Order was delivered 1 hour early. The order was for 2 people and $144. Customer help would not acknowledge and when I sent them the receipt that was proof of delivery time they said it was not attached on e mail properly whatever that means. Avoid GRUBHUB if possible.
NEVER again. I placed two orders. They called and said the food wasn't available on the first two so I placed another two orders for a different restaurant. The driver came to the gate and I told him exact instructions to get inside. He never showed. I called him 3 times and it said "your call is rejected". Then when I FINALLY got to an actual person at the main number they said they will not refund my $30. NEVER AGAIN.
I ordered, received a confirmation that the order was received by restaurant, received another that delivery would come between 9 and 9:15. At 9:11 I received an email and text that the order was cancelled due to a the restaurant closing, which it certainly had not. I drove down to the restaurant and not only had they not received the order, they weren't even partners with GrubHub.
Four times now they have had to give me a refund because they never have any drivers. So they end up canceling the order and I am just sitting here waiting on my food and they end up canceled because there's no driver's. This place sucks!
Ordered 6 tacos... grub hub calls in and ordered 15 tacos. Wasted time, wasted food, wasted gas(sorry driver). Grub hub screwed the restaurant ( they made the tacos) the customer and their driver. Wouldn't recommend, will not use grub hub ever again.
We had ordered food at 7, only to get the cancellation email at 9:40. The driver had no record of the order, either did the restaurant. After a call to GrubHubs customer service, and a very unsatisfactory call, they gave a 20% off of the next order. AS IF we would order again from a service that takes hours to deliver, if at all.

My order was ready to be picked uo at 4PM but was not delivered until 5:25 PM. The driver did not ring the doorbell nor did he text that the order was delivered. I only knew that the order was delivered from tracking the order.
I placed an order for Burger King tonight, that order got cancelled by Burger king. So I ordered from tacobell instead. They stated my food would be delivered by 7:10-15pm my order got delayed 5 times. Didn't arrive till 8pm. The driver went the completely opposite direction of my location. When I got my food, they never brought my drink but gave me a straw... my food is mostly cold. I will never use this company again.
I ordered food, called the restaurant to confirm they received my order, manager said no, checked grubhub app, said order was cancelled. If i ordered food why would it be cancelled? I didnt cancel it and neither did my husband. Called grub hub they blocked the account. They said wait 24-48 hours and my money would be in my account. Waited 48 hours, still no money. I call back they then said 3-5 days (on phone and in email). 3/31/2020 was the 5th day. I call since of course no money still. They tell me they have until 11:59 on 3/31/2020 to have that money in my account or i can sue them if its not. 12:01 im on the phone and the guy says that it takes 3-10 days and to call back at 9am today 4/1/2020 to speak to a manager. They cant give a straight answer they give you the run around. And yes, i called my bank several times and check my statements no money has been credit to my account. And i have spoken to a manager at Grub hub named Gabriel, and he was the one who said 3-5 days.

Even though my money was returned, I inputted the address I was at and they wouldn't deliver my food instead the driver kept it her name is Jeanene, her number is *******568. I'm not from here, yet they couldn't deliver to Comfort Inn, literally you can see this place from the highway, Grub hub should be shut down they don't care about anyone! So I took a pic so they see that the address is actually Comfort inn
Compared to Seamless.com this website is AMAZING. I really dislike seamless. Every single time I tried ordering from them I first must waste 15 minutes for them to verify my address, because even though I have a registered account they are too stupid to remember where I live.
GRUBHUB NEVER HAS PROBLEMS.
Its very lovely. Easy to handle, and their own customized menu. This is the 1 website I probably visit and buy something from once a week.
We placed an order for the first time and after an hour of waiting, I downloaded the app to see if I could get an update on delivery time. The app indicated our order was cancelled, so we called and were reassured twice that the order was "live" and still coming to us. After another 40 minutes of waiting, we called again and were told the order had been cancelled because the restaurant was out of one of the items and that they had attempted to contact us. Not only did I have no missed calls or voicemails from the company, we had already been assured this wasn't the case. We will never use this service again - NOT worth it.
Never use grubhub today 10 19 23 I ordered about $148.00 of food thou grubhub the grubhub driver never delivered my food and when I contacted I can get them to refund all of my money from grubhub or is you do get your order most of your food is missing and grubhub don't want to refund all of your money back. So please do not use grubhub, put up your food your self I orded from the original roadhouse grill in victorvillr ca are if you order the ribs when order arrives most of your ribs is missing so please pick up your own food.

If i can give 0 stars i would the way my food looked when arrived it looked like they literally stepped on it or even chewed on, my sandwich, so disappointed and disgusted by the way my food looked this being my first time ordering I will never ever order with Grubhub again Stay Away
I used grubhub weekly. Then one night they charged my card for my order, but didn't place it. They claimed my grub hub account was flagged for fraud. But they couldn't tell me why or provide me with a way to contact someone about it. They also didn't want to give me proof that the order was canceled and I wouldn't be charged. I was just give a receipt exactly like the one you get for an actually placed order. Stay away!
Just like almost everyone else is saying here, my food never showed up. Neither did the driver. Never had this problem before til now, but I've noticed their service was getting worse and worse over the last few months. They wouldn't give me my money back, and their best offer was 50% off next meal. A meal I may not see too. Heck no! I paid $12 more than it would have cost for me to go and pick it up. I wasn't giving up. So I ended up speaking with someone higher up, they agreed to pay me back as a one time convince... (really?!). Thanks for my money, but you're still losing a costumer. They don't know how to treat their costumers, and they don't know how to keep them.

I worked for Grub Hub and can tell you they have the worst Customer Service and dispatch employees ever. If your order is screwed up, the driver or restaurant can't help you because even their own employees can never EVER GET THROUGH TO THEM. I picked up from many restaurants in Denver who were furious bc they couldn't ever get through to Grub Hub via phone. There were multiple orders every day waiting for hours at restaurants and no way to get through to their dispatch. For anyone who ever thinks about working there don't! They repeatedly stole hours and money from me. I had multiple days where they would remove whole 10 hour shifts without notifying me and after ignoring my emails about the mater for days at a time, their response would be that they weren't busy so they removed my blocks. I'm pretty sure they are breaking many laws! I have no idea how they haven't been sued by restaurants and drivers.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. We order from Grubhub routinely and normally tip 25 percent or higher,today I have never witnessed what I witnessed today. I order from a pizza place BlackJack pizza and the order was 25 minutes late, secondly when the order arrives the female driver( who seemed to be deaf or have a disability knocks on my door one time then takes the order back to her car? I have specific instructions to leave the order at the door like everyone did during covid. I tell her " Maam Maam and she acted like she didnt hear me and drives away with my food, she then tries to call me as I'm talking to Grubhub about my refund and I don't answer because I'm that pissed! My food was probably cold too. Grubhub needs to train their drivers on following elementary instructions and not being confrontational with the people who help pay their salary! Unbelievable!
The app claimed my food was delivered at 4:54 on 10/18/2020, yet it's still not at my door 10 minutes later. Went to get a refund and the driver gets to keep the tip? Seriously? I wouldn't have tipped at all if I wasn't gonna get my food
I order. Then i get an email that says they sent the order to the restaurant. Then the email says they're preparing the food. Then, finally, the food is on the way. And I wait. And wait. And wait. I call the restaurant - they never got the order. I call Grubhub and they have no answers for this. They never called. (they may have called a restaurat which has been closed for YEARS - but why would they say it's being prepared? That it's on the way? This company is bull$#*!. Disaster. Sucks. NEVER AGAIN!
I order over an hour and a half ago. I reviewed two messed saying my food had a delay and will be ordered at 1010pm-1020pm then 1021 I contact the driver the driver said Grubhub just sent them the order but the place I order from closed at 945. I received another messenge from Grubhub saying I will receive my order by 1040-1050. If the store been closed why continue to lie. I have a child to feed I could've been ordered from somewhere else. Then the customer service representative hung up on me not even giving a $#*!. I won't be using this website to order at all anymore. It's going to take 5-10 business days to receive my money back Are you serious! Why even charge me if my food was never delivered.
If I could give it 0 stars I would, this is the second time that Grubhub messed up my order and I didn't even get the first one likely for the same reason I almost didn't get the second one. I ordered Taco Bell and my driver called me five minutes after the order was placed asking me if she was in the right spot which I promptly told her she wasn't. I had to literally guide her to my house and even had to send her GPS directions because Grubhub had given her the wrong address. I am assuming this is what happened the first time I ordered from them but the driver hadn't bothered to double check that he delivered to the right place. It's a shame that there is a company that exists to self sabotage itself and lose business because they don't bother to check the proper address when the order is being placed, but then again they are probably nothing but a bunch of bots anyway. If you really want something fast that delivers I would consider shelling out some extra coin for DoorDash.
I order food through Eat24 in VA, never received my confirmation email so I did the online chat for assistance to make sure my order went through. The person come on the chat but then left without saying a work for about 15mins. I said hello are you there and no reply. I that time I called the restaurant to check if they had my order before the person came back on the chat. NEVER USE EAT24
Usually order from Ubereats, wanted to order from Grubhub because it was supposedly cheaper. Ordered a simple meal from KFC asking for it to be delivered to the back door; order came thirty minutes late, was delivered to my roomates at the front door instead of to me, and came with completely wrong sauces - drive intentionally gave eight packets of honey sauce and none of the actual sauces I'd asked for. Either a massive $#*! indignant that I'd "only" given a five dollar tip on a $25 order or just a complete $#*!. Either way, will never order from Grubhub again. Horrible.

We ordered pizza and didn't get a notification that restaurant received the order. Called Grubhub to confirm and rep assured me that order was received and will on the way soon. Then I received confirmation that the driver was on the way. 20 minutes later it was canceled. Called Grubhub again and they said the restaurant was closed. Sure. So why did I receive a notification that driver was on his way to me? Gave me credit blah blah blah. Ordered again from another restaurant, ordered was received, 45 minutes later order was cancelled. WTF?! It was late by then and 5 people staying at an Airbnb went to bed hungry. This establishment is a joke!
