“Customer help would not admit or acknowledge mistake”

Order was delivered 1 hour early. The order was for 2 people and $144. Customer help would not acknowledge and when I sent them the receipt that was proof of delivery time they said it was not attached on e mail properly whatever that means. Avoid GRUBHUB if possible.

Great concept. Unfortunately, bad service. I have ordered from GrubHub 5 times. 3 out of 5, the food was 20 minutes late, and two of those times, I had issues with my food. Talk about being late, and having the food cold. The first time, I did complained, but ended up eating the food because I was hungry. I didn't get reinburse, but the delivery charged was waived. Wow! $2.00 off for the inconvenience. The second time, I had requested them to remake, and gave me a $10 off promo code for the inconvenience. I ended up canceling the order because it was 4:30 pm and they still have not delivered my lunch. If you don't mind waiting, food cold and late, then GrubHub is the one for you.

Place an order for my favorite restaurant at 11:30 a.m. at 2:00 a.m. I get a message from GrubHub saying they canceled my order I had spoken with customer service prior around 1:10 to try to find out where my order was and I told them specifically do not cancel my order well what do they do they canceled my order I called the restaurant and the restaurant said it been sitting on the front desk for about an hour GrubHub is the worst they suck

If you want food go to the restaurant yourself and pick it up

It took over an hour for my food to hit the road and an extra hour to get to me! By time I got the food it was cold and I wasn't even hungry anymore. The place is a 10 minute drive away, this was just too much. I wasted my time and money!

I waited for my food for 2 hours. There was no way to cancel my order and so I still got charged. The app has no customer service so there is no way to complain to anyone and there is no one you can talk to. Gubhub does not protect its customers at all.

I placed my order. Showered. Left home and get the the restaurant 35 minutes later. I arrive and the restaurant advised that they didn't have the item I ordered and that they had advised Eat24.Com 30 minutes ago about it. As I was standing there talking to the employee, I got a text message about it. I wouldn't recommend anyone using this garbage site.

Agh! I ordered wings. Never got them. Tried contacting them because i thought the delievery guy might of been lost... nothing. The customer services girl i spoke to said she could contact him. NOTHINg next thing i see is "order completed" i tried reaching them... and the person said the deiver coyldnt find the address ' and that money would be refunded from 3-4 days. Meanwhile ill just eat air.

We ordered from Jamba Juice and our order was supposed to be here between 6:25 and 6:35. The driver wasn't even at Jamba Juice at 6:35. I called and our drinks have been sitting around for half an our. The time was then changed that our order would be here between 7:05 and 7:15. These smoothies are supposed to be cold. What are they going to be like an hour later? Oh, now are time was changed to 6:50 to 7:00. Thanks for nothing I'm sure! Driver is James.

I ordered from from one restaurant and got food from a completely different restaurant. How does that happen? Items I recieved are not even on the menu from the restaurant I ordered from. They have gotten my last 4 orders wrong. This time not even from the right place. I will not be ordering through them ever again. Especially since I told them what happened and got a partial refund. Wrong food items, wrong place, partial refund. Zero rating was not an option unfortunately.

First time I used GrubHub - never again. Ordered from a restaurant in Williamsburg, VA, GrubHub charged my card immediately. Then a few minutes later, cancelled the order - but I won't get a refund for five days. Turns out the GrubHub site LIED - the restaurant does not deliver through GrubHub. What a rip off.

I ordered food. It didn't arrive. I called to ask about it. They said the driver left it at the front desk of my hotel. I went to look, it was on the counter and I saw no less than 3 people look inside to see what it was. #nomoregrubhub

The only reason I ordered from grubbing at all was because I was busy and didn't have time to go pick up the food myself and this company is supposed to be a food delivery service. So when my offer confirmation says food will be ready for pickup at a certain time, I was surprised and irritated, the store I ordered the food from couldn't cancel the order and grubhub couldn't do anything to help the situation either so I still had to pick it up myself. I could have just ordered it from the Food company myself if I was going to pick it up anyway. It makes no sense to me and I won't be using that company again.

My children and I not only waited for two hours after making the order and never got the food, I also won't get my refund for 5 days and had to take my children out late and spend more money on top of it. Nothing was done for the two hours wasted or the fact that I couldn't even get my money back for another 5 days. The driver never got back to me and costumer service also takes forever to get back. You don't want to use this company. Use anyone else but these people will screw you over.

The restaurant I ordered from (Tacos Arandas) cancelled my order because they didn't have any drivers. They sent a text message which I didn't receive until after my food was supposed to arrive. Because the order was cancelled, Grubhub won't let me write a review of the restaurant.

I placed an order only to never have it picked up but I received a text that is was delivered. I called restaurant to see what happened and my order was still sitting there. I called customer service to tell them what happened. They apologized and said they would cancel my order and refund me along with a credit. I told them that I was extremely disappointed because this was my dinner and my husbyhad to go to work without eating. She was again sorry and gave me a $5 credit... lol I will not be ordering through them again.

My family and I waited over an hour and a half to find out that our order was canceled(just as many reviews have already stated). The only reason we tried Grubhub is because we had a gift certificate. Typically, I use Doordash and sometimes Uber-eats, where I have had little to no issues. Grubhub should go out of business, their customer service is despicable. $#*! GRUBHUB.

I ordered some food from a Colombian Bakery (Yudys Bakery, Hallandale Beach, FL) and received only a portion of the meal. I had to contact eat24 several times over the next 4 hours who tried to contact the bakery with many difficulties as the bakery is Spanish speaking and not many spanish speaking reps were available from eat 24. Each time I was guaranteed that the order was already on route or would be delivered i 20 min or 5 min guaranteed. This is the worst service I have received from almost any company and the company only offered to take off the cost of the missing item. For a situation like this they should be doing everything they can to keep my business, but it seems as if they didn't care at all, offering only to contact the restaurant to see if they could take more off the cost. Each time I order from them it takes a long time often over 80 min, but 4 hours to correct an order, come on! Show some customer service and make up for a massive flub on your part!

After taking $40 for $16 worth of burritos they simply never showed up despite a confirmation of recept on their stupid website tracker. Can't offer a refund until they talk to the store, which can't happen until next week. Thaaaanks, Grubhub

There's nothing quite like waiting an hour for your food to be prepped, only to be postponed another hour, and then f***ing canceled for no reason at all. Don't waste your time with this pathetic business

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE EVER! It took them two hours to deliver our food. When I called to find out where our food was they said they can take the delivery charge off our bill. WTH? OUR food is 2 hours late and it's still not here, we had to make our child something else to eat so he could go to bed and all you want to do is refund us $5.00? I told them to cancel our order and they still charged us for the order. Now I have to go to my bank and dispute the charges. Worst service ever.

Worst delivery experience of my life multiple orders sometimes you will not receive your order and sometimes it will come with a not complete order. If I could give it negative stars, I would.

They supposed to update the current driver for pick up time and delivery...in many occasions they send the pick up order late and if the driver pick up late automatically the delivery will late...if that the driver that recieve the order and late drop. Grubhub will send a violation... Everytime you contact them and ask why I am getting violation for the late and which delivery they have no knowledge on which delivery was late... It is not fair for driver to get the violation if the order was send out late.

I'm only giving them one star as I was not able to give them 0 stars. Food takes about an hour more than the estimated delivery time ( in multiple restaurant) in Chicago. It is better to just order directly from the restaurant or prepare your own food. Delivery fees are very expensive for the additional one hour time than it normally takes. I'm very disappointed if this app that Inhave deleted it from my phone. NEVER USING IT AGAIN

I can't connect GrubHub to my Facebook because everytime I do, I log on to some guy in Texas's account. I have access to all of his card and home information and have told GrubHub about this multiple times, yet it is never fixed. The guy never answers his phone when I do try to call him either. I would not trust this company with anything because it's been made blatantly clear to me that they don't give a damn if they give out other peoples information. If anybody knows a Zay Hilf off of Queen Dr in Texas, let him know!

I didn't get any food because I refuse to use a stranger's credit/debit card.

I placed my first order from GrubHub and almost immediately realized they had charged my account twice for a single order. I contacted the restaurant and they sent me financial documents proving GrubHub, not they, had put the charge through so they couldn't fix it. Upon contacting GrubHub, they told me to dispute it with my bank and they refused to do anything about the double charge, they won't even acknowledge that it exists. They're basically thieves and won't even acknowledge the money they stole from me. Disgusting service.

It's impossible to delete your account. There is no direct way to delete your account after they keep your personal and payment data and sells it for money. You have to submit your email and they send an email with a link to confirm the email and submit a request to delete your account. This also doesn't work. If by any chance company fulfills your request to delete Grubhub account then also they will keep your data. Leeches. Worst service. Hope people who run this s**T hole rot in hell
