Order was delivered 1 hour early. The order was for 2 people and $144. Customer help would not acknowledge and when I sent them the receipt that was proof of delivery time they said it was not attached on e mail properly whatever that means. Avoid GRUBHUB if possible.

It's absolutely horrible I hate grubhub because literally it was my first time ordering from their and I literally got no food nothing not even a single thing I'm literally livid that made me so mad I'm very very disappointed. Right now I'm in a hotel I depended on that food and everything is closed right now I'm hangry absolutely disgusting and disappointing. I will be calling them tmr and ik getting my refund.
Absolutely will ruin the food from your favorite restaurant! Never again! This was the 3rd time we had used GrubHub. The first time they were 30 minutes past their quoted time but the food was still hot and good. 2nd time they were 1 hour past their time, same restaurant, same food ordered, but it was not as good. This time new resturant, but we have eaten there dozens of times, but the food they delivered was more than an hour late and cold. I called their customer service line, was placed on hold for more than 10 minutes with no help! Do not ruin your evening with this service!
Ordered my food at almost 12pm and was told it would arrive between 1230-1245. Then I received a notification stating it would arrive between 1-110. Then received notice that it was actually on the way and would arrive between 1245-1255.
After waiting until 1255, I checked the status and it said delivered and a text notification was sent. LIES! I NEVER received my food nor a text!
My delivery driver was Mary according to the rep on the phone. She called Mary to find out the details and told it was left on my porch. LIES! I asked the rep to call her again and have her describe the house and car but nope, she refused to call her again.
She sent me to the manager and he just offered a refund and a $25 discount to reorder. I took the refund but laughed at the discount bc I'd NEVER use them again, you couldn't pay me to! Livid is an understatement! Save yourself trouble, don't use them!
Ordered food from local restaurant for delivery to hotel after driving all day from midwest. Kid talked me into it. After two hours food hadnt arrived, called restaurant to check on order was told it was for pick-up, I reluctantly drove into downtown D. C. in the dark during rush hour to get the food. Food was all soggy and cold. Got it back to hotel three hours after it was ordered. My first question is why would I use grub-schlub if I was ordering pick-up? Wouldnt one just call the restaurant? Isnt the service based on delivery? Isnt that the whole idea? Terrible 1st time experience with Grub-Schlub.
Do not do business with this company and its intolerant CEO. They do not respect the institution of democracy and do not respect the constitutional rights of employees. If the CEO Matt Maloney resigns, I may consider doing business with this company in the future.

SLOTS AVAILABLE IN ATLANTA. GO TO THE APP AND THERES NOT ONE TIME SLOT AVAILABLE. And they sent me a email asking what they can do to help me get in the road. This is after I've been delivering for couple months DoorDash is bad as well. And the restaurants hold you up so your lucky to get one delivery and hour NO WAY TO MAKE MONEY but a good way to give ya something to do for small pay
Place an order BEFORE lunch ended at 3 pm. GrubHub canceled the order stating that the restaurant received the order after 3pm. I told my customer service rep Majesty that my receipt is time stamped, I sent it on time. She stated "Yes ma'am, It takes a considerable amount of time for the order to reach the restaurant. We can't control how fast the wifi/data network is at a restaurant. If it's on the slow end there might be some lagg between when the order is placed and when it's received!"
I'm sorry, is that MY problem? That is an issue with Grubhub and the companies they contract with, not that of the customer. I did exactly what I was suppose to on my end and it is time stamped and sent.
It took an hour for them to come to the resolution I requested of paying the $10 food difference the dinner special cost me. I will not be using their service again.

To make a long story short, ordered food at 7:26pm. It is 9:07pm and food isn't here yet.
I even got a call from the restaurant I ordered from to say the food has been sitting for an hour, and I shouldn't use Grubhub, they do this all the time.
Stay away from Grubhub.
Orders placed by mistake can't be canceled, I placed my order my mistake and tried to canceled a minute later and I could not. I called Grub Hub and they refused to cancel indicating that the food was already on his way. Then, I called the restaurant myself and cancelled the order with the restaurant who said the food was going to take 45 min. Then, I had to dispute the Grub Hub charges with my credit card company. Grub Hub has horrible customer service. DO NOT use Grub Hub.
I added $35 bucks to my chopt account and it went to Levelup and wouldn't add to the account and when I contacted level up which I think is Grubhub now and TERRIBLE customer service. Kept saying go ahead charge to your card and it will apply the credit. It never did. I waited 2 hours to order my 2 salads due to terrible customer service. Someone should contact me from this company and offer a credit for wasting my time.

I ordered for the 4th time with Grubhub tonight. I got a restaurant that was Chinese. ChinaOne in Hollywood, FL. The food was INEDIBLE! Grubhub called them and they refused to refund. The food was the worst I have ever had, don't order from ChinaOne in Hollywood Fl. Grubhub said that the company would not refund. And as such, if they delivered me food, even if inedible, they gave me what I ordered! I threw 95% away as I at 1 Chicken on a stick, Salty and gross, and about 3 bites of General Tso's chicken, tasted strange and not like ANY other Chinese I have eaten anywhere else in the US.
Again, Grubhub said "if you received your food, it is the restaurant's decision whether or not to give you a refund." Of course they don't want to refund. Grubhub is who charges the CC, if the food is inedible, they should refund.
DON"T order through Grubhub! You will get $hit food and since you got it, oh well.
I ordered through them and the restaurant said 2 HOURS LATER that no one came to pick up my order. I drove and picked it up myself. Never again will I use them. Their estimated delivery time was 5 HOURS.
Grubhub is great, but they are WAY too expensive. Using grubhub over uber eats, you will pay about 30%-40% or more going through grubhub over uber eats. Support uber eats if you want to save money. It's pretty ridiculous how much grubhub charges in fees and taxes ON TOP OF your bill to the restaurant, and THEN they still ask how much you want to pay the driver.
I will never use Grubhub again! The drivers do not wear masks or even gloves! Although I leave the no-contact message on my orders, they insist on knocking and waiting for me to answer the door, WITH NO GLOVES! No stars from me but the site will not let me post without clicking on the star. NEVER again!
I place a $64 order they took the money and at the same time canceled the order. I spoke with several people and not one of them could provide a reason as to why they canceled. I even asked for the money to be credited to my account. I was then told they couldn't provide corporate number. But yet Google can this company is the worst worst I would rather deal with covid and flu a then ever use this company again.
We purchased food from our local restaurant. We received a text from the grubhub driver that they had picked up the food and was on there way. A half hour later and food and no text we called the restaurant and they said the driver showed up but left without the food. We tried to contct the driver but got no answer. We called Grubhub service which appears in in India or some foreign country. It was difficult to communicate with them because of language issues. They tried to call the driver but got no answer. They said they would cancel the order and credit us. I said the food was ready to be picked up if they would contact another driver but somehow they couldn't give us an answer and said they would call us back. Still waiting to hear from them. Terrible service both from the driver and the company
I had to give 1 star to write this but it should be "0". Similarly like someone else's review, I ordered from a restaurant listed on THEIR website for delivery. Yet, after placing the order and finding out from the restaurant that it had not been picked up I contacted Grubhub. Even though they agreed that the information on their site was misleading (pickup vs delivery). Who else would be picking it up if I'm ordering from GRUBUB's ordering site (since I know that particular restaurant does not deliver). I was only offered 20% promo... after I lost $30 and no food!

I ordered my food from a restaurant that is 0.7 miles from my house, I placed my order at 8pm and the order never showed. When l checked my mail it said delivered at 9:20pm but there was no food. Called the restaurant l ordered from and they said the driver picked it up. They contracted the driver and he said he was on his way despite the fact that he had marked the food delivered. Called the restaurant at 10pm and they told me they where closed and to call grub hub. When l called grub hub they gave no care in the world and the lady on the phone was curt with me on the phone. So do not order on grub hub just use uber eats, post mates, or door dash forget this unprofessional site.
I put an order through GrubHub (first time customer) and my phone had died. I paid with debit and tip 20%. It was an hour wait and I was putting my baby to sleep. Lost track of time and charged my phone around the time they said they would be coming. I had a few missed calls and messages. My mouth had been watering for a "Pepino Loco" from Neveria Y Fruteria Albertico's Ice Cream here in Sacramento, CA. I was so upset because I thought he left (15 min after arrival time). I called the number back and he was still at our apartment complex & I explained to him what happened and everything, he was so understanding and if I had more cash on me to tip him I would've done so! Great business!
Very disappointed in my recent experience with Eat24. I placed an order, paid and confirmed. After never receiving the order, I reached out to customer service. I received a cold response of how I'll get my money back, but not addressing the issue or anywhere near recognizing the inconvenience.

Changed delivery time twice then cancelled my order when it was time to deliver! I got home late and am trying to feed my kids! I will use uber eats from now on. They're reliable.
Could not make first delivery time, second delivery time or third delivery time. They finally just canceled saying sorry something went wrong.
To bad I had to give them at least one star. They need to change the name to Suckhub.
