Order was delivered 1 hour early. The order was for 2 people and $144. Customer help would not acknowledge and when I sent them the receipt that was proof of delivery time they said it was not attached on e mail properly whatever that means. Avoid GRUBHUB if possible.
Waited over two hours for our food. Always just said that order was in progress. Finally reached out and they stated that the driver had tried to deliver but we weren't home. Completely untrue. Never using this service again.
They canceled my order after 2 hours. I swear if there were zero star, I would give it to them. Why making me wait then say oh sorry we dont know what happened And their customer service take forever to answer
2 for 2 getting it wrong and late. Never again. Ordered@ 11:40 with a "Grub Hub ETA" of 12:40, driver finally showed up, dropped bag outside my work place on an aggregate scale@ 1:35, found it at 1:50pm. We'll stick with Door Dash going forward!
Ordered lunch at 10:15. Delivery was for 11:15,11:25. By 11:50 - nothing. App said still being prepared. Had to chat with customer service, they called restaurant, said another 10 minutes. 15 minutes later getting a call from a driver asking if I could come get it, no parking. Are you kidding me? For lunch, ordered hours earlier, couldn't deliver or update - terrible. Avoid this service.
Driver picked up order an hour and a half before coming over. He was making other trips. No accountability and customer service is crap. On top of that I couldn't undo the "pre-tip". Garbage company hiring garbage drivers
Ordered two sandwiches from a restaurant for pickup via GrubHub. Order went completely through except for the final confirmation screen. "There was an error, try again later" appears. There is no indication at that point that the order had been processed and your payment method has been charged!
So, I re-did the order. Same thing. Tried a third time with a different payment method thinking that was the problem. Same problem, goes through the payment, then displays an error message.
My lunch ended up costing over 60$$ and the restaurant filled three duplicate orders. They can't back it out or cancel the order. Meanwhile GrubHub get's their premium by charging more for menu items.
They've got quite a scam going!
Abosulutely DO NOT ORDER from GrubHub. Do it the old fashioned way by calling the restaurant directly to place your order, or use the restaurants web site.
I created a profile on that web. It frustrates me months ago that it doesn't accept or change password. I got an email of $10 off order $15. I wish I wasn't tempted to use this awful service. Now issue accepting my debt card that lasted one hour. I chatted with them, they offer stupid solutions. Not reliable. Waste of time trying to solve their technical issues if they themselves don't do anything about it
Ordered and food wasn't delivered. They said drive call no answer. Total lies... I called and texted driver to see where my food was at with no response. Grubhub would not refund money. Will never order from them again.
There service used to good, but now it really sucks. Ordered as usual and paid. They told me waiting time 40-50 min. After 2 hours waiting I called the restaurant. They didn't even receive my order. Grubhubs 24/7 service is not responding. Still hungry and pissed.
Twice now, ordered from GrubHub and the delivery driver kept my order saying that it was delivered. This company needs to pay it's employees a livable wage so they can buy and eat their own food. No follow through service just a refund and a screw you. How is this "business" still operating in Colorado Springs, CO? Wish I had a negative star to choose from.
Grubhub charges your card before confirming if the restaraunt is open our closed. Then text and informed me that my money wouldnt.be refunded. For 3 to 5 business days. This organization is more like a scam than a service. I called the restaraunt personally and no one answered or call back

Nothing but a headache! Placed the order which was said tone delivered 20-30 minutes later. Received 2 notices of delays without explanation. After an hour called the restaurant and food had been ready for over 30 minutes but no driver pick up. Grubhub tried to blame the restaurant on the 3 call and promised delivery within another 15 minutes. Desert was made 9o minutes from ordering and it was wrong plus drinks missing. First and last order with them. Don't use them; business model doesn't work. Money wasted.
This company is a scam! We ordered our food but, our food was never delivered! The company stated that driver called (blatant lie), and could not rectify the situation by simply having another driver deliver the items. Grub hub's policy regarding refunds are egregiously ridiculous. I will urge anyone who wants to order with service to go else where.
I used grubhub to order from a restaurant i frequent often less than five miles away. It first said they would be here at 12:30, then it updated to 1:09, and then again to 1:30. I contacted customer service (because the restaurant is super fast and I know it wasn't them) and all she could say after 5 minutes on the phone..."please allow your drive an additional 20 minutes to arrive". I asked what happened and she said, "will will issue some free grub on us, have a great evening!'. I still haven't received my food but I highly doubt it will be warm at this point. Don't use them if your are hungry or planning around meetings!
Just placed an order on Grubhub, after 40 minutes I got a message that it was cancelled and that I should look at my e-mail for a reason why it was cancelled. Of course the e-mail didn't say anything. I asked in a chat why it was cancelled, they came up with an excuse that they were not able to order from this particular restaurant all day. Why still give you the possibility to order at this restaurant? I drove to the restaurant and placed and picked up the order myself. I asked the lady at the counter if they had issues with Grubhub today, she said they have had Grubhub order all day long. So the excuse they gave me was just not true. Grubhub gave me 20% off my next order. I'm 100% sure I'll never take that offer. Bye bye Grubhub.
If you know or can judge that It will take longer than a damn hour do not accept the $#*!ing order God damn me I could have drove up there drunk stoned and blind folded and had my food before anyone of your delivery person this is the 4th damn time this has happened. And the order would be correct with all of my food and 20 dollars cheaper come on you lazy $#*!s this is the 3rd time it taking longer than an 1 hr and 20 min and never been correct or corrected so I am done. Tell me what do you bring to the table as a God damn company? Sorry but this being the 4th time I am done. Have common curiosity and say hey we are cheap and dont pay our employees probably so expect a 2 to 3 hr delivery and can be wrong or 1/2 of the order you paid for... like said a 30 dollar meal from chic fila cost us almost 55 dollars without tip to get it 1/2 right and 2 hrs later is bull $#*!...
My friends, family and I often have technical issues with grub hub from orders not being submitted, having to call restaurant... to them charging my card account then immediately canceling order, refunding account 5 business days later. Mean while, customer service and billing's only solution is to order again. Recommend Uber Eats or Eat Street 100% of the time over grub hub I normally dont complain but now have to thaw food out and get to cooking for tired kids because grubhub won't get a double charge from me again. Or any services for that matter.

I can't count how many times grubhub has let me order from somewhere that hasnt closed and wont close for another hour then my order after waiting 30 40 mins all of a sudden gets cancelled. Then they try to give you some bs 10% cheap discount. It gets old fast. I want my time back and a free meal
About two months ago we had over 50 options when ordering from Grub Hub. Now we have 1! When we call and complain about it they say the restaurants must have updated their map... all 50 of them? This makes no sense at all. So we called one less than 4 miles from our home and they said sure they accept delivery to all areas of our city. Pretty much lets the air out of that lie. 45 minutes later we are still no closer to having actual help on what hapowned. What is more odd is that we cannot even leave a negative Google review because you can't find the business on there.
These clowns couldn't hit their $#*! with both hands if they fell on it. I have had consistent issues with them in the past, but today was unbelievable. I placed an order at 3:45 from a Popeye's restaurant about 5 minutes away. My original delivery time was to be 40 minutes later. Over 2 hours later, I got a text my order was being cancelled. I contacted their "alleged" customer service and got a gentleman who could barely speak English and whose accent was so thick I could hardly understand him. And why, you may ask, was my order cancelled? I was told they couldn't find a driver! What!? I asked the rep, "Isn't that you business?! Delivery drivers?!
These clowns are consistently horrible in every aspect of customer service and satisfaction. I have only one word of advice... POSTMATES!

On my very first order, the drivers are low of intelligence, couldn't find their butt with both hands. Cost 50.44 including a nice tip, for trusting I got a refund, they sent the charge back to the crooks!
First order from Panino's Pizza arrived 2.5 hours late, no correction or credits were given. Second attempt was an order from Red Robin, but was missing 1/3 of our order and all drinks upon late delivery. Food was cold. After complaining, a manager called to promise a partial refund to our credit card and a $20 credit to order another time on Grubhub. Update: Warm drinks and melted milkshake were delivered two hours later. This company won't be around long if they don't get their act together quickly. Reflects negatively on otherwise excellent restaurants who partner with Grubhub.
I did not want to order through Grubhub this evening because of the last 2 bad experiences but my boyfriend wanted chinese and his favorite place was added so we gave another shot. So estimated delivery time was 35-40 minutes. Put our order in at 7:06 pm & when we checked to see where it was the order delivery time was changed to 8:45 pm! Wtf! The restaurant is seriously less than 10 minutes away. Just text the driver and apparently after taking our order he drove a half hour away to do something else before getting our food! So now we have to figure out what to do for dinner again. DONE WITH Grubhub!
