There are two of these grow stores owned by Greners.com. They are located in CO and ME. We went to the Avon, CO store and purchased some items, and ordered one to the store to be picked up later or they said they'd ship it to us. Item never showed, after weeks I asked for a refund, they have not refunded me at all. A month later no item or refund. I'm trying to do a stop-payment with my bank now. And the items we bought from the store in person - two of them were broken right out of the box. Total junk merchandise and a waste of time and money working with these people. They act like they are too busy to answer the phone, but when we were there the place was empty no customers, didn't seem like they had much to do. I saw the phone ring, they looked at the caller ID and said they weren't going to answer it. Avoid Greners / Growlife Hydroponics stores at all costs. They will take your $$ and you will never get your item, or it will be a piece of junk when you do get it. I am considering contacting the BBB.
