Check your receipts. Past month Grubhub has been increasing service fee after order delivered when charge posts to account. Food price, tax and tip stay same, but their service fee increases. For example when orders placed fee $4. Final charge then $4.80. How is this not illegal? Beware!
Worst company ever. Took my order, made me wait for 3 hours and then cancel it without notice, no reason. No one could give me an answer. Anyway, first and last time using it.

Today I have a one of the worst experience with grubhub automatically system orders " how grubhub representative told me ". I was trying to pick up one of the order from restaurant where I've been working, and I know a schedule tome for the order and name of customer I got all information even a number of this order. So the representative from grubhub told me he can't send request of this order directly to me because there system is automatically and it will be send it to the closer driver. I was right inside of this restaurant waiting for this order and guess what? It go to someone else! How is it possible if it's no one closer then me. You system is fuc... horrible. I've been a grub hub driver for a 3 years and never in my life got the catering order or anything bigger then 150$order. This is frustrating they don't appreciate their drivers and your system of order sending is broken. I am done, you will lost all your drivers, keep working like that, good job Super unfair Distribution
I ordered from a restaurant that was opened. GH and the restaurant confirmed the order, I received an estimated delivery time and the app stated the driver was on the way to the restaurant. Suddenly 10 mins before the estimated delivery time, the order got cancelled on their end. They stated I would receive a refund in 3-5 days. The order should have never been confirmed or gone this far. It should have been cancelled asap so I could have ordered else where in the mean time. I tried to contact support regarding this order and it would not let me stating I'd receive a refund in 3-5 days. Apparently you can only chat with support for completed orders. I don't order much but luckily I had 1 previous order that I was able to use to get through to the support chat. They offered me 6 months of free delivery which I was not ok with. As mention, I rarely order and after this would prefer to use any other food delivery service. When i was not happy with that offer, Jennifer who was suppose to be helping me stated she'd transfer my chat to her senior but instead ended the chat.
I've worked for grub hub on and off, but then I saw this pathetic hypocrisy about trump. Let me paraphrase the CEO (and indeed all the SJW hypocrites) "love will win if we hate, demean, and oppress everyone we don't agree with".

I have tried to use Grubhub multiple times and everytime, they cancel my order with no explanation. I have never once gotten my order. This is a lying, stealing company.
I order food through Grubhub.com. Look for this restaurant called No. 1 Chinese Restaurant. This restaurant is located in Ayden, NC 130-NC 102, *******919. I live in Greenville, NC and they delivered to me with hot to warm food. They prepared my order with care and made it with love because it was delicious and tasty. The prices are cheaper than Greenville NC Chinese restaurants so far. The delivery charges are pricey but it was worth it because the food in to die for. I got my order less than an hour or on time, the delivery person practices no contact. They will text you before and after they deliver your food. $6.99 is the delivery fee but it was worth it to me. I will be ordering from this place whenever I want Chinese food. The prices are very reasonable too. So if you have not ordered from this place yet take a chance they are worth it. View the pics of their food after delivery. No spills just pretty to look at. I order the fried dumplings, french fries, chicken with mixed veggies, and chicken with broccoli combination+extra chicken meat. These are small sizes, just imagine what the large sizes would look like. 5 stars for this place.

Ordering through Grubhub for their food. The delivery charges $6.99, but the restaurant has low prices on their menu. They care about how they prepared their food for their customers. I have not had any issues with their customer services nor with the delivery issues because Grubhub is the one who delivers their food to you. They do practice no contact. Great food and Grubhub has great delivery people who deliver on time so your orders are still hot or warm after delivery.

Have ordered multiple times in multiple times the restaurants have left out food this time they left the meat off of one sandwich so I did a review on it then when I started to eat the other sandwich, the chicken and it was still frozen so I don't even know if it was cooked could not reach Grubhub Because once you review it you can't go back

They are usually good to just go ahead and refund any problem but my problem is you should be able to get back to that same order if there’s more than one issue and also these restaurants need a lot better accountability

I ordered food from Subway through GrubHub. One sandwich they left the meat off of and another sandwich. The chicken on it was frozen so I’m not sure if it was cooked at all. Once I did a review on the missing sandwich, I could not go back in to do anything, I tried calling, but they were not in.
Did not receive all items missing meal with ohbwelll customers service attitude and no way to get correct order or adjustments on high fees for service not well done. Just avoid this company

Order from Eastern Phoenix at 923 grubhub waited untill 1055 to tell us there was an error and refunded us. At that point all other restaurants were closed. Kinda messed up our movie night.

Ever since this company came around I thought it was a joke. Turns out that the joke is the CEO Matt Maloney and how he runs this garbage operation called GrubHub. He tries to force his views on his employees and customers by threatening those who view things (politics especially) differently than he does. People don't want your forced views, they wanted your service. But now they do not even want that after all the food poisoning that has been related to GrubHub. Interesting... a nasty, dictator-like beta male CEO has nasty dirty employees working for him. Good thing UberEats is around. STAY AWAY FROM GRUB HUB, YOU WILL GET SICK AND POSSIBLY FIRED FOR BEING SMARTER THAN THE CEO (who started the business off of a HUGE loan from a 3rd party, remind you of someone you hate Mrs. Matt Maloney?)

After waiting for my children's food for almost two hours, it just does not come the third hour grub hub calls and says it's not coming they can give me 20% off next order like I would ever use them again. Driver marked order as DELIVERED, but I had NOT received anything.
Driver supposedly showed up to my business address and tried to contact me via phone, and waited "10 minutes". We have a glass storefront and cameras. Nobody saw anything. Cameras caught only our customers walking in and out & parked in the parking lot.
Driver claims he tried to call me. I double-checked with a grubhub CSR, and looks like my phone number's been changed. No wonder they couldn't reach me, they had the wrong number on file (this, after I've ordered with them at least 5 times before... with no previous issues).
This most recent driver was never in the area. Given 1 star because I have video proof that the driver made no attempt to follow GPS instructions or try to walk around in the area to find the address. I've had previous drivers that magically walked right through my door to find me, no problems.
This shows that a driver can be "close enough" to your area, but if he/she calls and gets lucky that you don't answer, they can just leave and you're SOL. Best they can do is offer a 50% off coupon for a future use, no refunds to my current order.
So I basically donated nearly $60 worth of KFC lunch for the office to the driver. Who can do whatever he/she wants with it.
This was my first "large" order with Grub Hub and their policy on this situation has made me never want to try them again. In fact, I would encourage people looking for a fre meal to sign up with Grub Hub as a driver.
They used to be good when they first started. Pretty nice customer service and gave back money right away. I referred someone using my referral code recently and they ordered food however neither of us got the discount for our meals like it was promised. Called customer service and they said i had to use THIS SPECIFIC CODE IN THIS SPECIFIC PLACE. NOT THE EMAIL LINK THAT YOU SEND TO YOUR FRIEND. How does that even make sense?! Honestly if it weren't for the fact they monopolize most of the delivery systems nowadays, i'd think about trying a different company. But seamless is the same: T I guess yelp eats is the only other option here.

I'm a big fan of trying something multiple times before putting my judgment out there. First two times were ok. Took too long. As all reviewers say. But everything was right. Delivery fees. Woooo. Way too high in some cases. One time, I just didn't notice the fee til I cashed out. Blamed myself for not paying attention, but then thought. $7 to deliver locally? What the...?
So this time. Looked at all fees BEFORE I ordered. Picked Buffalo Wild Wings. I was craving wings. The fee was just $2.99. I order. As I'm cashing out it bumps up to $3.99. I go to their contact source. They say it's $2.99+. Ok. Sure. But I only live 1.7 miles away. I ask how something UNDER two miles could possibly legitimize a bump. He said. I'm sorry. I can't help you.
What is up with this company? This is robbery. I will never order from them again.
And oh yeah. Said they were out for delivery at 9:15. Showed up at 10:05. It took nearly an hour for someone to get my food 1.7 miles.

If i could give zero stars I could. Grubhub accepted and charged me for an order then calls me to say the menu item is no longer available. Spoke to the "owner" at was called JDykes Food court who didn't seem to have a real care or concern at all. She said there was nothing she could do (you sale what I ordered but tell me you have no affiliation with GrubHub SO there's NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT). BOTH entities are seemingly only looking out for themselves & the money they make.
It will take 1 to 3 BUSINESS DAYS (and today is Friday) to get my refund but $45 was spent on diner for my family TONIGHT! WTF... are we suppose to wait til NEXT WEDNESDAY TO EAT? How am I suppose to feed my family TONIGHT?

The wife place an order at Portillos for $65 worth of food. The food that was deliver was itallian beef for someone by the name of Adrenne. My wife's name is Adriana. She called and there is no one to speak to besides an automated system that only refuneded $55. So we loose $10 because of their mistake. Also, the driver couldn't speak English and we were going back and forth through google translate because the food wasn't mine but he insisted it was. This isn't the first time going through this issue with Door Dash but now it's the last.
The drivers have a responsibility to make sure they deliver the correct order to the customer. I don't understand how they mix up two totally different order numbers.
Door Dash is bad business.
