Order was delivered 1 hour early. The order was for 2 people and $144. Customer help would not acknowledge and when I sent them the receipt that was proof of delivery time they said it was not attached on e mail properly whatever that means. Avoid GRUBHUB if possible.
I ordered two meals from Old Chicago. Almost immediately I was told that my meal was not available so my total was adjusted. I immediately replied to the email where it says to reply above this line, and told them to cancel the order. I emailed three more times in an honest attempt to cancel the order. I was ignored and one meal showed up. I would NEVER use Grub Hub again. Terrible service and they stole my money by ignoring my responses. I hope they enjoyed their $30 as they will NEVER get another dime from me!
If there was an option for ZERO stars, I that would be my choice. Terrible customer service, and poor follow up. The "refer a friend" option doesn't work, and both times that I have used GrubHub, my food has come OVER and hour and a half late. I will never be ordering my food on GrubHub again. Check out Yelp for their overall 1 star rating if you want to see others that agree with me. If that's not telling you something, then maybe your cold food will.
Ordered today online at Eat24Hours for a discount of $5 at a local restaurant and today which is Labor day assuming it was open since it allowed us to order and pay. Once getting to the restaurant, it was CLOSED. Came home and called the the customer support line and a rude representative accused me of cancelling and would have to wait 7-10 days for a refund. Asked to speak to her manager and Sable answered and was just as rude as the previous rep. I told her I will give a review and she says "Be my guest"... Unreal! There is absolutely no checks in their website to know whether the restaurant was even open today. Why take my order then... 0 Stars!
Grubhub used to be great, but lately it totally sucks. The restaurants listed in our delivery area are hardly ever delivering when we try to place an order. Grubhub will take as long as an hour to inform you that the restaurant isn't delivering in your area. We've wasted so much time trying to place orders through Grubhub. Grubhub, WAKE UP!
I was recovering from surgery and ordered food to feed my two kids. After an hour and half of waiting with ZERO communication of why it was taking so long I contacted Grubhub and they told me that the restaurant had just got my order! I told them to immediately cancel it and refund my money. They did not and the driver showed up with the food awhile later. I turned him away and then he stayed on my property waiting for Grubhub to tell him to leave. Worst service ever! A total sham! My refund took over a week to get back.
THANKS GRUBHUB. And trust me I will be letting everyone I know not to use you!
Food is wrong about every other time. If you call and complain they do as little as they can to help you. Their drivers do whatever they want. They wander off so your food is cold by the time you get it. If the restaurant has an issue like being out of an item you ordered their drivers won't call you even if the manager at the restaurant asks them too. So you pay $65 and get $40 dollars worth of food not including the expected tip. I do not recommend using this food delivery service.
When the media takes Trumps 'words' & twists them And takes some of them out of context, you don't want to look further into that or forgive Trump.
But you want the public to listen to your explanation when the media twists your words and you want to be allowed to clarify what you meant.

I have never been to a restaurant that is so up customer friendly more then Patsys! Very independent. Borderline rude! And ordering in is no different... After. Ding quoted 30-45 minutes for deliver - 1 12 hours later pizza arrived like cardboard. Salas was swimming in dressing and their answer was too bad! Disgusting!

Opened a personal account. First week ok. Second week 5 orders fouled up. Drinks missing got refunds. Then 3 orders in a row marked delivered never received requested driver knock hand me food i waited. Orders marked delivered no human came. Gave me refund on 1 claimed suspicious activity lost just about 40 dollars. Pick up your orders or do not use service need a photo system like amazon prime. Was told no corporate office to complain too. The sucketh biggeth time.

Ordered lunch at 10:15. Delivery was for 11:15,11:25. By 11:50 - nothing. App said still being prepared. Had to chat with customer service, they called restaurant, said another 10 minutes. 15 minutes later getting a call from a driver asking if I could come get it, no parking. Are you kidding me? For lunch, ordered hours earlier, couldn't deliver or update - terrible. Avoid this service.
These guys are a joke. What they charge food should be on time. Instead hr late then sent me a text said they're running behind. 30 mins later they just canceled my order. Not giving me any info why. Never again
This has always been a slow, expensive app to use (insane delivery fee on top of the necessity to tip at least 20% to get your food within the calendar year. However today marked the 3rd time food was ordered and completely stolen. Grubhub tracks the driver and updates their location once the food is picked up and I'm straight up watching this driver travel in the opposite direction of my home. 0/5 stars. God awful service and even worse customer service. Maybe I should work for Grubhub and start jacking people's food whenever I get a few hours to spare throughout the day. Do yourself a favor and use Uber Eats, Uber makes so much money they practically give away money ANY time there is a problem. I'm talking if you order McDonalds and don't want any pickles and there is just one pickle seed on that burger, boom full refund. Grubhub on the other hand will have their drivers literally steal your food and not give you a refund of any kind. $#*! Grubhub. Rant over.
The food was absolutely perfect for each of our entrée's, freshly made pasta dishes to skirt steak seared just right! Now for the grand finale... their desserts Oh My! Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie and the Berry Crumble are a must have for any sweet tooth! Thank you
Worst delivery service EVER! I've tried ordering multiple times over the past two years from various restaurants, and EVERY SINGLE TIME the order is either wrong and/or it takes 2-3 hours to get there. Ridiculous! When I have called to complain, they are rude and never offer to discount anything, replace anything, or make up for their mistakes. They are terrible. I tried them again last week because I had a coupon. Mistake. Our pizza took almost 3 hours from a place 5 minutes away. My kids were starving since we finally ate at 9:30! I will NEVER order from them again.
Constantly cancel orders. Keep the customers money for 3-5 business days before returning it. Overall $#*!. Use any service besides this crap. The last driver that came smelled of weed and looked like he'd been on meth binge. Then my truck got broken into the next day. Probably coincidence but I doubt it. So if you want to get robbed, have your food ride with weed (if it ever shows up) by all means order from this crap hole.

There customer service supervisor is sooooo sorry that the drive didn't deliver my food. Its gonna take 3-5 days to get my money back... hmm but she will give me a 20 dollar credit towards my next order but i cant use it for taxes or deliver... RIDICULOUS

I recently started using Grubhub and at first I would have given them 5 stars as everything was awesome but lately the drivers are arriving an hour after my food order was placed and my food has been sitting at the restaurant for about 45 minutes or longer, so my hot food is cold and my cold food is warm by the time I get it. I have had to ask for my money back 2 times now and it is simply annoying. The problem has been a driver accepting my order then dropping it 30 minutes later and waiting on another drive to accept it, as well as a driver who was farther away from the area of picking up and it taking too long for them to pick up the order on time. The restaurants were not busy and I always tip 20% or more and even give extra cash tips at times. Get it together Grubhub, as you will lose customers in my area.
I've ordered through GrubHub a few times with mixed results. Unfortunately, it seems that the service is in serious decline in recent months. Out of the last 4 orders I've placed 3 have been significantly late (over 40 minutes). Contacting customer service has useless and they seem to willfully unhelpful.
2 for 2 getting it wrong and late. Never again. Ordered@ 11:40 with a "Grub Hub ETA" of 12:40, driver finally showed up, dropped bag outside my work place on an aggregate scale@ 1:35, found it at 1:50pm. We'll stick with Door Dash going forward!
Horrible website. I've had so many problems, places not delivering to my area even though GrubHub listed them as delivering, orders being placed wrong, GrubHub listing restaurants as open when they weren't, and my latest issue involved places being put on my credit card twice when the order never went through. Customer service didn't care at all. Definitely choose something else instead, maybe DoorDash. At least they've always been honest with me.
We placed our order around 8pm while on vacation. It's now 10 and my family is still sitting here starving to death. Save yourself the trouble, order pizza or go get something. I wish it had a negative rating to give!
Driver picked up order an hour and a half before coming over. He was making other trips. No accountability and customer service is crap. On top of that I couldn't undo the "pre-tip". Garbage company hiring garbage drivers
