Used to order a ton from ideali, it was my go to and I spent thousands over the years. After several looks at the new Groupon version, I won't spend $1. Bring back ideeli, what in the world are you guys thinking at groupon? Do you like making money?! Then bring it back.
They no longer have a phone number for customer service, when you call it directs you to the website. There is no one to email either. Basically if you have trouble with a purchase (which now is almost inevitable) you are screwed. You won't get a refund and now they have your $.
I have been using Groupon for years and I will never use them again. They are now scamming their loyal customers... very sad.
What ever happen? Was sales that bad or it was just createred to get customers for Groupon. Believe that website have nothing to offer to dress lovers. Miss the web site very dearly and wish you bring it back come back
I ordered the Pet water Fountain and it arrived today with over half the parts missing. No Motor, main housing strainer, or stator, so it was useless. I called to get the missing parts or a replacement, but they couldn't give me either. All they could do is e-mail a return shipment label and told me to ship it back. Very disappointing Company to do business with. Hope I get my money back
Groupon seems to have great deals but that's if you're lucky. If you're unlucky and get a crappy deal, don't go asking for a refund because you won't get it. Once your money goes to Groupon they will not give it back or even compensate you with Groupon bucks to get something else. I wasted $100 for a deal that I have yet to be able to redeem. I told the customer service about it and they told me there was nothing they could do to help and told me to give them away as gifts.
All and all, Groupon has poor customer service and not so great deals. I rather try my luck with Living Social in the futute.
From a business point of view groupon is actually the best form of promotion. Its quick and easy. And even though they take 50% of the sale price it still works out great- as we also offered a 10% discount on any futher purchases and if customers are happy with the products(which they obviously were) they will spend- and that little bit lost on the offer is worth it. As I class it a very cheap form of advertising and promoting. We will deffinately be using groupon again in the next few weeks and for as long as we possibly can, as its kept us fully booked and has also helped to reduce our prices even more which in turn helps the customer! Groupon customer service could do with being a little better. But apart from that its great!

I got 2 Groupon virtual gift cards for my birthday and they won't register on Groupon even though I received the gidt cards via email from Groupon and they are basically like oh well. They are a scam and my friend who sent this to me is out $50

I bought a gift of show tickets and got tickets for the wrong date. The tickets I have are for a month away and the ones I wanted are for two months away and Groupon won't do anything.

Although they have acknowledged receipt of all returned items... they have refused to refund my money. They want to give me a credit instead. I DO NOT wish to continue doing business with a company that is trying to hold me to ransom! That is how dishonest companies behave!
I ordered a parcel on the 4th September 2015, 10 minutes after I placed my order I recommended all my colleagues place the order as it was for a mystery gift. 1 week later my colleagues received their orders. Bearing in mind we all put the same address, it is not the 07/10/2015 and i still have not received my parcel... I tried complaining but all they say is that they cant do anything about it and they cant refund me until i send the parcel back. LOL what f****** parcel? This is why I don't trust cheap sh*t!
Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.

Answer: I usually call the merchants I am interested in before buying the coupons, and ask them if the groupon coupons work, and how much more I have to pay. You could do the same, contact the merchants you are interested in and ask them how groupon works for them?

Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! I got mine completed it and it helped boost my resume and I was able to get a vet assistant job pretty quickly compared to before where I only got a call back from about one place which didn't lead anywhere. :) hope I could help!
Answer: Well, it's not Ideeli anymore... it's been Ideel for about a year now I think. Yes, there is a customer support phone number. I've had nothing but good experiences from Ideel in all regards - product satisfaction, price, shipping, etc. - but I've never had to contact customer service so I don't know what you'll get, but they're phone number is (888) 835-1719.
Answer: They are the absolute worst about answering customer service complaints. They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders. Good Luck and don't leave a sordid detail out of your complaint.
