“Customer help would not admit or acknowledge mistake”

Order was delivered 1 hour early. The order was for 2 people and $144. Customer help would not acknowledge and when I sent them the receipt that was proof of delivery time they said it was not attached on e mail properly whatever that means. Avoid GRUBHUB if possible.

The worst service i have recived. They took over 250 from my paypal and didnt processed the order. I had the confirmation from paypal for the payment made to eat 24 and when i called the support they told me it will take few weeks to return my money.
Dont order from them unless you want them to hold your money for weeks and blame it on they automatic service

Placed my order and waited over 1 hour and never got my food, This is the 3rd time this happens to me with this company and I am DONE with them! Whats worse is that they dont even offer a credit or a free meal or voucher! This company is disgusting and doesnt care about their clients!

It was my first time using foodler. I placed my order online and received an email receipt that my order would be delivered by 7:00 PM. At 7:15 I called to check on my order and they said that they had to cancel the order due to billing issues. They said that they did not and could not notify me in case it was a fraudulent order. Then they told me that i would have to contact the billing department to straighten everything out. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I proceeded to call the restaurant i ordered from to see if they had any other delivery options, while on the p hone with them i mentioned my experience with foodler. Just so happens that the food i ordered was ready and waiting for pickup for the last hour. The delivery person never picked it up so it was a lose lose for me and the resturant that prepared the $45 worth of food.

Do not ever try this service if you are expecting to receive your food

If you want to b sure your meal arrives, use the restaurant delivery service or another service NOT Grubhub! Our meal was on the way and then cancelled after 40 min. I was asked to reorder, waited 40 min and again cancelled without any explanation. Today I hear froM GH that they will
Provide a refund. That's the best they can do after NO DELIVERY after 1 1/2 hours!

I ordered online to find out that restaurant has discontinued the itens I ordered 3 years ago!

So I received anything else but not what I ordered. Worst experience ever. Restaurant blamed the online service. Stay away

Had to order thru grubhub as this restaurant did not take phone orders--stated delivery time 1 hour to 1 and 15 minutes. This in itself is a VERY long time for a food delivery. But then--it did not come--Called the restaurant--1st said they were waiting for the driver--then 10 more minutes--the manager said she would cal GH and call me back--which she did not do--the last call--they said GH site had crashed--I cancelled the order
Feel bad for the rest--and was very hungary

If I could give this zero stars I would I was waiting for my delivery and the order was completely wrong and the customer service people refused to give me my money back and she was rude. Uninstall the app now. They are ran by abunch of scam artist who take your money and constantly mess up your order

USE DOOR DASH INSTEAD!
I only gave it one star because I didn't have a choice to give it none. This is exactly the second time I've ordered from GrubHub and the second time that they have completely screwed everything up. And to boot instead of making things right by refunding your money and delivering the food, they just cancel the order. And if you're lucky your money might be back in 5 days, if you're lucky. Do yourself a favor, order from DoorDash.

We have Arlo camera proof that Grub Hub did not deliver our food. We called to ask why our food had not been delivered. They told us our food had been delivered. We are shocked at the deceit of this company! They refused to reverse the credit card charges. We plan to contact our bank in the morning.

Figured something was wrong with my order since the delivery time kept changing so I did the online chat with Jonathon F to find out where my order was. First I was told that the driver was picking up my order and it would be to me shortly (over 90 minutes after ordering it) they even change the status page to show that it was being picked up. Well I find out that the store was actually closed so when they say on the website that they have sent the order to the store and that it was confirmed it is... Then they offered me some stupid Grub credits and told me I wasn't going to get my food... Oppps Sorry No food for you... Will never use this site again. Have easily ordered from them 20 times and at least every third time it gets screwed up...

I just sat and waited for my order to come. I got a woman who didn't know where she was going and so she called me. I started giving her directions about where east and north was and she said that I was being rude to her and that she was just going to tell them that she felt battered or something and that she wasn't gonna deliver my order. And I told her I'm not being rude to you I'm giving you directions and you don't like the way I'm giving you the directions. I wasn't trying to be rude I was trying to give her directions to my home so she can drop off my meal. So after waiting from 4:33 till 6:30 that woman decided she didn't wanna give me my order so she didn't. And then I couldn't make a new order because I was blocked by GrubHub until they're done with their investigation. I never said a mean word the woman I didn't say anything rude to her I gave her directions and then I got punished. As she eats my food in laughs. I'll never use GrubHub again.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t waste your time because if the driver screws you, these stupid people won’t have your back. Should have stayed with DoorDash

Grubhub place a "no comtact" on my order, which I didn't do. Though I didn't place it on there, it had specific message for driver to txt or call when delivering meal. Food was left out, in my yard and was rained on. Didn't know it was there. Called Grubhub and told they would not redilever, free of charge. Offer discount for food we couldn't eat. Will never use them again!

Do they hire crackheads? I rarely get my order on time, if I get my order at all. When I track my order, I oftentimes see the car of the delivery driver just sitting idle for several, several minutes on the tracking map. Most of the time, my food is delivered cold. I won't be using them anymore.

I literally tried to use this service for the first time and had to cancel my first order because my order kept getting pushed back and no one contacted me to tell me and I had to do the chat with someone just to find something out and then she ended our conversation without even finishing what I was trying to figure out with my refund so I had to call. I will NEVER use this $#*!ty service again! The least they could do is let me know that no one was going to be getting my order so I could cancel earlier instead it's not 1045 at night and I'm going to pick up dinner because this service doesn't know anything about customer service.

Tip for consumers:
This service is terrible with customer service and a waste of your time and money. DoorDash will have my money and service any day over this terrible service. If you actually want your food I would suggest ordering from doordash or going to get it yourself. Never again will I order through here!

Terrible customer service! Ordered calzone and dessert at 3ish pm, didn't get my food till 5pm COLD! Not to mention driver contacted me on phone asking me my address number, which she should of had, it was raining lightly and I went outside to look for driver. Then I see a lady coming from opposite side of my place. I ask her if she was from Grubhub and she said yes and went back to get my food she left on someone else's doorstep. I pointed to my address above my garage and the direction of my place. She left my food in front of someone else's door and was planning on leaving and not letting me know. If I had not gone out when I did, I would have paid for food that went to someone else! I called customer service about the lateness and they wanted to give me 10% then 20% off next order, really! Horrible, horrible service from both customer service and driver! I will NEVER order from them again!

DO NOT USE! Grubhub is a SCAM! I've had three orders go wrong in as many days, and all grubhub offers is coupons so that I have to spend more money on grubhub, and the coupons require that I spend more than the coupon is worth. Such a scam. Take your money eslewhere. Using grubhub is like throwing your money into a black hole and getting $#*!ty service for your trouble.

I would never use Grubhub for food delivery again. First, there were issues with my card that they couldn`t process my credit card even though my card was active & working. Then I ordered a food from a restaurant through Grubhub. It took 2 hours and food wasn`t there. I called the customer service to cancel the order & lady just hung up the phone on me. They later sent an email to let me know that my order was canceled. I would never order from Grubhub again.

Food takes a long time to arrive. The driver was rude and sexist. I ordered delivery and yet the driver wanted me to go find him and pick up the food. He was very condescending and got angry when I couldn't understand him.

THE WORST! Since I moved to El Paso, I've had nothing but issues. And the "customer service" is absolutely no assistance and no value. The most recent issue was to ask for my full order to be delivered and they told me the driver had "other deliveries". I told them that since my order was missing the primary and key deliver that they should assign another deliver. The only thing the did was refund the food that wasn't deliver. That was not acceptable. This is not the first issue I've faced and it's frustrating to have had to deal with this type of thing.

Have used grubhub twice, over both orders we have been shorted over 50 dollars worth of food, the second time we ordered the food was completely mixed up, half of what i wanted in half of what my wife wanted. Feel like i have been robbed... twice.

Took over 26 days to get a refund. Was told he had been refunded and they wanted ME to provide via a screen shot of bill that it hadn't been refunded. Wow... rather than them proving to me that it was refunded. Anyway... even after a call and an email, they wouldn't help me without a screen shot, even when I said I would just go to PayPal and complain through them. They didn't care. Never use them again!

Ordered at 5:57pm and by 9pm had to go get fast food. After spending an hour trying to get a hold of their customer service through phone and chat a gentleman called from another company asking why I had not reached out to him instead (?). Explained I had no idea who he was and was going through GrubHub because that is who I placed an order through. Finally got someone on chat and she closed the chat on me immediately and rather abruptly and then another man called to see if everything had been resolved and he had not idea what had transpired or about any of the other callers/chatters - he said the restaurant had closed and they would have to cancel the order. When I mentioned that they had the food when they called the first time but I was already at McDs he said sorry the Eagles game has us backed up and then I said... I am in Jacksonville (?). Horrible company - definitely avoid at all costs.

I will never be ordering from Grubhub again. The food is more expensive than in the restaurant, they charge a service fee and this time, there was food missing! And I don't mean a complete item missing, I mean SOME onion rings and SOME other items, and one item obviously opened and not rewrapped. Disgusting.

Please people do not use this app!
I ordered food from grabhub and I never get food delivered. I contcted customer care and was told that a deliver guy tried to contact me but I didn't response so he left. My grabhub screen said "delivered" but not Exactly delivered. He just came to parking lot and called wrong number then I was checking parking lot, I saw no one.
I asked money back since I didn't get any food. But what they said surprised me. They said they can't do money back. There is a rule, delivery drivers can't knock doors! So they have to call the clients when they arrivedat parking lot. Then if no one response the phone, then they can leave with food! Who knows this rule except grabhub!
So long story short, they steal my 45 ( It's including deliver tips!) And I got nothing but waiting 2 hours! Also the customer care cut the line before I was finished talking!
Horrible company! That's how they make money!
People please please do not throw your money for nothing!

I left the driver perfect instructions on how to get into the gate and they had my correct address. I missed the phone call from the driver and they left. So because the driver can't use GPS or type in a gate code correctly - Grubhub "couln't give me a refund" and seemed to care less about what happened.

"Grrrreat" customer service Grubhub. The customer is never right must be your motto.
