Order was delivered 1 hour early. The order was for 2 people and $144. Customer help would not acknowledge and when I sent them the receipt that was proof of delivery time they said it was not attached on e mail properly whatever that means. Avoid GRUBHUB if possible.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS after calling the restaurant and finding out our food been sitting there for over an hour, I contacted the driver and got no response. I contacted Grubhub and they gave me some lame response. An hour later, still no food now we have waited a total of 3 1/2 hours for the food. They asked if we still wanted to wait. I said no because now we have already gone out and ordered a new round of food. And then I find out, that they had canceled the order 45 minutes prior because there was something wrong with the delivery window. This is not a good company to deal with they do not know how to run a business. This is apparent with the fact that they have a one star. It's not worth it go get it yourself or is it another delivery service but don't waste your time

Ordered Grubhub for the family. An hour and a half later somebody called asking if we ‘still wanted our order.' Why wouldn't we want it? What the eff happened? We said yes and they said it would be delayed by twenty minutes. Over two hours later no dinner. I called back the number and it was a man at home on his couch. Grubhub cloned his number so it's impossible to contact them. Nearly 4 hours after I ordered the driver shows up and doesn't speak any English. Sauce is spilled all over the calamari making it a cold, super soggy, rubbery mess. Pizza was ok but that was to restaurant's credit. I will NEVER use this scam of a disgusting company EVER AGAIN. $60 for four slices of pizza and the rest we couldn't eat after 4 hours of being out. I cannot BELIEVE this company is still allowed to operate.

After waiting for an hour, I called Jack in the Box to ask if my order was on it way. The woman said the order was ready, but that there wasn't a driver to deliver it. I waited for 10 minutes before I contacted customer service, only to waist 30 minutes on the line without reaching a customer service representative. I got frustrated and wanted to cancel the order, but I couldn't. I called my bank to see if I could cancel the order, but they said they couldn't. I spent 10 minutes searching on the web to see if there was a way to cancel the order. I finally called the restaurant again. The woman told me a driver had finally picked up the order, but that he wasn't pleasant. 15 minutes later, I received a "Delivered" confirmation. I got nothing. I am now on the phone trying to reach customer service. 10 mins later, and no answer. Do yourself a favor and delete this app.

I ordered food 8:57! It was to come between 9:30 and 9:40 but it never came at alll! Funny thing is I was reading negative reviews about that happening to people right before I ordered my food but I ignored them... and see here. The driver legit ran away with my food! And wasn't answering calls even from grubhub customer service like wtf. Then online it says he delivered it at 9:54. Its after 10 now... I wasted almost an hr and an half on grubhub and they were like "were sorry here's a refund"... like no... you wasted my time wt heck
SO long story short dont waste your time because they simply aren't reliable. Period.

One of our main food items was missing from our order when delivered. We put in a call to GrubHub. They only were willing to refund that item, after a 3-5 day delay. When I asked them to pick-up the item from the restaurant and deliver the item, it was stated that were weer unable to do so. I asked them if a food delivery company that wouldn't deliver food was a little unusual. Their reply again was that they were not able to deliver it. So after waiting for a food delivery, we had to go out and pick up the item ourselves. So unless you want to give your money to Grubhub for 3-5 days and pick up your own food, do not use their service.

I had a confirmed catering ording (screenshot) to be delivered. When I tried the link 2 days later, I couldn't find a record. So I contacted their customer service. I was rerouted 4 times before being hung up on. Apparently "the restaurant canceled". However, I received no such message from either the restaurant or grubhub. So, grubhub went ahead and placed another order and blocked my money. Needless to say that I can't take a risk with a 35 people party and have booked with someone else while this plays out. Oh, and grubhub even "suggested" I take it up with my credit card company. NEVER ever using them, EVER

Tried to use Grubhub last night and the site stated it would take 2hrs for delivery. Found that I provided the wrong cell number, so the delivery driver was not able to call to complete the delivery. I called and asked about the order and was put on hold for 5 minutes, called back and again was placed on hold and finally after 2 minutes talked to someone who was trying but not to concerned. I canceled the order and asked about a refund. The girl stated that she would call back with the info. Did not call. Tried the online chat and could not get anywhere with them either. Then today I did an online chat and the person Alex stated that they would cancel the transaction and refund the money.
After reading these reviews it looks as though I am not going to get my money. Will not use Grub hub ever again.

The guy who was going to delivery my food stole my order. His name is Sadam pick up m food from Wing Empires and just ran off with it. Deleting the app and I would never order from them again and watch out for this Grubhub driver SADAM is his name

DO NOT EVER EVER EVER use Grubhub or Door Dash. They are owned by the same CEO and both have horrible reviews. Door Dash has an F rating with Better Business Bureau and Grub Hub has a C rating. In 2018 Grubhub "had" an A rating and already within a year they have dropped to a C rating. Before you order from either, research how many complaints they had that month and decide if you want to take that risk. I ordered food for my family; everything arrived but one meal. Basically, the driver stole one of the meals that was packed at the top of the bag. Smh. I don't understand how this company is still in business considering all the bad reviews & complaints it receives per month. I really hope it goes out of business

They stole my order again! The driver wouldn't answer his phone. I blew his phone up for 30 minutes continuously until he answered. Food was over an hour late when he answered. He had such a strong Indian accent it was almost impossible to understand. Kept lying saying he delivered it but I have security cameras that say otherwise. Took forever to get another Indian from customer service to finally refund the order. They screw the merchants with their fees and rip off their customers too. NEVER USING THESE CLOWNS AGAIN! UP YOURS GRUBHUB! I'll just pick it up myself now so at least my money goes to a local business owner instead of Mumbai.

I placed a $30 order. During the 10 min arrival time window, I checked the map and saw the driver pulled into my apartment complex and sat stationary and no attempt was made to reach me to find me. Then the app notifies me that the food has been delivered but I didn't receive it. I called customer service and they kept stating that their records showed there was an attempt made to contact me, but that was a blatant lie. So now the driver has a free meal, my meal, by claiming they attempted to contact me and deliver the food. For some reason customer service could not get a hold of the driver as well. Cust service offered me a measly 50% off my next order. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM GRUBHUB AGAIN.

I find these food delivery services dumb and wasteful in general. But thier commercial showing some douchbag (with a portrait of himself on the wall) wastefully ordering tons of food while the selfish song "I want it all " plays in the background is pure arrogant selfishness. Its disgusting that while people are literally starving to death in this world that this commercial portrayed selfish waste as cute and funny is truly dusgusting! Grub Hub shpuld be deeply ashamed of tjus commercial.

I made it clear i wanted to pay with cash and the very young women (16-17) came without change. I give her my $100 bill to exchange and runs off into her car and drives off. She for sure would've driven off without coming back if i hadn't chased her down the street. I took the money until she came back with change which took so long and everything seemed to scetchy it was absolutely horrible.

Deliveries are routinely an hour or so late with deliveries here, regardless of restaurant. Contacted support today in the middle of a 40min late delivery (driver was in the next town over) and they asked me to wait another 20 to see if they showed up. Took another 15min explaining to the support rep that 10% off my next order wasn't a very great reward for cold soggy food. Why give an estimate if they aren't even close? I'll take Door Dash over these guys any day, either the GH algorithm is stacking too many orders on the drivers or they don't reward drivers for timely deliveries/ punish them for late deliveries.

GRUBHUB has Pizza Mia in Billerica MA erroneously listed on their platform.
WE HAVE NO AFFILIATION WITH GRUBHUB.

They are listing wrong prices, a completely incorrect menu, wrong hours and it's causing confusion, loss of customers besides very angry people blaming us for this.

We've call them, emailed them, reached out over social media to no avail.

If you use Grubhub, please message them, put a review, anything that could help us fix this.

All we want is for them to take us off their platform!

Please help...

Do not use this service! They are a ripoff and do not care about the customer. They grab your money and go, that's what they're good at. Do not deliver, will not refund and lies to you. DO NOT USE EVER!

This joke of a company is led by a liberal hate-monger who insults his employees and customers. Before I realized this, I had used there service which I always found to be overpriced, over-hyped and the food mediocre. I encourage everyone to now boycott this joke of a company and put them and Baloney Maloney on the unemployment line, where most Hillary supporters are anyway. I'm a lawyer and if I could represent some employees there, they could EASILY sue the company and Maloney for creating a hostile work environment.

Tip for consumers:
Go anywhere for your service but this fascist-run organization. Do not support them!

Brendon was the driver was over an hour and a half late with our food i had 2 children here waiting for their dinner when be finally got here he put the food outfront didnt knock on the door or ring the doorbell to let us know it was here finally my grubbub order i.d. is ************** if any of the corporate people would like to look up what im talking about this was absolutely the worst service i have ever had and i will neveruse grub hub again i will walk to go get my food before i use them again and brendon you suck!

I have Grubhub through Amazon so a year for "free" not only do I pay Uber Eats monthly to use them, I use them more than raggedy azz GrubHub…can never get an order at the scheduled delivery time…food always 30-45 minutes late and cold…Grub Hub is the worst

No napkins, no receipt, no nothing else. I understand it's Saturday night, but, the driver had a girl in his car and was probably busy. Kinda makes me sorry I gave him an above average tip.

A true scam. Two orders, two major screwups on their end.

First order they take and charge my card no problem. Go out in the Chicago snow to pick it up and restaurant has no record of my order at all. They are nice and make the food anyway, while i wait 30mins. As I leave, GrubHub calls to say 'oh, we messed up, you won't be eating tonight.' They are shocked I have my food in hand.

They give me a credit to make up for this order... so I give them one more shot in Virginia. Unable to login on their website. Place an order through my phone on their cubersome mobile app, and they don't apply the credits.

True scam -- they scammed investors out of money for a service that simply does not work. Done with them.

We ordered and it said 35 - 55 min delivery. We called 1 1/2 hours later to check and was told the driver is on way. 30 mins later the restaurant was kind enough to call us directly to say the order was canceled by Grubhub. I called Grubhub and was told it is the driver's fault and not Grubhub. WTF? How are they not responsible for their drivers? 3 hours and no dinner. Grubhub's solution? "Call and do a new order."
Charged card no refund.

I ordered for the manyth time from Grub Hub. This time, when I went to check out on my $49 order, my total check out price was $87! Wth? It was more convenient and cheaper to just pick it up... even by I Uber, than a %100 fee. Wth Grub Hub? Fast paced to out of business. A shame. I will add, I did have a tip included, but I woild have to get rid of the tip to avoid the charges. Only the company wins then, not the one grinding. I still paid the 20% tip, but I picked it up instead, and still saved almost 25 dollars!

Becarefull when ordering from them. I order and picking up the food my self once i camecto the resturant and pick up food the bills is only "subtotal: 40.85" + tax 3.83 which total 44.68. But they charge me 54.62. How ate they charging me when i picking up my own food? Where that 10 buck go? So please carefull when using them they cheat so many ppl without other ppl knowing it

2 straight horrible experiences here. The first time the order was wrong and it was delivered 25 min late. Fine, maybe it was a fluke then the 2nd time, I waited for 2 hours and never received anything and when I reached out to see what was going on, I was just told it was canceled and thats it. Completely horrible
