure through groupon, the money came out of my bank account but I have never received the coupon. I am in the midst of a battle with groupon to try and recoup my money. They say they never received it and I should take it up with my bank. Plus they take weeks and several reminders to get back to you when you complain. DO NOT USE GROUPON, ITS A SCAM!
I was told by one customer service rep that while they couldn't refund my card they could give me credit to a future service. Then I got a separate email essentially saying that my Groupon expired and thus it was my fault. Obviously I couldn't use my Groupon a week ago (one week before it expired) because I was in MANDATORY SHELTER IN PLACE. Come on really? You're now penalizing people during COVID-19? I used Groupon in many countries and sometimes local Groupon has great deals, sometimes the variety of deals is poor. Anyways it is still possible to find something interesting there.
They do everything in their power to refuse refunds - I guess they figure the am amounts are so small no one will sue them. I will never use them again

Been a customer for a couple of years and I am finding the customer service to be horrible. I was on hold for over two hours using 2 different phones. Yes, I know I could have hung up but I needed to speak with a rep. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service.
I used to shop at Ideeli religiously. They do have beautiful clothing and great deals, but like many reviewers before me I have had a problem with sizing and customer service.
I purchased two bra and panty sets last year (totaling about $101 total). When UPS dropped it off, they left it on my front step rather than my apartment office. Both were stolen. When I contacted Ideeli about this issue they told me there would be an investigation and my money would be returned if they were stolen. Although I attempted to contact them later, I got no response. The same thing happened when I ordered from Ruelala and they credited my account for the loss within 48 hours. I will not ever order from Ideeli again no matter how good the sales are.

It has been over a year since wrote this review and NOTHING came of it. The guy commenting on everyone's complaints said that he would "look into my situation" and never got back to me. I just downgraded my review from 2 to 1 star.
Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.

Answer: I usually call the merchants I am interested in before buying the coupons, and ask them if the groupon coupons work, and how much more I have to pay. You could do the same, contact the merchants you are interested in and ask them how groupon works for them?

Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! I got mine completed it and it helped boost my resume and I was able to get a vet assistant job pretty quickly compared to before where I only got a call back from about one place which didn't lead anywhere. :) hope I could help!

I've had nothing but good experiences from Ideel in all regards - product satisfaction, price, shipping, etc. - but I've never had to contact customer service so I don't know what you'll get, but they're phone number is (888) 835-1719.
Answer: They are the absolute worst about answering customer service complaints. They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders. Good Luck and don't leave a sordid detail out of your complaint.
