Order was delivered 1 hour early. The order was for 2 people and $144. Customer help would not acknowledge and when I sent them the receipt that was proof of delivery time they said it was not attached on e mail properly whatever that means. Avoid GRUBHUB if possible.
Grub hub used to be a nice thing, something has changed with their company. Me and husband ordered 40.00 in food they sent 2 texts saying delivery would be late, then it said food was delivered even though no one attempted to deliver our food, no one showed up. I called and they lied said delivery driver was here, my husband waited outside. They would not refund my money and I would say delivery drivers eat your food that you pay for. Grubhub will probably be out of business soon. Should be a class action lawsuit for robbery and fraud.
There have been several times where I have waited over an hour for my delivery and it has surpassed the estimated delivery time. There are no consistent updates with regard to delays. One time, after a 75 minute wait, I called the restaurant and apparently the order never went through but the app said it did! They hold no accountability with their vendors and don't do anything to credit their customers for any type of inconvenience their service causes. I do not recommend using Eat24 if you truly are at the verge of hunger.
I ordered Chipotle off of the app and it goes through, only to receive a text moments later saying they're closed. They are not closed. Even if they were, why let me order then? Disappointing and trash customer service, especially since I couldn't even provide feedback on the site or ask why. BS

Ordered at 6:55 and followed tracking which showed by order was delivered to me at 8:12. Nope. Never got anything and for some stupid reason they can't call their driver to find out what happened. Now after 9:00 no delivery, no explanation and now I'm cooking which I didn't want to do. This is ridiculous. Never again will I order through GrubHub. Pass this along to your friends so they don't make the same mistake.
This service is so slow and is always late on picking up the food. It sucks because the only thing around here. I wish they would try and update their business because paying 5 or 6 dollars for delivery is insane. Especially when the order takes over 2 hours.
Waited for our food for two hours then received a notice our order was cancelled with no explanation. Save your money and time, go elsewhere. Previous two times orders were missing items and we were giving it one more chance. Obviously a mistake, these people need to learn how to provide quality control.
Definitely stay away from this company, i use to order grubhub all the time and never had a problem, now they use third party drivers or something, 3 hours wait for cold food and when called customer service all they offered was a 10% discount on my next order.
I had to cancel because GrubHub apparently only hires people who are totally incompetent and can't follow instructions. I live in a TWO story duplex and the houses on either side of me are ONE story and my address is clearly marked. They always drop the order off at the wrong place which also upsets my neighbors. I gave clear instructions on where to deliver to even to the point I described the vehicles parked on the driveway and the drivers still mess it up. Y'all obviously can't count or read. Or deliver to the wrong street 5 blocks over and cancel my order because your driver won't answer his damn phone.
I attempted to obtain refund for a missing item then was charged again instead. When I tried again they refunded one of charges and disconnected my chat. The 3rd attempt was completely useless. Never ever again will I order through Grub Hub, especially when so many other options available.
I was told my order would come at 12:05. At1:00 I called restaurant and they said no driver will call them back. I spent at least an hour on phone with GH. They are horrible and speak a different language. I received my food st 3:00 and it was WRONG. What idiots. They offered their usual $10 off next order only there won't be a next order. Even restaurant told me to use Door Dash. My whole day was tied up with this and their ordering site is terrible to navigate. They need to go out of business.

I simply asked for no tomatoes on the extra comments section for the order.
I was really sick I could barely walk yet alone go driving.
I figured i'd try an ordering service HORRIBLE experience.

I'm a restaurant owner, Grubhub removing all good reviews from my restaurant page and keep only bad reviews. You know why! Because of my name. That's what i've Been told by one of their staff in Chicago. The restaurant account manager is stupid person. Just calling me when she needs me to opt in an offer... if I need her I call her. She put voice mail for me. She never never answered a call from me.
Regarding my reviews, i'm Collecting some screenshots now and will go to the court very soon. This unprofessional people will need the court to teach them how to be human...
99% of Grubhub Customer Care or Restaurant Care are all very tough people. We can't deal with them... moreover they don't understand how is the things going on their system (ex: the $ sign in front of every restaurant)
Over priced like a scam. Incomplete order and charged me $5.15 to give me credit on 2 missing cookies. I didn't want to hear from them anymore in email and their unsubscribe link is dead. My Subway sandwich was warm when it got here. I ordered Tuna salad. I will NEVER use them again. Save time and frustration and don't use them ever.
Food was delivered to wrong address, I called the restaurant they barely spoke English, they refused to do a corrective action, they refuse to remove trash and would not take care of a bad customer experience.! Whether it was through GrubHub or not they should feel responsible for the fact that they prepared the food! Now I have trash in the hall that is rotting and attracting bugs I refuse to pay for somebody else's trash! Who pays $37 for a kid's meal to start with!

Never got our order. Restaurant said it left them at 6:50 pm. Called a 8:10 pm. You suck grub hub. Called in they don't know what happened to our food and can't reach the driver. Full refund but not for 3-5 days. Some people don't have $65.00 extra laying around for 3-5! Daya when the food order was for 3 nights of dinner.
This service is a complete joke, for 2 times in a row I ordered food from this site and there has been something that has gone amiss. Either the driver didn't get a portion of the food ordered or the driver never delivered my order without my knowledge and delays kept occuring. In a pathetic attempt to cover their failure they just said sorry about that and tried to pretend like a discount would fix everything. Grubhub had one job and they cant stop messing it up.

Be ready for something to be messed up concerning your order. You would honestly be better off ordering pickup from the restraunts themselves or getting delivery service directly from the restraunts.

Always a long wait but today was the last straw. Ordered at 11:30 am with an estimated delivery time of 12-12:25. Got an update at 12:05 saying estimated delivery time 12:35-12:45.12:30 called the restaurant no one had picked it up and food was sitting there getting cold since 11:50. Looked on the app delivery time had updated to between 1:10-1:25. I called Grubhub and cancelled. Get a clue! If you don't have any drivers available then why take the order? The restaurant got stuck with food that never got picked up and I have now been told it'll be 3-5 days before I see a refund for what I never got.
I don't know how many times my order has been either delayed or I've had to cancel due to seeing my delivery driver being on the opposite side of town. I just don't get why they can't hire decent drivers. Or even tell me in the app that they're doing a delivery for someone before mine. I've been a loyal member but not anymore, I'm sick of this app.
We ordered a meal that should have taken 45 minutes to be delivered and after over two hours of waiting we finally gave up and cancelled the order. The kicker was that it was a quiet evening in town. No concerts, big events and even our football team had a bye weekend so there should have been no issue with on time deliver. They charged our account anyway, twice!
Drivers don't read or follow explicit delivery instructions. I am wheelchair-bound, so delivery instructions are critical. If food is left at the wrong place, I can't get it. Repeatedly, this has happened. Rather than get the driver back here ASAP to correct the delivery mess-up, the best Customer Service could offer was store credit. This is not satisfactory customer service. I'll never use them again... and neither should you.
I had a stroke 2 months ago and have been unable to get out to buy food without assistance. After ordering from Grubhub 3 times with great service, friends and family generously purchased me $250+ in Grubhub gift cards to assist me during recovery. Now every order I place is cancelled because they can't assign a driver. Unfortunately, they also refuse to refund the gift cards. Customer service couldn't provide any assistance on getting orders accepted and continued to provide me with 20% discounts on a future order... that is of no use to me if I can't get food delivered and became rude when I asked for the money back. I've filed a formal complaint with the Attorney General's office.
Used three times. Twice it was intolerably late (over two hours); just now the restaurant was closed but I still got a confirmation email telling me to sit back and relax. I figured the first two were just bad luck; how bad could an app YELP selected be? Well, I guess I know. I am seriously questioning my sanity in relying on Yelp for anything now.
I put in 6 different promo codes and not a single one would work so i called customer service and the girl tells me, well they've reached their limit. Ok so everyone else got their deal but because I'm last i line, they refuse to honor their so called promo.
What a joke. I asked the lady if there was anything at all they would do to help me and she said no not at this time. What kind of customer service is that? I want to unsubscribe now! I received a door promotion coupon $15 off which has expiration date of 1/20/2016. Coupon simply did not work when I try to order online. So I just called the customer service *******085 and talked to the Lady who put me on brief hold and after few minutes she said that manager is aware of this issue and they have so many calls that people's coupon are not working. They simply ran out the promotion although coupon is valid. Dah! Why would I ever even order from here? I wish they have 0 Star. Lol!
Grubhub will take your money right away. But when their merchants that they selected can not fulfill order you have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. Ok cool give me a credit for another meal. You think I'm supposed to wait 3-5 days to eat? They will only give you $5 and that doesn't even cover the delivery fee.
