“Customer help would not admit or acknowledge mistake”

Order was delivered 1 hour early. The order was for 2 people and $144. Customer help would not acknowledge and when I sent them the receipt that was proof of delivery time they said it was not attached on e mail properly whatever that means. Avoid GRUBHUB if possible.

My name is Terry Campbell and I was going to just go online and order a takeout from Salvos pizza in Smyrna! I ordered a salad with a pizza and the salad was 9.99 and the pizza was 22! When I got there that salad and pizza was more than the menu price and the little salad was not at all worth the money! They said grub hub just ripped me off! Their salads are only 6,99 so I felt robbed!

I never got my food and I never received a call. I was not refunded my money and was only offered a 50% off on my next order. The delivery driver did not read the instructions on where to go. I was able to watch his failed attempt on security cameras located across the road. I should not have to pay for stupid people's mistakes.

Me n my fiance done ordered twice off of you all for food& both orders were messed up both Times, Me& my fiance will be taking your app off of our phones & ordering with uber eats; you guys are unprofessional in a Time like this where money is scarce & you all are already over charging for delivery services, I deliver for uber n they tell you to check the order; But also when you come to pick up order they ask you who are you picking up for? So how did I get the wrong order? I ordered 2 cheeseburgers meal n my daughter ordered ha food n all they sent us was a 10pc nugget & fry n drink that we didn't order at all smh... I am sick of these businesses trying to take advantage!

I ordered from applebee. First off i Got over charged thru grubhub & they didnt even order what i ordered. But got charged for a large Platter & i didnt even get what i ordered including didnt side, dressings or extra sauce just 3 lil ribbets. $21! I called the store manager he said none of what i ordered was on the request. Unbelievable because i read to him my order right from my receipt. Never again will i order thru Grub hub. Even the manager at store told me he didn't suggest them.& i should use Door Dash! Now thats bad. Well this is my first & definitely last time.

Waited for almost 2 hours for our food, finally called the restaurant directly and the guy that answered said he would call me right back, I gave him my number, but he never called back! When I called him back he said he was in the other line with grub hub because he didn't receive a bunch of orders. We of course canceled the order
My husband called grub hub to make sure they refunded us. The guy did apologize, but without some kind of courtesy coupon, discount on next meal, we will be going back to eat24.

I am very disappointed with the service. I gave a seven dollar tip, just to have my food delivered to the wrong address. They sent a picture showing that my food was sitting on someone else porch. I am highly pissed. If they rung the doorbell they could have learned that they had the wrong address.

I have tried to order food twice since moving into my house in the past year The first time I knew it was GrubHub needless to say I ended up cancelling my order because no one ever picked it up. This time we had been waiting for quite awhile and no one had ever picked it up we did not know that the restaurant used GrubHub if we had we would not have ordered it. Again no one picked it up we went back and forth with GrubHub who we did not contact and the restaurant we where about to call for a refund when someone picked up are order. That should have been here but still has not shown up. This is a joke if I ever need to order food and it is GrubHub I will not be ordering and will probably just go pick up whatever I want from here on out no matter who it is.

I ordered for the first time and LAST time, food that never showed up. I got all the proper updates, " received order " " preparing order " etc. I then received the " Your order has been delivered ", only there was no food. I reached out to customer service, first guy tried to reach driver, no response. The second person was confused as to why I contact the actual restaurant to see if my food was even picked up. The third person literally just cancelled my order and said if there was issues with the refund to contact them again, they would " handle it ". I also was offered a $10 off for next purchase. The whole grubhub idea is crap. NEVER AGAIN

We ordered our food and it said that it would be an hour so after about an hour and a half we tried to contact the company and they said it would arrive in the next 20 minutes but it never came then they tried to get into contact with the driver and we were unable.

Worst service possibly imaginable. This company has absolutely no regard whatsoever for their customer service for your service for your food for drivers or four drivers that do their job and the company screws up. They will not pay for their mistakes, they will not do anything ever other than be a horrible Company. Please stop using their service so that we can have this company shut down. Please use other services. The owners of this company deserve to be arrested. This is the worst company in the world to work for. This company makes serial killers worth having around.

I've been using GrubHub for years. I never had an issue, until recently. I placed an order and it was incomplete. I tried to contact the restaurant and there was no answer. I called Grub Hub customer service and they offered to refund the food item. I was told that I should replace the order for the missing item, but I had to pay service fee, delivery fee and tip again. Grub Hub refused to refund those fees or contact the restaurant to attempt to replace missing item.

I have ordered form this place twice and never received food. The restaurant told me that grub hub never came to pick it up and grub hub told me that they were closed so they couldn't get it. Totally unacceptable at this hour, getting off of work and hungry. I al tired of trying to give this place my business when Uber eats has never done this to me. Boycott grub hub!

I have used GrubHub for late night munchies off and on for about 2 years. Fees, Service Charges, Delivery, etc. will increase a $5.00 order to $15.00 easily. Very little of that is going to the driver, and that is the root of the problem. Drivers get lost, are unavailable to deliver, and in my case have reported delivering food to me when I observed them on tracking to take the food away without getting near my location. Customer service is 6000 miles away, and has refused refunding the bloated price of my order forcing me to go to the bank to resolve the matter. The CEO is incompetent and over his head. He recently sold stock worth nearly 800K, and collects in excess of 600k/year salary. To me, this company represents everything that is wrong with business in America. Greed, incompetence, contempt for the customer, outsourcing and absence of appropriate regulation. Buyer Beware!

Driver delivered my food; however, the drinks were missing. Driver said, drinks didn't come with the order. All drivers have the order on their phone, so that was a blatant lie! I had to waste time to chat with a Grubhub rep and a credit was issued. Not the point! I would have like to receive my drinks with my food order. Ugh!

Ordered from 5 guys concord, ca. They do only pick up. Went to pick up at the right time. 5 guys never got the order. Eventually eat 24 called 5 guys. Had to wait 30 minutes before it got straightened out.

Ordered and they told me it'd take over two hours. Twenty minutes before my order was supposed to be here they told me that the restaurant is closed and that the order was cancelled. I had to ask THEM if they would refund my order and the woman gave me attitude. Not.worth.it.

If you decide to drive with GrubHub. DON'T, but in the event you do. Make sure you have another source of income... Be prepared to drive long distances for low pay. Be prepared for terrible communication between their headquarters and you the driver.Be prepared to be penalized if you don't except the low paying long drive in rush hour traffic orders. Be prepared to receive orders that have you waiting in the restaurant for 20 mins plus and you only get to work for an hour and a half. Just be prepared in general.

Time and time again we order and SOMETHING is always wrong or missing. We call the restaurant and they tell us that is how Grub hub ordered it. Today our order missed a $15.50 burger. Called restaurant and they stated that Grub hub never ordered that item. We paid $78! Restaurant stated the bill was $41! Over $30 difference. Reached out to grub hub and they only refunded the cost of the burger. Said the rest was taxes, fee, and tip... the driver got an additional $3 tip, grub hub kept the tax difference, and did they charge a 2nd fee? Never ever ever again. Last time we ordered, i had it sent to my work... they delivered it to my home. When i looked at the receipt it clearly had my work address on it.

Tip for consumers:
Don't order delivery... call restaurant and place pick up order...at least you know u wont get ripped off and ur stuff will be right

Do you have low blood pressure? Well, fear not! With Grubhub, you can raise your blood pressure from rage from being hangry! Grubhub specialized in being over an hour late, and sometimes even never delivering your food! So, I recommend Grubhub if you have chronic low blood pressure because it will elevate it back to normal <3 However, if you have a normal or high blood pressure, you need to be careful with Grubhub because constant rage can be bad for your health. Thanks Grubhub, for delivering my food 20% of the time.
In all seriousness, never again. Grubhub sucks butt, and I hate every aspect of it.

We had a baby and friends in Brazil used Eat24 to send us a meal. It was not delivered, even though we were told it was. We called and were told they couldn't do anything without an order number. Then they texted us to say they could redeliver but never responded to any of our attempts to contact them after that. We never got our food.

Grubhub support are liars and they dont follow through when they make a mistake. I lost 20 dollars in credit bc gh screwed up my order it was never delivered. Agent stated wed receive 15 credit for our teouble. We tip well and order frequently. I lost 5 dollars credit from another bad order on the order that never showed.

Thwy are liars and about as good uber.

I used Grubhub to place my order at six, and at 845 called the restraint. They charged my account $30 and never even sent the order to the people they needed to for our good to get made. They close at 9 and a refund still has not been issued.

I ordered and it never showed up. Tracked it, and it states it was delivered. It was not. I had to "chat" with a bot before a rep came on. The rep states, well the order is delivered. I reiterated that it never arrived and she said oh well, we will give you a refund. And I have to wait 5-7 days for the refund. I pressed for an email confirmation, which they said "was a courtesy refund". Really, a courtesy? Plain and simple - do not order from this sham of a service. There are so many delivery services available and judging by all the crap reviews here, this treatment is par for the course.

Worst service ever, waited 2+ hours only to find out they never sent the order to anyone, this web service should be put out of business, it is a scam, we will deliver within 30 mins as long as our employees feel the need to submit anything, if you are smart you will never use this service, they do not respond to you in a timely manner, it took 2 hours to get conformation that they had not cooked or accepted our order. I hope ythey go out of business soon and do not submit anyone else to their poor service and losy customer service...
