It took two hours for pizza because the pizzeria didn't get my order until 45 min after I ordered it. I'll never use them again.

I gave Grubhub a million chances. The first 2-3 times I ordered with them were great. Painless, not terribly priced, accurate. The last several times myself or my husband have ordered have been awful. Just now, my husband is on his way to pick up our food from a restaurant 25 minutes away (we have one one mile away, but the Grubhub app apparently doesn't use that one. DoorDash does btw). We ordered at 6:20. Delivery said around 7:15-7:25.7:15 rolls around and my husband checks the app. Now says 7:45-7:55 (this delayed time has happened with almost every single delivery I've ever had from them). Okay, we wait. Open the app again around 7:40 to check, now says 8:05-8:15. Driver still not assigned, no tracking info available, and no signs that it's going anywhere any time soon. Call the restaurant, they say it's been ready since 6:45. Call Grubhub and they have no clue what's happening, can't promise someone will even get there in the next 30 minutes. We cancelled our order and called the restaurant back to see if we could just pick up the food there, so now my husband is picking up our food and Grubhub offered a measly 20% off. They suck. In the past I've had the driver hand us the wrong customer order, not deliver ever, take two hours, or deliver a completely incorrect order. The best I've ever received from them was a coupon in exchange, almost always with an expiration date in the near future. I deleted their app over a year ago but we thought surely they must have their $#*! together by now, and they had a good deal on our favorite place. Nope. They're still terrible. DoorDash is a phenomenal customer experience, and even Uber Eats with all its fees is far superior because at least they get it right.

Their drivers will not deliver over 9 miles so they cancel my order and tell me I will receive a refund in 5 to 10 days never again

Never had any success with this broken web site. I live in Maryland and they tried to order my food from Arizona. Never waste time on here again.

There isn't a way to get additional help within moments of order placing. No one can figure it out, or go above and beyond to do what's right!

This is the worst platform made and whoever they hire for customer support is sooo bad! We will never use these guys again. Sticking with Doordash!

Ever compare Eat24 with Grubhub? Try using their "$2" off coupon from the same restaurant on both sites. You'll see how much a scam Eat24 is.

Super slow and they hide hidden fees in taxes. I will definitely never use this app again door dash is way faster and straight forward

I picked a restaurant from Grubhub's list based on the fastest estimated wait time. 40-50 min it said. 2 hours later I get order and it's cold.

Twice we have ordered from grub hub and received items missing from our order despite being charged for them. Will not be using this service agai

So I feel these people taking out money a month is just fraud and I'm pissed! Yes I called my bank they are taking care of it! Thanks for nothing!

I've tried Grubhub 3 times. I forgot how horrible this delivery service is. The food arrived an hour late, and cold. Customer service was ridiculous on the phone, following some bad script. New York City has too many good delivery services to waste your night, time and money waiting on Grubhub. It's a clown car.

Worst customer service experience ever! Downright rude and insulting to me. If I didn't know better I'd think they tried to poison us.

Not only was the estimated delivery time ridiculously long, we never received the order, so it really doesn't get any worse than this.

They added $2-$3 per item over restaurant prices, Delivery fee, tip for driver plus a stupid processing fee?! Will never use Grubhub/"grubyour$"

After >45 minutes on hold, I hung up. Worst experience of any online business to date. Makes any government office look great.
