“Customer help would not admit or acknowledge mistake”

Order was delivered 1 hour early. The order was for 2 people and $144. Customer help would not acknowledge and when I sent them the receipt that was proof of delivery time they said it was not attached on e mail properly whatever that means. Avoid GRUBHUB if possible.

I ordered from krab Kings threw grub hub the driver knocks on my door I got up to go get my food and he's parked in front of my house then drive off and they updated the system saying that my order was delivered they don't deserve one star they trash the worst I've ever seen

First time use and they forgot half our order that was meant for my boyfriend's little brother. We called to complain and they said they had no way to send the driver to resolver the food, they just offered a refund. But that doesn't fix the fact we ordered food for the family and the youngest has to go without his food.

I order from them every now and then because they send so many coupons. The problem is drivers multiapping. I understand why many do it (base pay is too low) but even on well-tipped orders ($5 min/$2 per mile), some drivers will run all over the town while your meal sits in their car for 30+ minutes when you're 5 minutes away from the restaurant. This happens nine out of ten times. Doesn't matter if the order is ready right when the driver arrives at the restaurant or not. I'm aware some places have started to confirm orders when the driver accepts the offer so it's understandable they will multiapp while waiting to pick up the food but not after they have it and certainly not going in a different direction! There are just too many drivers that are terrible at multi-apping but can get away with it on this platform because there is no rating system.

I moved recently to ny and was supposed to become a strong client. I have been waiting for two hours for 3 omelette, called 3 times, wrote on the order to ring the door bell and not calling or texting me, I have an Italian phone number. After two hours I canceled my order and I am still waiting to be refunded

CEO Stated anyone who supported Trump's policies should put in their resignation because they had no place within Grubhub. Then tweeted pleading for retweets to end the compounding hate. Sorry - You can't put a sticker on spewing hate, bigotry and intolerance and call it inclusion. Buh Bye. I work with 600 co-workers and I'll be telling everyone of them about your company tonight. Anyone reading this need alternatives? Here's a couple:-)

Yikes! This service is iffy.
Please use only when you've been drinking and cannot drive to pick up your own fast food.

Unfortunately the wait times are extremely long and the drivers are aggressive and apparently without proper gps?! (It took mine a 10 minute phone conversation & 35 minutes over the maximum expected delivery time to find me?!... I live in a very city-central location).
Called with my complaint (cold & late food that added onto my cell bill). The employee was great- very professional, kind and accommodating. Only reason I'm not trying to give this 0 stars!

Ordered again (2nd times' a charm?!)... 2 hour wait from 3.4 miles away... I could literally walk and get my food in that time.

Done with this service. Please do not try to finangle this if your ordering lunch while at work... you will not receive it in time.

We've had multiple bad experiences! And each time, whether they deliver the wrong food, take waayy too long to deliver, drive in the opposite direction for an hour, etc... They NEVER do anything about it. We end up without our food after waiting forever, and then all they do is refund us. No delivery credit, no re-ordering the food, nothing. The customer service people are terrible too. One "chat" rep ended a chat after I hadn't said anything for 20 seconds and it said "I haven't heard from you in awhile so I'm ending the chat." And then I was put back into the cue at position 45. When in the middle of our conversation. Awful company. We're done with grub hub and you should be too! Support ubereats or DoorDash instead. Much better customer service.

There is a great sandwich place down the road from me that serves amazing Chicken sandwiches on Chibatta bread. The sandwich typically runs about $8. I received a Grubhub gift card from my work, so I thought I would grab a couple of these sandwishes for my wife and I for lunch. After adding two price increased sandwiches, service fees, delivery fees, and driver tip, my new total came to over $33, more than double the cost.
I get that I'm paying for a service, but this place is literally 3 miles down the road. Anyway, I used the service to use the gift card, but will never use the service again.

I ordered my food and it said it was sent to the restaurant and was being prepared, an hour goes by and I received a call from a very rude amd unprofessional employee saying well the restaurant is closed so you aren't getting your food. Worst customer service I've received, food has been cold in the past as well. Would not recommend to ANYONE

I have absolutely no idea why i keep using this service. Definitely deleting the app tonight and never looking back. Ive had so many incidents where my order never arrives but is listed as "delivered". The last excuse was "she left it in the door." um ok well you need a fob to get in the door so no she didnt. Also my number is listed on file in all instructions to call me upon arrival... not to mention, its downtown denver. When i emailed to follow up they told me to CHECK DOWNSTAIRS?!?!? Outside. On the sidewalk. Wtf. So done with them. Ill stick to uber eats and postmates. #boybye

This is the worst delivery company and the drivers are worst. I order a meal that claimed to be delivered but I never received. It was picked up, but I never got it. The driver just decided to steal my food and keep it for herself. The drivers name is Jasmine here in Shreveport. I will never use this company or app again.

I used them to order food from a new nearby Ethiopian restaurant. It said order status processed. I waited an hour for a 35 min estimated delivery time, and tried calling the restaurant first to confirm the order was ready, but their voice mailbox was full. I then took 10 minutes driving time to go pick up my order. When I got there the staff was confused they never (apparently) received order, and even said one of the items I ordered wasn't even available (although it was on the Eat 24 menu). I went home, chatted with LiveChat, who were slow to respond and not very sympathetic and grudging about giving any credit for my troubles, aside from a snide "Oh my that's terrible." They cancelled my order and I received a note it would take 5 business days to refund my credit card. Blech experience all around.

I own a restaurant that was being courted by Grubhub. I was treated like a number and not a valuable asset and I decided against partnering with them after all. This led to me being chastised by my rep, an unprofessional, uneducated twenty something with no work ethic and no business sense. She said "Grubhub has thousands of restaurants, we don't need yours" in a childish temper tantrum and called me a "55 year old man" (I'm 35) on the phone. Our gourmet nacho fast casual restaurant is going to grow but I can guarantee Grubhub will never see any of our franchises. #NeverGrubhub #DontUseGrubhub

GRUB HUB IS THIEVES. They quote a time, then it extends. It does not take 1.5 hours to deliver fast food. Then I call to cancel and the guy says he can't and offers me $10 on a $35 order. Then he hangs up with me to reach out to the restaurant because he realizes I am not budging on canceling the order. He says the driver has already left, while my app is still showing its being prepared. I ask for a manager. So during my wait, I spend 20 minutes of that time on the phone and the manager finally says she can give me $40 credit and tell the girl not to deliver. I told her I didn't want the credit, I want the refund. This is my first and last time using these THIEVES. So I get off the phone and I have an email with a $25 credit. So the driver gets a tip, free meal, and I am still out over $10.

I never have to leave my home to get my food, or my food is there waiting for me when I pull into the driveway. All these negative reviews, idk I never had any issues. Always make sure you tip decent ($5+) if you want a driver to actually deliver your food. If you don't give a tip, why would any driver want to waste their time with the little they get paid to do it anyhow.

I am new to all this delivery stuff. I have had so many problems with Grubhub! Two days in a row I ordered a black coffee, a bagel, and a half dozen donuts from the donut shop down the street. Both days they forgot one item, AND charged me DOUBLE for the delivery. I am sorry but a cup of coffee, donut and bagel should NOT be costing me $46! AND try and get ahold of customer service is a joke! I wish i could have given them 0 stars!

Tip for consumers:
Don't do it!!! Go over to DoorDash.. they are WAYYY better!

1. Order delivery time kept getting delayed.

2. Finally called restaurant, the order had been sitting ready for pickup for 25 minutes

3. The driver, Raida, then marks the order as delivered before it even arrived to me.

4. The burger and fries were room temp. Not even warm. Not the restaurant's fault GrubHub kept pushing out the delivery window.

5. I first contacted customer service via chat with Omid. After explaining what happened, his only response was it arrived in the delivery window. He did not acknowledge that the delivery window kept getting pushed out by GrubHub, not the restaurant, and the dishonesty of the driver.

6. I then called Erickson, who was very courteous and offered to pass along the feedback and sent this coupon. Erickson was the only good part of my experience with GrubHub.

I will not use GrubHub and will recommend others to avoid as well.

They are horrible 3rd time I've ordered third time I got someone else's order their response thays what the restaurant gave me. I have in notes check order. After going thru hell to get someone to refund 2 hours later I still have no food. Never again I've said it before this time I mean it

I don't order food for delivery much, but in the last week i have done so twice, thru E24.

I'm not sure why i repeated business with E24 after my 2 hour wait and missing item (while they did credit me the item, i was so hangry by the time my cold food arrived... minus one dish) ugh

Then last night i ordered again. As was true the first time, the order took way longer than quoted, with no updates provided. Until i chatted with someone. I had to chat with them for over 20 minutes. Received, finally, cold food and no discount... them blaming it on the restaurant. Which now i understand. As this is not a well oiled machine like grubhub or other (postmates, etc). In both instances, the delivery person was from the resto, making E24, a pretty unnecessary and annoying conduit. Im done.

The restaurant NEVER delivered; the initial eat24hours.com customer service rep contacted dropped off of the chat (never to come back); the next customer service rep was able to give a refund but was never able to contact the restaurant and rectify the situation (meaning I didn't receive my food after two hours of waiting)... AND there you have it.

The absolute worst, impolite, insulting unintelligent, untrained and totally unacceptable customer service I have ever encountered in my entire life. I was hung up on five times in one day trying to make a complaint about a place I had ordered faithfully from for three months, but for some reason, the owner went nuts and told me " find another place to order from".

He did this intentionally because in the 3 months of ordering the same thing for breakfast, the eggs easy over were hard as a rock. Otherwise the food was fantastic. I found his behaviour to be so highly insulting to a loyal customer- I couldn't believe it. Then I called my lawyer, and the restaurant just stopped answering all phone calls.

When I callled Grubhub customer service, I was hung up on at least five times. My lawyer had the same experience. I will be crossing them off my list. This is not the way you treat longstanding customers who tip well the delevery people!

My experience with GrubHub was the absolute worst that I have ever ever experienced! Exclamation! First of all, they charged my credit card instead of my gift card they refused to reverse it and then my food never came so then Graebner said that they'll pay for it and again and they'll get me some fresh stuff three hours later It's I get a text from the driver in saying that if they're here and they're not here then he wants my address which he should already have to put inside the GPS. This is absolutely ridiculous. I've never experienced anything like this. I will never in a zillion years ever go through Grubhub again and I suggest that you don't either everybody that I come in contact with everybody at the hotel. I work at everybody that I know I'm going to tell them to not go to Grubhub. They will definitely be sorry.

There is a problem with delivery drivers. I don't know what it is, and I don't care. Grub Hub offers a service that they can't provide. Good food sits and waits and spoils, waiting for delivery drivers that don't care or don't come or are too underpaid to give a Sh:"t. I don't own a restaurant, but if I did, I wouldn't hang my hard earned reputation on a shaky organization like this. If you like bad service and cold food, please use Grub Hub!

I get emails with "coupons" from Grub hub offering 50% off IF I order again. So, I order again and NEVER GET A COUPON. When I talk to customer service, they said "Sorry. Please place another order and then email us again and we will refund the 50% off manually. We have no 'replacement' coupon for 50% off."
Replacement? I never got one to begin with!? The coupon is not real. I will not order from them again.

I will never this crap again, the worst experience ever and this service is garbage.
I never got my meal and they extended me to re- order my meal and still be charge for it. So with that I wasn't able to eat dinner.
