Ordered over $1000 in gift cards for teachers working during a pandemic. Was told I'd receive notice in 1-3 business days when cards shipped. I ordered gift cards Nov 27. After sending many emails, finally told Dec 12 they are running behind. It's now Dec 20 & I've only received 15 of the 31 cards I ordered. By the way, I live
8 miles from Grubhub's headquarters, how is it been almost 30 days for my cards to arrive? Unreliable business & service. Unresponsive customer service. Overall terrible business practices & Pandemic Grinches.
I ordered online they have a pick up option i was unaware of because why would Someone use a delivery app to order pick but when I realized I called to change the order to delivery and they told me to $#*! off not there problem. So they took a tip a fee to do nothing the are thieves and $#*! heads
Scratch the code, right off the gift card can't read it. Customer service is useless they give you a number to the vendor then the vendor gives you the number back to the customer service it's a big circle jerk GrubHub owes me $25 they don't want to make it right.
