I paid for 2 a day las vegas go city pass. It worked for the first day and the whole second day of the vacation was declined reading invalid error I am still not compensated for the malfunction of their app I have lost out on half of my vacation events due to them not taking care of this I paid $400 for 2 days for my two children and myself the customer Department said it will be seven full days before they can do anything putting me out of our entire planned events I'm very disgusted with Groupon and lack of customer care. I will not be using them ever again
Booked a trip to Azores for 10/3. Never heard back from Azores express and when I contacted Groupon, they told me to hold off 3 to 4 days because they were probably just backed up. Never heard from Azores express at all so when I finally did, my return flight was no longer available. So basically Groupon deals, even though it includes rt airfare, you have nothing reserved after you have paid and the airlines is focusing on filling the seats with the more expensive travellers. Shady practice!
I absolutely love Groupon! I'm a Groupon junkie! I usually buy services not goods but I found an extremely good deal on custom superhero pillowcases that I decided to purchase for children with cancer with the word fight on them from Qualtry.com. Now it does state shipping is separate but that's it! You go to their site, purchase your items and punch in your code. Then you see the $27 dollar shipping which is USPS standard shipping. Okay 5 pillow cases does not cost $27 to ship. Package came today. It was all of $7.00 shipping cost! So watch out if you buy a product through them.
The deals on quality merchandise are terrific. I was scared to buy there at first due to the negative comments, but I am glad I tried it. I have had 5 great transactions, and hope for more deals. II think the reason people have complained, is that they didn't read about delivery... Some manufactures take longer than other and it is clearly posted. Also not all items can be returned, that too is noted.
I used to love this site. The customer service has completely ruined it for me. The last straw was getting a wrong item in the "right" package, which was very was odd and when I reported it the entire interaction was about how they can't give me the thing I actually ordered because of the " nature of business" too bad. No alternatives offered or recognition that I have spent a ton of money there as a paid member. I relate to all the people reporting a condescending reply. Anyway, there are plenty of other options out there that just got my money. **deleting app**

We aren't able to send out a new item but we're happy to give you a full refund back to form of payment and, if the item is still in stock, the ability to reorder the correct item. If the item is mislabeled at our fulfillment center, we do need to contact them to ensure that if you do reorder, you wouldn't receive the same incorrect item a second time since we wouldn't want to further inconvenience you.
I'd like the opportunity to check into this issue and find out why the agent wasn't able to give you a link to reorder the item, as well as to issue and ensure the proper resolution. I miss this site so much! Have not found a replacement since! I purchased 90% of my wardrobe from Ideeli now I barely shop. Tried Zulily and others the selection is terrible or over priced. Someone please revive Ideeli. All my pieces that people ask where I got them were purchased from Ideeli.! Can't even find my favorite brands that used to be on there.
Made a purchase on Groupon, a couple of days later I received a shady email concerning Bank card I used, saying "bank was suspending my usage" and to click link in email, they couldn't spell either... did not open and when I addressed it with Groupon they sent me an email asking for everything but my entire card number which is suspicious in it's self. They should be able to check out the entire transaction via their system by just my name.
I purchased 4 tickets to an exhibit - intended on using them but my family has been dealing with a very serious illness. The exhibit is still there, and is still ongoing but my tickets are no longer valid due to their "fine print" - which means i am OUT $120.00. When I ask where my money went to, i get the same song and dance, too bad, so sad, better luck next time response. I will NEVER use them again. RUDE, arrogant thieves.
After multiple negative experiences with Groupon I'm finally fed up. Orders never arrive in a timely manner. No tracking information. Things arrive broken/not functioning consistently. I have now been waiting for an order for nearly a month. If it ever does arrive I am going to have to have it forwarded to my current location as I had to return to graduate school for the start of the new semester before the package arrived. This package has yet to be fulfilled according to the information available online. Do not shop with groupon until they get their act together again, if you do, prepare for disappointment.
I use groupon quite regularly and they offer a good source of information on deals and sometimes, you find a gold nugget where there is 90% off something that you can buy then sell on ebay for 100% or more profit!
Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.

Answer: I usually call the merchants I am interested in before buying the coupons, and ask them if the groupon coupons work, and how much more I have to pay. You could do the same, contact the merchants you are interested in and ask them how groupon works for them?

Answer: I wish I could say why, but a solution might be to contact Call Curtis, or your local News station that helps with consumer issues. They always seem to get fast resolutions, because companies hate BAD TV PUBLICITY.

Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! I got mine completed it and it helped boost my resume and I was able to get a vet assistant job pretty quickly compared to before where I only got a call back from about one place which didn't lead anywhere. :) hope I could help!

I've had nothing but good experiences from Ideel in all regards - product satisfaction, price, shipping, etc. - but I've never had to contact customer service so I don't know what you'll get, but they're phone number is (888) 835-1719.
Answer: They are the absolute worst about answering customer service complaints. They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders. Good Luck and don't leave a sordid detail out of your complaint.
