I appreciate the user-friendly app interface, as well as the real-time tracking of my order and estimated delivery time. Grubhub has become an essential part of my busy lifestyle

“Customer help would not admit or acknowledge mistake”

Order was delivered 1 hour early. The order was for 2 people and $144. Customer help would not acknowledge and when I sent them the receipt that was proof of delivery time they said it was not attached on e mail properly whatever that means. Avoid GRUBHUB if possible.

After placing two orders with GrubHub and both were cancelled by Grubhub one
Everning, the first order was resubmitted by GrubHub later that evening, not me, not delivered, but charged to my credit card. It was not dissolved or credited from my credit card account, like usual cancelled orders. I received an email from GrubHub that stated that a bank or credit company reported these transactions as "fraud" on the part of GrubHub. Also, the email stated that because GrubHub has lost money on these transactions, I am now banned from using their products (no problem). The net result, though, is that GrubHub did not lose money at all, in fact, they made off with the charge for a fake delivery order later that evening. I'll never use GrubHub again and don't wish anyone the experience I had with them.

Place order at 10:30am for a 12:15pm delivery. Tracker said order was delivered at 12:04. It was not. Checked with IHOP and they stated that the order was picked up at 12:02pm. Spent 30 minutes on live chat - and got no answer as they "were trying to locate the driver." Called Live customer service. Another 10 minutes on the phone. Unable to reach driver. Asked for a refund! As a diabetic eating at scheduled times is critical. Wasted my entire lunch break track food I never got. My blood sugars dropped to 59. A friend ran and got me a coke and gave me a banana That she had not eaten. Let's see if they issue refund!

Tonight I order my dinner via GrubHub and entered my hotel address for delivery. They charged my card (and the prices for each item were much higher than the restaurant menu, but I was hungry and did not mind). An hour late no food and no message from them. I called GrubHub and they said the order was for pickup, refuse to deliver, refuse to refund me and keep repeating that the order was for pickup. They acknowledge the deliverr addrress on file. I think they were out of drivers and edited my order! Fortunately the restaurant was very nice about and said they would deliver to me, even though they recognize that I am not likely to be a repeat customer. GrubHub customer service line says that after your call you will have a chance to give feedback. But that was a lie too. I guess the rep had a way to disconnect without sending me to the feedback survey, knowing that I had nothing nice to say. Crooks, Liars, thieves, bad service. I am visiting Chicago from California

So, a 2:50 delivery fee and a recomended tip of almost 11$. Ill go get it myself. The place is only 1.5 ish miles away but who doesnt feel lazy once and awhile. The food is o. K. my kids ask for it every once in a great while. Its next to a liquer store so 2 birds with 1 stone.

Grubhub has canceled my last two orders after charging my card. I am writing this to urge people not to use this service. They are totally irresponsible and while the will refund my money, they have use of it until it clears my bank. The first time the food was waiting at the restaurant. I am disabled and cannot park anywhere near the food I wanted. Find another way and Grubhub leave ABQ.

I enjoy the service Grubhub offers, in spite of the high price. What has been completely ridiculous recently is - I'm getting a message to "wear a mask to keep everyone safe" when the food arrives.

I order to eat ALONE in my own house. Wearing a mask to eat ALONE in my OWN house makes zero sense. Please keep the commentary on masks to yourself GH and stop assuming things about people.

Their website is garbage and buggy. Locations aren't "remembered", they're cloned and forced you to retype.

The filter to search for food is broken.

Adding an item on a menu is painful.

Worse off their customer service has an attitude.

Spent 28 dollars on an order to grubhub, food never came and they did not contact me. Called customer service and they said they tried to get ahold of me and that they wouldn't refund my money. Basically paid for the driver to have my food. They are garbage and i will never order from them again. Might I also add it took them over two hours just to pick up my order...

I'm tired of Grubhub delivery driver leaving the wrong order and the only satisfaction they can give you is a refund for your order I don't want a refund I want my food. I try to support delivery services but this is the 3rd time Grubhub has screwed me

Waited an hour and a 1/2 for my food they contacted me and told me they canceled the order with the restaurant and apologized you could not have contacted me before an hour and a 1/2 of us waiting hungry thinking the food was going to show up any minute? I will never order from grub hub again any other delivery service will do I hope anybody reading this review will do the same

Don't depend on the time frame they give you. It is always takes longer and then your food is not fresh. It should not take an hour and a half to get your food. My last and final order started at 45 min delivery. They tried to make it an hour and a half. I canceled it and give negative reviews

I was gifted a surprise birthday treat from my daughter in law. I had no idea a delivery was being made to me and was not home when I recieved a text from a drug hub delivery person saying they were at my door.
I live in a secured building so the delivery person was not able to enter the complex. I then called the delivery person's phone and told her she would need to return the treat to the bakery and I would retrieve it later.
When I went to the bakery later they said no one had returned any products.
So the only thing I can think of is that Angel the grub hub delivery person ate my birthday treat.
I will never trust another grub hub delivery person because you never know if they will be honest. I'll just pick my orders up myself.

This is the second time we tried delivery thru Grubhub... NEVER again will we use them. First time delivery person was so rude and mean. Then the second time they kept extending our delivery time further and further out. So my husband went and picked up our dinner. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered from Taco Bell for my co-worker and I. Ordered was placed at 144pm and after an hour still no order to be delivered. Another 30 minutes went by. Still no order. Called Taco Bell to ask about order and was told that the driver had picked up my order. Hmm okay... so i called grubhub the first time and talked to a gal and she was going to look into it. Phone got hung up and so i called back again a few minutes later and talked to a gentleman. He was more helpful than the other person. He refunded me and apologized for the experience. This is unfortunate. I wont be using grubhub after this. :(

I ordered some food here in Birmingham Alabama around 10:45 10:50 a.m. it is now 1:34 and my order has been pushed back three times the last time it said my order will be here between 1:10 and 1:20 I called the driver I text the driver I didn't get no response I still haven't gotten my food as I am writing this review I called the customer service and ask him you know is there any way they can call the driver he said they don't have any contact with the drivers they issued these drivers phone but they have no contact with them I will never use GrubHub again these outlandish prices for delivery and then the food doesn't get delivered

Never received my order. After waiting an hour I contacted a representative who gave me a run around. She said that she had figured out why I never received it and that if I still wanted it it would be there in 15. So I said okay. 30 minutes later nothing. So I called. The man I spoke with gave me a run around also and insisted that he couldn't release information about the order out and that basically he couldn't give me a refund or a reason as to why I didn't get my order. So I messaged them again, demanding a refund. I FINALLY received my refund after 2 and a half hours of bs. And no food. Never again will I order from them.

I am just done. I have tried to use Grubhub for over a year. Most orders are cancelled after a long period of time after you order. Tipping on the order or tipping in cash doesn't matter. There is something fundamentally wrong with Grubhub's money stealing model. If I am paying a MASSIVE 20% fee before tip to have your deliver and you cancel 30 minutes after the order... What the hell are we doing. This company must die. It is the worst. Terrible to no service at the most expensive price and you still have to tip to get a delivery from a place 1/8 of a mile away. F Grubhub. Im done and everyone else should be too. DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE! $#*!S!

Tip for consumers:
Just ignore suckhub. I don't have any idea how they grabbed the mindshare of delivery but they do not deliver, hold money far longer than any other vendor and don't care. You do not matter. They will steal your money, not deliver food and treat yoy like you did something wrong because you made the stupid decision of trying to use their fake service.

Products used:
Promise of food delivery that they never provide. Their business model seems to revolve around holding your highly overpriced food order for 5 days while they collect interest on an order they cancelled 30 minutes after you order.

They are never on time and they always canceling orders.! They think giving you 20% credit solves everything and it doesn't at all.! This is absolutely horrible I hate them and I'll never use them again.!

I would love for you to come to my house and say those nasty things to me. I am TRUMP all the way. Mostly because little $#*!es like you need to grow the hell up and realize there aren't "safe spaces" in real life. Take your money and find a way to start a revolution so my friends and I can take you and your whiny little $#*! friends out. If not, STFU! And move along in life.

Make sure you double check the location that they give you, even once you put your address in. They had me put in an order for somewhere that was 2 hours and 30 minutes away. It never showed the town or state, which it was in a completely different state. I tried to get a refund and they wouldn't give it to me, also the guy I was speaking with couldn't even tell me why it would show up on my grub hub since it was so far away. I will never be using this business again, and I would advise you to double check locations before you order your food. Even if you have put in your location. They will not help you at all.

I ordered through Grub hub food w/ South Garden Chinese Restarant-Phila., PA. The restaurants webpage advertised a free egg roll for orders >=$15. My order exceeded $30. No egg roll arrived. I contacted Grub hub & spoke with a Cust. Svc. Rep. The rest. Chose to credit me $1.78. But requested that I include in my next order the "Free" egg roll. How ridiculous! It is their promotion, not mine. Grubhub's Rep. Demonstrated no backbone to support my position. As a result, I advised this person in unclean English of my decision to exclude South Garden & Grub hub from any future commerce from me & hopefully other readers of my review.

Entered an order on Dec 24 around 8 PM and was advised that the order was submitted and we would receive our food very soon, Since the restaurant closes at 9 PM, we were assured there would be no problem. On checking with the restaurant, I was told the order had been receive and was in process. Hen the food hadn't arrived by 9 PM, i called them and was told GH never showed up and the food had been ready for 20 minutes or so.
I then called GH and was told that no one had ordered a delivery to be made. Just great! To add salt, my wife and were/are down with the flu.

My home is in Huntington Beach, Ca

I have been ordering from Grubhub for a while now with no problems, but tonight couldn't pay for it through PayPal. I like to use my PayPal. It kept circling. I refreshed over and over until I finally said to hell with it. I ordered through eat24 and it went right through. Their gain is your loss. If it happens again I will not come back.

Yesterday I put an order and i have waited for 45 minutes. I didn't received my order and later I checked their application. It's shows delivered and checked with customer service. They tried to contact the driver but no use. Waiting for the cashback.

I've been waiting for two hours for food from a restaurant that is 10 minutes away. The last 3 times I've used GH it was the same thing. It always estimates delivery time in about an hour and a half, but then keeps pushing back the delivery time in twenty minute intervals. I have to call the restaurant every time and they always say, Oh its on it's way right now. There currently isn't any incentive to use this delivery service. There's a fee to use it, plus you have to tip the drivers, even though this driver is now an hour late, and they make you pay with credit card; you can't use cash. I could've walked to and from this restaurant by now. If I had known it would take two hours, I would've made other arrangements.

JUST received a call as I was typing this review saying that my order has been canceled because they couldn't find a delivery driver. JUST now telling me this. It's almost 11pm.

Do yourself a favor and don't use GH.
