Scammers. Stay away from this place. I know my designers and real and knock offs. This place sells knock offs at genuine prices! I spent thousands of dollars and found out it was fake! How do this site even still exist. I spoke with one of their sales rep, they claimed everything they sell is "authentic"! I took pictures of crap that they sent,; the one shown below is supposedly a Celine bag (this is what made clear to me on how fake their products are), flimsy and lopsided, handle is majorly vented, and no ID code!. Seriously major scammers. I don't know who they are trying to fool! Really sad.
Groupon is awful. They have no concern when their groupons are not honored or when the products are not received! I purchased a hair color/cut from them a year ago and the stylist could never seem to work me in to get schedule no matter how far out I called. Groupon said "too bad - not our problem".
Then last month I bought some earrings from them. I only received 2 of the 3 pairs and again Groupon said "too bad - we show the post office delivered them so we don't care. They told me to check with my neighbors but there was nothing Groupon would do. "
NEVER will I buy from them again!
Gwendolyn Turner I had earned over$25+ Ideelist credits on Ideel, to compensate me about the buyout, Groupon sends me $5 Groupon bucks, really? When I reached out about my disappointment they sent me $10 more Groupon bucks... I know that doesn't add up to $25+. Like so many others I have been an Ideeli customer since the beginning. You guys really treated your loyal customers like crap. My last 4 orders were cancelled only after I complained about my credits. It makes me believe that because I complained you decided to cancel them in retaliation. Especially, since one of them was for a luggage set you said was sold out but I see the same luggage set on Groupon for $20 more. You guys really should have treated us better.
They have the worst customer service. I bought a $130 plus tax litterbox that was self cleaning. I; m disabled so I thought it would be great. When I got it I had to try all the tricks they offered to get my cat comfortable with the new set up. He is a large cat and his poop is as big as my Pitbull's. His urine is also a large amount so the box is basically unusable to him after 2 or 3 days. Not even close to what was promised. Of course it was after 14 days and Groupon would not do ANYTHING. I will say that the company i bought the litter from gave me 75% back and called me to talk about it. The company I bought the permanent pan from gave me 50% back. Both of them were so nice. Both were sellers on AMAZON. I am on a very small income now that I can't work so it's really hard to take the hit for this. Groupon did not care about my situation or the fact that they lost a customer who has bought a lot of products from them. Very disappointed.
I find the stuff doesn't arrive in post. Then after alot of time and hassle they offer to resend it but it still does not come weeks later. So what are the chances of that, twice the same item getting lost in post. I suspect they never sent items, maybe they ran out, I don't know and no longer care. Would not bother. It is alot of hassle to get refund, they have a track parcel that just tells you order on way but its just luck if it comes really. Would not waste time on them again, the discounts are not enough to make up for the hassle if you come into problems
Haven't used them in awhile and I don't plan too either. Last purchase was for a pair of black dress shoes. Paid for them and waited. Waited so long I forgot about it. When I remembered I went to their site finally found where I could reach the company. Complained about the order and asked what was going on. Was told they would be shipped soon. WTF! Waited again. Complained again was told they were on their way, waited some more no shoes arrived. Again reached out, again lied too. After slamming them on facebook was contacted by someone and was told my account would be refunded the total amount charged and to not return the shoes. The shoes never came and I have never dealt with these lying jerks since and never will.
Ideel site was incomparable to others like it. The trends were HOT, the prices were just right. I am glad I was able to benefit from it. It was short lived, but everything good must come to an end. I am not all interested, in Ideel groupon. It does not do justice to the ideel or ideeli as I know it.
Received email offerings along with adult sex toys with graphic images in email. I contacted Groupon. They offered a link to let me Unsubscribe. Not acceptable. I would attach a photo, but due to the adult content, will not.
AVOID these Scammers.
If anything goes wrong with the delivery of your package Groupon are useless and tell you they take up to 10 working days to reply back
- Website claims parcel delivered despite couriers showing the parcel is stuck at the depot
- Parcel is now 9 days overdue
- Support chat cut you off in the middle of a live chat:

Terrible way of doing business and really poor customer service
It is the full of crap the entire site - the product they give you for your money is not worth it. I bought a pair of earrings for $99.00 and when I received them, the diamond was WHITE, the post was bent, the backing didn't fit. On top of that the product took over a month to get to me, and when I tried to return the product it was past the 14 days of return policy. I sent emails and requested customer service - there was no return calls or emails. This is the worst online ever. Only because the worst you can give is 1 star I will give that - it true star is in the minus. Total CRAP!
Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.

Answer: I usually call the merchants I am interested in before buying the coupons, and ask them if the groupon coupons work, and how much more I have to pay. You could do the same, contact the merchants you are interested in and ask them how groupon works for them?

Answer: I wish I could say why, but a solution might be to contact Call Curtis, or your local News station that helps with consumer issues. They always seem to get fast resolutions, because companies hate BAD TV PUBLICITY.

Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! I got mine completed it and it helped boost my resume and I was able to get a vet assistant job pretty quickly compared to before where I only got a call back from about one place which didn't lead anywhere. :) hope I could help!
Answer: Well, it's not Ideeli anymore... it's been Ideel for about a year now I think. Yes, there is a customer support phone number. I've had nothing but good experiences from Ideel in all regards - product satisfaction, price, shipping, etc. - but I've never had to contact customer service so I don't know what you'll get, but they're phone number is (888) 835-1719.
Answer: They are the absolute worst about answering customer service complaints. They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders. Good Luck and don't leave a sordid detail out of your complaint.
