Check your receipts. Past month Grubhub has been increasing service fee after order delivered when charge posts to account. Food price, tax and tip stay same, but their service fee increases. For example when orders placed fee $4. Final charge then $4.80. How is this not illegal? Beware!
Don't bother. I don't think they have any clue who the customer is! They simply don't care and that's fine use a company that cares..
Eat24 transferred me to support and never responded. Was kept in online limbo for over an hour. Never chatted with support. Not happy with service.

Ordered sweet and sour chicken and chicken fried rice. There was very little white meat, predominately dark meat. I would not order from them again

These yahoooo's have messed up 3 orders. Normally one would not go back, but Hoffmans fine paterys are that good, there bear claws goot food!. One order they did not delliver, the next two did not have my bear claws. I PAID FOR THEM BUT DID NOT RECIEVE A REFUND. This is theft, its fraud. Funny thing is the bakery wants nothing to do with this buisiness, for this reason. SHAME ON U GRUBHUB!################$

Grubhub is the worst ever order/delivery service I have ever had the misfortune to use. We were having an Office Thanksgiving potluck at work, so I order a turkey from Boston Market through the Grubhub site 2-days before our office party and I received a confirmation receipt the day I ordered the turkey. My ordered was confirmed and verified with Grubhub the day of my order, I even used the instant-reply and feed-back option that pops up in the corner of the site and spoke with a Grubhub Rep for a while about my order and I felt confident about the order. The day of our office potluck, I received another email from Grubhub and since I was busy I just read the subject line from my email inbox, which read: "Your Scheduled Order from Boston Market " thus I assumed it was another confirmation. As I was setting everything up, I was asked where the turkey was? Good question, so I decided to go read the email and when I opened it up I found that it said "Your Scheduled Order from Boston Market has been canceled" Oh No, what? Why? At 9:18 am the day of the scheduled delivery Grubhub send me a cancellation notice via email 2-hours before it should have been delivered. I called up Grubhub and spoke with 2-different representatives and asked them why they didn't contact me sooner about not delivering my order or at least give me enough time to order from someone else. Their only response was to give me a discount on my next order. I informed them that I would NEVER be using Grubhub ever again.
Horrible customer service. They're messing up orders and they do not care. Run away!

The Absolute worst customer service. Stay with Uber eats or Door Dash. Grub Hub has no concept of customer service.
I paid for my food and I never received it, the customer service also did nothing to rectify the situation.
NEVER NEVER use this service. Restaurant has food ready on time but this company won't get until approximately and hour later. BAD BAD customer service on this company.
A rainy Saturday night, I order my food like any other night off Eat24.
6:44pm - Ordered food from Indian restaurant in SD, confirmed for delivery of 7:38pm.
7:23pm - Delivery driver calls to inform me, another driver took my order and that he'd work it out.
8:03pm - Contact Eat24's Customer Service via online chat. Sherm is whom is assigned to me. Calls restaurant, tells me it's on its way.
8:44pm - I tell Sherm "This blows, 2 hours later and still no grub. Excuse my language." He tells me he called the restaurant and ensures me its on his way. I began to tell him about how someone contacted me about the wrong delivery driver. He tells me he's getting back on the phone, to which I told him I'm giving up and going to the grocery store. Wait it's after 9pm the store by me is already closed. No response, so at 9:11pm I close the ticket.
9:14pm - I reopen a new ticket requesting for a refund to Order #816****. I get Sherm again who tells me "I thought my messages were being sent through, the order is on its way, but I am refunding the order, if the food arrives its on the house."
So what did I learn?
1) I can't rely on Eat24 ever again. The refund was nice, but doesn't fix my issue or give me a reason to use Eat24 again. An apology would've gone a long way.
2) Domino's is disgusting but its substance.
3) Oh yea, and that my food never came.
I can not tell you how many problems I have had with them, I will not go into all the problems it would take forever. Use another service.
I hate grubhub it took three hours for our food to arrive and this has happened three other times i am tired of this.

With ALL of the Covid-19 panic & stress, I was so thrilled that GrubHub was NOW delivering to me... ALL the WAY OUT in Sanger, TX!
I had never before been able to get ANY food, EXCEPT pizza, delivered to my home. However, last week, I figured with the pandemic, I would just CHECK to see IF my favorite sandwich shop, Jersey Mike's, OR ANY of the delivery services. Were yet at the point of delivering to me yet.
Jersey Mike's advised me, via phone, that the only way to confirm whether I COULD ACTUALLY have food delivered... was to attempt it online. Long story short. Out of ALL the services. I checked with, ONLY ONE... was able to do it! So. Grubhub was the one!
Once I ordered through them. And requested my FAVORITE sandwich, The Stickball, from Jersey Mike's. I WAITED!
I ACTUALLY got SSOO EXCITED. When that WONDERFUL brown bag... with the ICONIC Jersey Mike's logo on it... I took a deep breath, closed my eyes,. And smiled. I Then tipped my driver 40%AND THOROUGHLY ripped open the bag. And proceeded to eat the BEST SANDWICH
EVER! I then texted all of my neighbors. And told them bout it. Several of them got online and started ordering right away!
So, THANK YOU SOO MUCH GRUBHUB!

WERE AMAZING! YES... darn it. I ordered from GrubHub TWICE... in LESS than a week!

THEY TOOK MY ORDER AND NEVER SENT ME MY FOOD! THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK ASAP SO I COULD BUY MY LUNCH SOMEWEHRE ELSE.
I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF WITH THE WORST CUSTMER SERVICE AGENTS EVER! THEYREFUSED TO GIVE ME A SUPERVISOR AND I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 23 MINUTESON ONE CALL. MY LUNCH BREAK IS NOW OVER NO FOOD, NO MONEY AND I AM A DIABETIC WHO HAS A HISTORY OF FAINTING WHEN MY SURGER IS TO LOW! CLASS ACTION SUIT ANYONE? IN 2018 THEY GROSSED OVER 288 MILLION DOLLARS AND THEY DON'T HAVE THE ABILITY OR RESOURCES TO REFUND MONEY ASAP SO I CAN EAT. HMMMMM
